John Cardone was amazingly helpful. He wasn't pushy but offered information that showed he was very knowledgeable. He had a sincerely caring manner and we knew we could trust him. He stayed with us from start to finish and went the extra mile. Thank you John!

Had an outstanding experience with sales representative, D.J. Wanner and Finance Manager Caitlan Bible-Puckett. D.J. went to great lengths in explaining options, providing test drives and explaining auto functions after purchase. He and Caitlan worked hard and efficiently to meet our needs in both purchase and close out.The Service Department has an outstanding representation and I look forward to my experience with them during routine maintenance in the years to come.

What a nice experience. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and this was by far the best. Our salesman Nick was genuine and helpful. He took the time to get to know us. Car buying can be so intimidating and humiliating but Nick and the entire team made this enjoyable. We are so happy with our new Camry.

Update: this is after owner response saying come in and we will work with you. I was contacted this morning by a different sales guy and now they are changing the price of the vehicle by $2400 with an addendum. He said it's how all dealers do it now days. Well talking to round rock toyota I'm not getting hit with this hidden expense. Be careful with these guys very shady.
Bait and switch type dealer. Was dealing with a sales guy over email and text. Was using autotrader "accelerate my deal" and got a trade value. The sales guy emailed back and said "Autotrader usually isn't far off." Well they were $4,394 off... this isn't cause of my vehicle condition, they never said it was lowered due to that. I would never recommend this dealer. They tell you one thing to get you in the dealership, and then pull the old switcheroo.

I am a loyal customer for Lost Pines Toyota (I have bought 2 cars and leased 1 car from them). I just traded in my 2014 Corolla S and bought a new 2017 Corolla SE from salesman Russell. I do enjoy the new 2017 Corolla (safety features are awesome) except the concern of gas mileage. Russell told me and tried to convinced me the new 2017 Corolla SE has better gas MPG/Horsepower (30 local /40 highway, and 35MPG combined, and 140hrps) compared to my previous 2014 Corolla S. Because I need to commute long distance every day, so a better gas mileage is very important to me. After I bought it, I found it is actually 28/36 and 32MPG combined, and 132 hrps. The information that Russell provided was misleading which affected my decision, if I knew the new 2017 Corolla SE is 28/36MPG and 132hrps, which is the same as my 2014 Corolla S, I would probably consider more before I bought the new 2017 Corolla SE. Later I came to Lost Pines Toyota and asked them about this issue, and we worked out a compensation for me, which is 2 free maintenances after the 2yr/25000miles free maintenance (ToyotaCare) runs out.
After that, my friend told me there is a TOYOTATHON event, and did I get the $750 Graduate rebate on my new car since I graduated last year? I just realized that I did not get the rebate because Russell did not tell me anything about TOYOTATHON nor he informed me about this rebate at all. I asked Russell and another salesman Caitlin about this rebate, they first said this is not a rebate but a discount (which is wrong because rebate is from Toyota and discount is from dealership), later they changed explanation and said I may be qualified for this rebate but since I already signed the contract so it is a done deal, which is not fair to me. These rebates are for the customers and the salesmen must try their best to check whether customers are qualified or not, especially the TOYOTATHON is a special event of the year. I know I already signed the contract, but I felt I was in the dark when I bought this car. The salesman are not totally familiar with the specs of the new car and the available rebate options for customers, and they just try you convince you the new car is better with some incorrect information, and try to sell you the new car as fast as possible.

I had a wonderful experience! I needed a car in the worst way. My old car needed a new transmission which I could not afford. Walk in to Lost Pines Toyota, and was greeted by Chris Blankenship. Chris worked with me and I walked out with a 2012 Hyundai Tucson with no money down. I appreciate everything that Chris did for me. I would recommend Chris Blankenship and Lost Pines Toyota to anyone in need of a car.

If you re in the market for a new whip you need to go see Brandon and Trey. Product knowledge and customer service are unmatched anywhere. They took their time introducing me to the feature packed Toyota and got me in a killer ride for a great price. One of the best dealership experiences to date and best of all frustration free. The passion for the Toyota brand shines and I already look forward to my next purchase.

I wish all of the past car buying experiences had gone as well as the one we had last week at Lost Pines Toyota. From beginning to end our salesman, Jesse Torres, did a great job guiding us through the process. In fact everyone we had contact with was professional in every way. There was no pressure to make a sale, rather what appeared to be a genuine desire to negotiate a deal that would work for all involved. Linda loves her new Highlander and we won't hesitate to return the next time we're in the market for a vehicle.

