We came with the kids and friends after getting recommendations for Belkin Farm. The weather was nice and we had a fantastic day. The kids, and us enjoyed it very much. Worth every penny. Thank you very much Belkin family for a wonderful time and see you again soon.

Fried peppers weren t fried, brussels were barely cooked, 5 small shrimp with a quarter cup of cauliflower for $18, and food was cold by the time it came. On the other hand, location was beautiful, the teens that worked there were sweet, and the cider was great.

Would recommend that they add a prompt for your table number at the END of the order process. Overall would come back for the cider and location, but food is way overpriced for what you get.

Disorganized mess. I made a reservation and drove all the way there just for them to tell me there was a problem with their system and the reservation never went through. They didn t let us in OR offer a refund! Karen the so-called manager was beyond rude to us. Will never come back to this place

Love it. They have a excellent selection of fruits and the train is very enjoyable. The play area for children is quie creative and useful for parents to rest. But extremely expensive. Go apple picking at Market Basket if you are a cheap person

$18 a person to ACCESS fields to pick your own fruit.... that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. That doesn't take into account the overpriced peaches and apples they sell.... usually its a couple of bucks to enter and then farms will waive the fee if you buy X amount of fruit. Not Lookout Farm! $18 just to ENTER, plus whatever bag you get for picking. We drove half an hour to pick some peaches this weekend and promptly left, what an absurd business. We also tried looking in the farm store to just buy some produce and all of the peaches were mushy and unripe. Save your time & money and go elsewhere!

First of all this place was severely over priced just to go apple picking-if I remember correctly it was $36 for a half bushel and $14 per person ON TOP of that for an admission fee just to pick the apples. When we went, every person we encountered working there seemed to be in an extremely irritable mood. They were extremely rude to customers about which side to enter and exit the train from and we re not very informative about where to pick the apples you wanted. One lady (who happened to be foreign and didn t quite understand English) got off the wrong side of the train at one of the stops and the worker began yelling at her and speaking to her in a very demeaning way. She clearly didn t understand what he was trying to say and instead of being patient and redirecting her nicely, he continued yelling at her in frustration. On top of that they state they close at 5:00 for picking but yet, stopped running the train at 4:40 and refused to go around again (which only takes 10 min). You also HAVE to take the train to get to the apples even though it s walking distance. We only were able to fill about half our giant bag before they cut our picking time off.

Don't go here!! They call it "Look Out" because you need to look out for your wallet. You have to get a loan to even enter. 12 dollars for just entering. Unheard of, this not a genuine New England apple experience. Far from it.

For the brewery/restaurant: Nice place to chill while maybe listening to some live music. I like beer and my wife likes cider and they brew both very well, so this is such a great place for us! Lots of seating; bar area (w/live music sometimes), a big function room, two outdoor patios, and a large greenhouse area. The only downside is if you come here on a good-weather apple-picking weekend the line for the brewery can be loooong!

If there is anything nice there, all the credit goes to the farmers who planted there originally and Mother Nature for being so generous.
Talking about generosity......a small family of four with two kids went there and paid $120 got three small bags, picked some apples mostly from the ground because almost nothing was on the trees where we were allowed to pick...... lots of dirty diapers and trash on the ground ...and when leaving ... like cattle you have to go thru a line and pay for anything else like jams or pies twice as expensive as special shops in Boston....and go through the exit door where FOUR GUYS are checking you in case of robbery!!!!!!! .... My husband and kids were ahead of me with their prepaid bags and I still had two apples in my hands that kept rolling out of the bags...... and then the guy starts yelling at me that next time pay for those apples and don t steal them while at least fifty people were looking at me and confused that a woman at her age, well dressed and clean was a THIEF ..... who wants to pay $120 for three bags of apples and get accused of stealing? Uhmmm.....not me.

I rate this place 1 stat only because I can't rate it with ZERO and still leave a comment. I paid $57 for my family to go Apple picking which included a bag of $15 for the apples. At the end of the day, all of the employees knew that the trees had No more apples, which the train conductor confirmed with me and they were still selling the bags. Had they been honest with me and told me they were out of apples, I simply wouldn't have gone in this year..but now they've lost me and my friends forever.

