Jenn Kim is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I am not one to ever write reviews but she deserves all the praise in the world!! I have long blonde hair that had about 5 months of root grow out and was about 3-5 different shades of leftover blondes and reds. I showed her the pic of what I wanted (honey blonde hair with lighter around the face). She walked me through the entire process from beginning to end and kep me up to speed the entire time as to what was going on and where we were at. She is 100% professional and absolutely adorable!! My hair turned out looking like A MILLION BUCKS!! I am obsessed!! She is now and forever the only stylist I will ever let touch my hair. Thank you so much Jenn!! XOXOXOX!!

The atmosphere is great and my stylist is the best. Even my 14 year old child likes to go with me.

If you re looking for a hair color rescue ask for JENN KIM. If you are tired of your short hair and need some extensions look up JENN KIM. If you are lazy like me and treasure your sleep time more than taking an extra hour to do your hair get a blowout from JENN KIM that will still look good 5 days later! Or if you re new in town and don t know where to start with your hair needs and want a cool chick that does amazing hair hurry up and book with JENN KIM!!

Literally just got the worst haircut of my life here. The more I look at it/ try to fix it with styling, the angrier I get.
Nothing that I asked for was done. She not only did the exact opposite of what I wanted, but was very successful in ruining my hair.
No matter how I style it, there's literally a chunk of hair missing.
What. The. Hell.
It's uneven, my volume is destroyed, the choppy undercutting looks disgusting, and now I'm going to have to cut inches off of my hair to remedy the horrible butcher job she just did.
Can we also mention that she was almost 30 minutes late? Or that I was very specific about the fact that I was growing my hair out and really just wanted the back part that was grown out too far cut off? Or the fact that I checked with the salon several times to make sure they would have the best stylist for the job available?
I'm completely mortified. I look absolutely horrible. My hair is COMPLETELY RUINED. And to top it all off, the stylist had the audacity to try to guilt me with this whole 'I tried to make you look good' bit.
I'm not hard to 'make look good', honey.
I can not believe a simple request of 'cut the beck, freshen the shape, and straighten mt hair' turned into this complete disaster.
You only get one star because I can't put 0.

Do not go there for a perm. My wife went there and the lady said it was the easiest perm she could possibly do. My wife takes pride in her hair. She has got a perm before (years ago), but she does not color her hair or uses any harsh chemicals on it at all. Something went wrong with the perm and it fried her hair. We spent $200 (including tip) on the perm and her hair is breaking off in clumps. They didn't offer any monetary solutions and wanted us to come back in. We was there on vacation and live literally 1800 miles away. The man at the front seemed very aggravated with us when we was there. I guess I'm just from the south and expect southern hospitality. Glad to be back home and I'm not planning on going back to Vegas.

Terrible communication. This was supposed to be the first time I have ever had my hair done professionally. I saw positive reviews and was very excited. I made my appointment online for a 10am haircut. In the booking process I selected that I had no preferance for a stylist and at the very end was told that one should get in touch with me.

Days passed and no one contacted me. One day before I was supposed to have the haircut still nothing. I tried calling the business but no one picked up the phone. I called once again at a later time. The woman answering informed me that all the stylists were independent contractors and choose whether or not they want to do your hair. Apparently no one wanted to do mine, hence why I had not heard back from anyone.

I wanted to give this business another chance. I made an appointment again but this time on the phone with the woman. I got a confirmation text message not too long after, stating once again that a stylist will get in touch with me. The day of the appointment still no one contacted me. I waited 1 hour before the appointment for a message, still nothing.

It is now well past 10am and no one has contacted me. Very disapointed.

But on the plus side I was able to go to another salon and they were happy to take me in last minute. I was done in an hour and got exactly what I wanted.

Layout is nice. Did not utilize any services, was only visiting a barber who works there. Nice and clean from what I can see. It's located near a parking lot as well, which is great, because the salon is at an outside mall.

I would like to tell any other customer who is planning to make a hair cut over or just to try it ,that is not the right place to go in . It s the place where you will get scammed. 2 days ago I went to there location in town square, before I went in I took an appointment via yelp it shows me that i ll be having my hair cut for 0$ , when I went in they told me that they don't have that deal so I asked for the manager I showed her my coupon she end it up by saying "it s a mistake " ,seriously is that an excuse ? Definitely bad customer service , later I called many time and emailed the general manager she is not answering too , they try to give fake deals to get customers. So at the end she let me pay for the hair cut about 80$ , if i went to great clips i ll pay 18$ they will make me a better one .

I went to Hayley for full highlights and it was seriously one of the best experiences I have ever had and I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend going to Miss Hayley I absolutely love her and her beautiful personality!