I would give no stars if i could. Nothing but a run around when braught in for transmission repair on my tundra took 3 days to tell me they cant replace because they would have to drop transmission but to do that would need to cut exhaust but that they have no way to weld back together. I insisted to change the transmission fluid at least they claim they did i have no way to prove they did besides a bill. I get my truck back thoroughly frustrated to drive it and find out it has no radiator flyid and overheats on me. How can a dealership not repair exhaust not check radiator fluid or call a customer back when they say they will. I called and spoke with general manager tony and his parts and services managers and all three told.me well.sorry this happened but we can not help you. What a joke! This place just wants to sell you a new car. NEVER go here for vehicle repairs and support this kind of shady business dealings

Jesse Torres was professional and knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot. Was able to help me make the right decision without feeling pressured to make one. Shawn Galvan was very professional and knew what options would be beneficial to continue to increase my credit scores with got me a very low interest rate with all the packages I needed.
I definitely will refer friends and family to this location when they are looking for a new or used car. :-)

I loved getting my vehicle serviced here!!! The customer service was always top notch. Everyone was friendly, helpful and so knowledgeable. The first visit they offered all the additional maintenance repairs to which I declined. After that, never again. They always confirmed exactly what I wanted with my oil change without me having to ask. My tire rotation, topped off my tires if needed, topped off fluids, and wash and vac. Never anything additional unless I requested it. But they never failed to let me of anything they noticed on my vehicle and just told me to let them know if I wanted them to fix it. I reallyyyy appreciated that. It made me feel like they actually remembered my preferences and never waivered from being friendly. One of the best dealerships I ve ever been to! Losing them was the saddest part about moving away!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were ready to buy and had a trade in they tried to offer us 4000 less than the Kelly blue books says to accept for our truck. The manager was extremely disrespectful when we told him we would not accept that amount and started to walk out he continued to bad mouth us to his co-workers loud enough for everyone to hear. We were outside and saw him still pointing and being extremely disrespectful about us. I would never recommend this place. The salesman told us when we left we could sell my husband's truck and get a lot more money than the manager was offering! Horrible customer service.

Update: I went to get an oil change and a bald, African american man from service was assisting me. He insisted that I had to get a special flush worth few hundred dollars. I told him i wasnt interested and he insisted. i called my husband and he told me to just leave and we took the car to Austin instead. i disliked being pushed to do something and the employee wasnt very friendly. he just kept repeating, "if you want you car to run good, you have to pay extra." in austin, we were told that we didnt need that and that dealer use this trick to get money out of customers. it's a shame because i prefer supporting small town businesses but i wont be returning here.

Bought our 2nd vehicle from here ('20 Tundra in December and '20 Highlander this July) and we couldn't be more happy with the entire sales experience. Very professional, patient, and helpful while not being pushy.
Quince is amazing both times and today we used Andy and he was fantastic.
We didn't have too great of an experience with one aspect of a minor warranty repair on the Tundra, but I'm sure they will make good on that.
Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I just had the best overall vehicle buying experience at Lost Pines Toyota thanks to Ricky Walter, Chad Catron and Gary Faust. They went out of their way to find and personally deliver to my home in Austin the exact truck I was looking for. Thanks to these guys I am now driving my dream truck. No Pressure sales and they actually listened to what I wanted and not what they wanted to sell me. I felt that they were there to help me get into the truck I wanted - and DELIVERED in more ways than one.

The best service in the entire world!! I was in a very bad situation with a car that I was still paying off with another dealership, and they helped me get into the perfect car within less than a week! Plus, they gave me such an incredible deal and even did extra little things to make sure I got the best possible experience.. without them I'd probably still be stranded somewhere without a working car!

I ve owned my 2016 Toyota Rav for four years. I ve always brought it to this dealership and I get mediocre care. Two months ago I brought it in for an oil change and asked how my tires were doing and they said great. Today I m told I need four new tires because they are dry rotted. When I told the sales person that he said not sure who you were dealing with my reply was, well look it up. I brought it in because the air pressure light was on and I m told all four tires are dry rotted and need new tires. I have 43,000 miles. After tire installation I drove the car off and it was shimmying and I heard a clink noise. I drove back into dealership. Turns out they hadn t put one of the weights on correctly. It s been two hours. I ve been waiting for them to put the tires on and now correct the balancing problem. I m getting very tired of being loyal to people that don t know me from Adam and certainly don t give me any discounts. I m afraid they have the market cornered here.