Found this farm to be so amazing. The way the grapevines are arranged, and miles of apple Vines and peaches are amazing. The way they are architectually formed , is so beautiful to see. Pumpkins , and cider , and a train ride and animals, perfect farm!!!

It is a nice farm, but NOT worth the price. We have a big family and at $20/ person just to get access to the orchards it would be $120 to have us pick some fruit. It was always overpriced but now with coronavirus policy, all other perks of this orchard are shut down: train, kid play area, etc. Even with the convenience of being so close, I honestly can t justify visiting again at these prices.

I just want to be upfront for those who are considering going to this farm to pick apples. Admission for adults on the weekend is $16. Children under 12 are $14. Kids under 2 are free. Not too bad until you realize you have to pay $20+ for each bag of apples. For two adults and a "peck" it cost us $54 just to walk in the door. This cost includes Apple picking and "unlimited" train rides to get to the orchard. This place is better suited for families with kids but be ready to shell out some serious cash. Also be ready to wait in line to get in, pay, and then wait in line to get on the train

Seemed like a decent farm, but it was so crowded it was overwhelming (it is fall in New England, after all). They have a cider house now that looks great, but it appears to be new and they seriously need to work on the workflow.

We love lookout. It's lovely and the train it's self so fun. It also makes it really easy for families with little kids b/c they don't have to trek into the felds on foot. It's a bigger than the small quaint apple picking places but during the week it's quite and lovely.

Great venue, amazing beer garden, fine ciders, good food, wonderful gluten free (gf) food options.

Made my own cider flight. Kids had great food. Burger was delicious. 2 adults loved the crab cakes. Wonderful setting. Open skies.

One star based on price and most of the apples to pick was already going bad it's crazy on weekend 20 for adults and 17 for children first of all y are adults paying 20 it's nothing for adults no activities on top of that we pay separate for apple bags it's a decent and clean place but the price is outrageous I'll stick with going to stow ma

Family of five paid 120 dollars to just get into the farm, long lines and we could only get a medium sized bag of apples after just the price to get in. Very greedy if you ask me and not affordable for a middle class family.

What a rip off. We walked out. $22 for a 1/2 peck is fine but you can t pick without paying an admission fee- $20 per adult. So in effect if all you want to do is pick, its costs $62 for a 1/2 peck. Outrageous.

2 stars because it is visually beautiful, organized, clean and very spacious. Other than that it was the worst experience I've ever had at apple picking. The fees to go just go apple picking is insane. You pay for whichever size bag you like THEN a separate fee per person just to enter the farm. PLUS extra $$ to ride any of the animals or food from their bbq. Plus you only can go apple picking by taking their train around, although the orchids are barely a 5 minute walk away. The staff have some of the worst attitudes towards their customers I have ever witnessed. They are not helpful and clearly are annoyed with out of towners. They are rude and disrespectful to everyone & dont care. My family of 4; 2 adults, a 6 year old & 2 year old all had to pay to enter which was between $14-18 per person. Then the $36 or $38 for our medium size bag, then we got 1 regular sized pumpkin and a tiny baby sized one and 1 fry & burger & 1 pony ride... we left there spending around $200and to top it off the orchard during its peak time for apples barely had any. Every single stop along the train ride had no apples. People were going nuts because of that. We were never told the only place to find ANY apples left would be the last stop, the last row and in the very back at the tippity top of the trees. We left with barely a half of bag. Never would return again. Sad because their apples actually taste really good and the play space for the kids was amazing and interesting but other than that, it is a waste. Even my kids were upset for lack of apples and not being able to run around the orchards & such.

$18 admission fee per person. Just a small bag with me, my wife, and our daughter was $60. It's fun for your kids but the prices are insane. The 2 trains sit about 240 people. So a family of 3 for a few hours gives them a profit anywhere between $15,000 and up. Makes you wonder about the name of they're really "Looking out" or looking to take your money. Farm on that, I'll enjoy my time at a no admission fee farm where the family will still have fun and get your money's worth towards apples and other things.