Stylist Jenn Kim is an amazing beautiful person inside and out and her talent matches. I am natural a deep coffee brown haired girl. The last two years I went red and when I mean red, I went Arial under the sea red. I have always wanted to go blonde but never had the patience or time. I was recommended to Jenn and wow. My hair is blonde dimensional and healthy. She's a talent and she knows her worth so don't come at her with wanting a discount because her work deserves top dollar. Love you Jenn and thank you for making me feel and look beautiful.

Came here on my vacation before Christmas and Anjie Torres took excellent care of my boyfriend and I!!!! We left the salon looking and feeling fabulous. She is a 10/10.

This is a nice place to get a manicure and/or pedicure. I appreciate how they accommodated me without a reservation. I would have liked it they had a place to place my feet under fans to have them dry more quickly before I left. Nevertheless, I'd recommend this place if your in need of a manicure or pedicure in a jam.

My stylist is incredible these starsare NOT a reflection on her. She and I were disappointed to see 3 clients walking around with no masks on. I reported this to the front receptionists when leaving and while they were concerned and started looking for them asked where they went. I don't know, I was sitting in my stylist chair at the time. They NEED TO MORE VIGILANT upon checking in and while getting services done.

experience was horrible...i bought a groupon and couldnt use it cause first they didnt even know that they had their groupon and after 10 min they were able to know that it is then we couldnt even use it because we had to have a appointment...but we called a day ahead and they said its walk in...BAD BUSINESS RUDE EMPLOYEES...dont go

I have been going here since they opened always had great service until recently. I have Done the membership they have had for a couple years now. I found out they were charging my account when they were supposed to cancel it. 4 months of 99$. So i had 8 blow outs to use i asked the last time i was in they told me that. I go in fit a visit yesterday and little did i know i cant use my blow outs because my card was declined for the month of Nov. I told them it shouldn't be because i dont have the membership. I cancelled in July, And could use my blow outs till they were gone. NOPE not the case, i forfeit them if i dont continue a new membership. Which i have to use those blow outs in 1 month so now i have 11 to use but i usually go twice a month. The other option was to pay 45$ for my blow out not have the other blow outs that i didn't know i was paying for. I leave part time In Canada and Vegas so no need to have it while I'm not here. So now I'm out money either way. So frustrated on how this happened. I wouldn't recommend this place ever to anyone nor will I be back after this next month.

My experience with Suzanna with ageless101 (upstairs inside Look Style Society) was simply the best I've ever experienced! I had researched many other spas and decided that this was the best option based on pricing/location From The moment I walked in, until I left 3 hours later I felt completely pampered! I love my results on the skin tightening and fat freezing....simply amazing! My clothes are fitting looser and my husband definitely noticed a change. I went later for her Osmosis Medi Facial and my skin looks and feels amazing . I'm looking forward to the next appointment next week for Microneedling. I may just be hooked! Loving the new me! I had avoided getting a hair cut for over a YEAR because I had an unfortunate experience with a previous hair stylist. I decided to try Look Style Society because gurl...it was time. I had enough.

I chose Jenn Kim, and let me tell y all: she is a literal angel when it comes to hair. She is everything you want in a hair stylist.

First off, Jenn Kim is SO cool. Definitely has that rocker-Halsey vibe goin on. She is transparent, honest, and super informative. She will NEVER rush you because she is so patient and wants to make sure you are on board with everything. Jenn Kim will work with your price range and address all your concerns, while making you feel like the beautiful queen you are. She does not fix; she only enhances.

Jenn Kim is truly a miracle worker and the BEST when it comes to color, specifically balayage. Due to so many compliments on my hair, I feel I have officially achieved modeI status.

I WILL be coming back because she is just that awesome!

Jenn Kim is the best hair stylist in all of Las Vegas! I ve gone to many different stylists over the years, but I ve never been as impressed as I am when I leave her chair. I m constantly surprised by her talent. She s detail oriented and knows exactly what looks good and what doesn t. If you re unsure about something, she ll give you her honest opinion. She goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. She truly cares about her work and it shows. If you want gorgeous hair, I strongly recommend going to Jenn.

Don't bother asking for Melissa Nowery (IG @hairbymelemel). She is unprofessional, lacks basic etiquette, and is a poor listener. Furthermore, one shouldn't allow stress in their personal life to impact their performance! I will gladly remove this negative review in exchange for a full $500 refund.

Went there for an appointment at 5:45 after work for a french mani/pedi. By far the most expensive and worst mani/pedi I have ever received. Polish is lumpy, lines are not straight and my nails were filed unevenly. In addition, while I appreciate the nail tech, which was not my nail tech, taking time to patch up one of my nails, I was charged $15 for that parricular service and this morning it is already coming apart. For the $137 I paid, I should have phenomenal looking nails.....but I don't. Finally got out of there at 8:30.