Talk to "Hipo."
Talk to "Hipo."
"Hipo" Rocks! My husband just brought home a Pre-Owned 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport in mint condition. He was telling me how hard "Hipo" worked to earn our business!
A quick story on what he experienced: My husband has poured over research for two weeks, browsing forums, talking with multiple dealers, and Jeep owners. Together we decided that a pre-owned Jeep was the best option for our budget. Utilizing the USAA search tool he narrowed his search down to specific dealerships with the pre-owned we wanted on the lot. He took our 2yr old as well as our 7week old with him to the dealership to test drive the Jeep. Once he walked in the door he was impressed by the low pressure atmosphere of the dealership. The staff was professional and courteous, opening the door for him and helping to make him comfortable. "Hipo" brought him to the vehicle that we were considering. It was in top condition and "Hipo" was more then accommodating, helping to buckle in car seats and explaining the vehicles features in depth. The test drive went well, and after a quick phone call to me, we decided to make an offer. The efforts that "Hipo" went to, to ensure my husband and children's comfort was astounding: 1.) Fetching hot water to warm our baby's milk 2.) Fetching popcorn for our 2yr old to keep her happy 3.) Running back and forth to our truck to get baby supplies for our children 4.) Cleaning our 2yr old hands off after she got messy with the pen and paper he supplied to scribble on, keeping her occupied. 5.) He even would neaten up our baby supplies if my husband got up to change the baby. Beyond the awesome customer service the facility was impressive, clean and well maintained. The staff was kind, warm and friendly. But it got better, the price they offered on our trade was haggle free and at market value, no BS here. The price on the Pre-Owned Jeep was a great value and the management helpful. This place rocked, we will absolutely be referring our friends to this dealership to do business. My husband "absolutely recommends working with Hipo."
Funny side note: Our two year old has been yelling "where is Hipo!?" since she got home. Haha.
Thanks guys!

UPDATE: If I can't be found in the system then why did I receive at least five phone calls from Lost Pines Toyota in the weeks following our visit...weird. There is nothing fraudulent about my review or the information in it. It IS fraudulent to advertise vehicles for a certain price, and then refuse to sell them for that price.
Before visiting this place, go to their website and read through the disclaimers about prices and add-one. Lost Pines is the worst place to buy a car. Had it listed for one price then after wasting an hour of my time they come back with "accessories" added on totaling $1800 and refused to remove them. These accessories were:
1. Nitrogen in the tires (which is weird because there's no green or blue valve stem cap on any of the tires)
2. New tint which I would argue all day long was not done
3. LoJack stolen vehicle monitoring. Which they install for their own peace of mind while they have it sitting on the lot for sale, but then pawn the price off on the customer.
I didn't want any of this stuff. Especially when LoJack is only $700 and tint would cost me $200. That's half the price of what they tried to sell them to me for! It's a scam to lure you in then get their money back through these so called add ons.
I had cash in hand to purchase and left because of their false advertising on this issue. If I could leave zero stars I would. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your time like I did. Oh yes...and the manager is a worm!

I spoke with Chad Catron about a RAV 4 lease. It was a comfortable experience with no pressure, Chad knew the vehicle well and was happy to answer questions. Even though it was cold outside, he didn't mind walking around with me and showing me other options. Their mascot "Tom" the cat was also helpful at putting me at ease. :)
I shopped around at other dealers and still came back to them for the vehicle of my choice, they work hard to earn your business and are always smiling and polite. Thank you for an experience that I will not soon forget! I look forward to doing business again at the end of my lease.

I recently bought my second pre-owned car from Lost Pines Toyota. Both times I've been pleased with the no-hassle price (fair market value) and the trade-in deal. The sales person, Starla, was helpful without being pushy. It was a very positive experience. Unlike the scamming salespeople at dealers in College Station where they don't even want to tell you the price of their pre-owned vehicles without a song and dance.
Email Contact
Email Contact
Not sure if it's illegal...but I think it's certainly unethical...that you just sent me an email, referencing the new employment of Cody McCormick...previously employeed with San Marcus Toyota., where I bought a vehicle 4 years ago. Apparently Mr McCormick took off, with all our previous data...and now that he is employed, with you...have decided to use that data to solicit previous customers. Probably is a violation of something I signed...stating that Toyota of San Marcos would not give my data to anyone else. Maybe we should consider a class action lawsuit? And Mr Brown...you would sign your name, followed by "US Army" with a trademark sign? I didn't know the Army was trademarked; however, I wonder whether you ever served...and as a military retiree...I find it offensive that you would condone this type of solicitation. So.....No Mr Brown....I will not be conducting business with your company in the future. And for others...I wonder what Mr McCormick will do with your data, when he moves on from Lost Pines.
Edit to review: You will see the reply of the "owner of the business" below where he states that he was providing "follow-up on my investment"...which is laughable...since I haven't had contact with anyone for 4 years, on my vehicle. This is clearly an attempt to solicit and get business. In this era of data security...do you think it is acceptable...if I sign that my data will only be used within one company it is acceptable to carry that data out and use it at another company. How will you feel when someone walks out with the data, from your business that you worked to accumulate? I have no way of knowing what other data, including sensitive financial data, that may have walked, as well. Apparently others at your company thought is was OK to send out solicitation...the email was not from Mr McCormick... it was from a Mr Brown.