I decided I wanted a professional color and had Matty as my hair dresser. He was terrific. He and I talked several times via text to what I wanted, then also in depth in person. He accomplished more than I imagined. I would definitely recommend.

Let me start off by saying that I have not had my hair done in more than two years, so I was very nervous to look for a stylist who I thought might be able to give me exactly what I want. I was so fortunate to find Jenn Kim at LOOK Style Society! She talked me through the whole balayage process and told me exactly what she was doing before she did it. Bonus: She s also a great conversationalist! Her expertise reaches far beyond her years because I now have the hair OF MY DREAMS! It turned out much better than I could have imagined it to be! Definitely reach out to Jenn Kim for all your Balayage needs, or anything really, she s amazing!

I have been having my hair done by Jenn Kim and she is fabulous! I had her do my first and second balayage and they both came out great. She also does a great job at blending so it always looks amazing!! If you plan on getting a balayage, definitely have it done with Jenn!

I had been looking around for a hairstylist that was primarily a colorist and specifically relating to blonde.
I am naturally a dark brunette and started transitioning about 6 months ago to being a blonde.. however the last hairdresser I was with left me with least desirable blonde tones and still some of my old brown colored pieces and quite a bit of orange.

I came across this particular salon in my search and started looking at the various hairdressers and their reviews and low and behold I landed on Jenn Kim..why?.. because she had numerous phenomenal reviews and many of them were very specific about how good she is with blonde.. as well as colors and how she makes you feel welcomed and like family and who doesn't want to feel like that?

After waiting for almost a month to get in to see Jenn.. my appointment day finally arrived and I was super excited..
Jenn greeted me up at the front door and gave me a huge hug.. I was in the chair for quite a few hours but it was necessary going through the various steps of foils, lightning, and also doing the root touch-up and treatment and a trim..

Jenn did a phenomenal job.. she's super sweet and has a very cool personality..
It's very evident that she definitely knows what she's doing.

If you have blonde hair or you want to go blonde don't search out anybody else.. definitely go see Jenn..I might add she cares about the integrity of your hair so she's going to watch it and feel it as she goes through the different processes to make sure it still remains as healthy as possible.

My girlfriend and her friend came in for an ombre, base color and cut and paid $1300. I don't mind paying for good products/services but let's be honest, $1300 is ridiculous.

Tori Cannata is the absolute best with color correction! This amazing woman not only saved my hair but gave me an outcome that was so amazing I couldn t have even imagined it. I was terrified to do anything more to my hair after years of bleaching and a horrible attempt to box dye my hair back to my natural color. Tori not only educated me throughout the entire process but the time flew by while in her chair. I love the salon environment. And again, cannot say enough great things about Tori. She took my faded green dark hair and transformed it into the most gorgeous natural color. I will be returning to Tori every time I need anything done and I m not from here so if that doesn t tell you how satisfied I am then I don t know what will!!!

There's a lot of bad reviews for this place for some reason but every time I need a transformation, when my hair is practically burnt hay this place is my hero! my favorite stylist has to be pryncess, my hair became unreconizable and gorgeous, I totally recommend her

Nice place. Very clean and surprisingly quiet & relaxing considering it's a place with numerous hair stylists in numerous cubicles throughout the building. As a new resident to southern Nevada I was very concerned about the regions notoriously hard water. I was assured by LOOK Style admin staff and my new stylist that the building has installed a water softening system.

I went into Look Style Society for a haircut and keratin treatment with stylist Jenn Kim, and I am very happy with my experience! I've had long hair all my life and was worried that I would need several inches cut off based on a previous stylist's complaints about my damaged hair, but Jenn immediately reassured me that she would save as much length as she could---and she did, while still cutting out a good amount of split ends and damage!
She also patiently sifted through my thick Italian hair and carefully applied the keratin treatment while explaining to me step by step what she was doing. I felt comfortable in her hands, and my hair feels the healthiest it has in a long time! I'll be back in 6 months for my next keratin treatment with Jenn.

I am so sick of this salon! I've never been more disappointed in management in my life. They have absolutely made it impossible to stay with them given all their changes. From everyone quitting to changing prices on memberships to ending the memberships to hiking up prices from $180 unlimited to 20 blowouts for $500 is the most insane thing I've ever heard a business do. They've lost it and I hope this salon fails based on their ability to screw their customers constantly.

Went to get a man haircut, I do a European style hair cut and for 45$ you d think the stylish will know how but after a one hour ( the longest haircut I ever had) I left unhappy with the result. I guess regular barber haircut you will end up happy .. but why would you pay 45$ for a barber haircut ??