This car purchasing experience was the best I have ever had. Heather Henkell was knowledgeable, and worked diligently to get me the car that I wanted, in a way that I could manage, with the best interest rate possible. Everything about the car I purchased was explained to me before I left, the car was detailed, and filled with gas before we pulled off the lot. We were given information for contacting her in case of questions or problems, as well as had our first maintenance appointment scheduled.
Heather was fun to work with, and acted like she really cared about her customers, she is a keeper! We will be recommending our friends and family to go to Lost Pines Toyota to see Heather!

Be aware that this dealership will hound you until the day you die over a car you traded in somewhere else years ago. After the first few years of it got on my nerves, I've asked at least half a dozen people there for the dealership to lose my number and stop calling me, and they swear they've removed my contact info, but it's a rare treat if three months manage to go by without some yahoo calling from Lost Pines in the middle of a meeting or whatnot to discuss how badly they need my long-gone FJ that I can barely remember the color of. They keep calling and I keep adding new numbers to my block list, I guess.

Have been looking for a "deal" on a 4-Runner for the past couple of months. I had researched and had spoken and dealt with several agencies with the same outcome, prices started high and were cut/slashed but when I called I find out the vehicle was not the same one or was not there but there was another one "just like that one for a little higher price". The price I received at Lost Pines was discounted, Chris Blankenship was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, "straight-shooter", didn't try to pressure me to purchase something I didn't want. Chris knew what I wanted, stuck to the 'plan' and I came away with a new car at a price that was below what I expected to pay with the extras the vehicle had. I learned the difference between the 4-Runners and realized I was not getting a "deal" at the other dealerships. It was an extremely fair price from a great dealership with an extremely professional salesperson. Thank you for the experience and again for the great "deal".

For a first time buyer, I can't imaging having a better experience. I was never pressured and had the process explained to me in terms I could understand by people who weren't trying to nickel and dime me. Charlie and Shannon were great to work with and I will definitely be buying my next car from them! 5 stars is not enough!

We were shopping around for a new or used vehicle and this was the closest location, so we started here. The inventory on hand was good and Toyota pricing is pretty good as well. The sales rep we spoke to (unfortunately can't remember their name) was helpful and had the information we needed when we asked for it. He wasn't too pushy either, which is always nice.
While we didn't end up buying from here, this is still a location I would consider looking at when shopping around.

I waited all day for them to perform a simple alignment and fix the check engine light. After waiting for 7 hours they charged me over 500$. They didn t perform the alignment because they were waiting on a censor to be ordered and the will do the alignment when the part comes in. I told them to put it back in the shop to align it because I didn t want to ruin my tires driving it until they fixed the alignment. They moved it back in the shop and did absolutely nothing to it for another 2 hours. Then said it was done, charged me aver 500$. A month later I had to purchase new front tires and an alignment elsewhere because they never fixed what I paid for. Oh and I never received the censor that they claimed to order. I will never use this dealership again nor would I recommend them to anybody. They use to respond to reviews but it doesn t look like they do anymore. It would be a full time job responding to all the bad reviews.

Things have gone from great to poor. The manager, Chris, doesn't return phone calls and flat out lies. We have been waiting over 4 months for the piddly $50 referral from a friend buying a car shortly after we did. My husband went in today for our 10k maintenance and asked to speak to Chris. He was told he was busy, yet he could be seen at his desk drinking a soda. Buy Toyota, but DON'T buy from Lost Pines!!! Customer service after the sale is non-existant.

Absolutely terrible. Staff is shady and they beat around the bush. They are also unclear with anything regarding the contract, financing and the car.
I went in to check out a car based on its listing price. The car was jacked up about $5000 because of unnecessary accessories that they added on. After agreeing on a price we filled out a full contract and I was handed the keys. 3 days later I walked in to ask a few questions I had about the car only to be handed a new contract with a higher interest rate. They lied about financing and said the bank wouldn't take my credit history. I was told I had to sign the new contract and that there was nothing I could do. Asked to speak to the GM, only to be told he was at lunch, in a meeting, and not returning for the day. I was then harassed by a sales manager. Nothing was resolved and I'm stuck in the contract. I love my car but hate the way I was spoken to and treated.
