This salon has reached my expectations completely! When you walk into the salon, it s just so beautiful and everyone greets with a smile and makes you feel welcomed !! It s so professional and the experience is just superb! I totally recommend Jenn Kim as your hair stylist if you re looking for someone to book with! My hair needed help badly and she took her time with me and knew exactly what I wanted without me even feeling her!! She s that good. I swear by it! I give this place 5 stars because it was such a wonderful experience. Awesome place!!

Went today with my husband melanie was awesome loved the haircut. Love this place. Awesome place. Kid friendly and everyone was so nice. Love this place. Just wish they had more for the kids to experience. Wanted to get my daughter use to the salon experience but she got bored fast and sleepy. Thinking about taking my son next week he is older may appreciate the attention. Husband did the membership not sure for my son giving we dont get his hair cut much. May still take him though.
If you're looking for an excellent stylist with good customer service, ask for Tony! He does a great job and has years of experience. I feel very happy with his service.
Two years ago I had a hair nightmare... I haven't been able to step into a hair salon since. I came across Look and figured I'd give it a try. Man, did I luck out. Liana did an amazing job with my cut and gave me back my confidence. She also spent some time educating me on things to try with my hair to compliment my hairs texture, which I so appreciated. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she enjoys her craft. I would recommend her 10 out of 10 times.
I was ready for something different and together with my hairdresser Liana it was nice to be able to spruce up which haircut would look good on me. Very satisfied with the result.
Terrible experience. Do expect help from management if stylist does your hair completely wrong.I came for a consultation at 6pm assuming it would be way too late to get my hair done. They called a stylist in that decided to take me. I asked for fire engine red hair and Brown roots. No lifting was needed. I saw the colors mixed. A beautiful bright red., then stylist said we'll add magenta to one red bowl to add some dimension. My hair turned out to be bright magenta. And the rootwas a darker brown than i wanted "because she used the lighter color all up earlier in the day". She said "wow that magenta really took over." I said it wasn't right and she said , "maybe it will grow on you." Plan was to let it fade and then I'd put red on top of it. It wont fade and red won't stick. So for two months everyone has been complimenting me on my pink hair. I was chill and friendly to the staff but leaving this review because the manager is unreachable to help me and front desk staff does the job of deflecting her calls. Big price tag for something I will have to spend hundreds on correcting and damaging my hair for.
I found Jenn Kim online, after a BAD balayage experience I was frantically looking for someone I could trust to fix my hair. I m so glad I contacted her. She was super nice, upbeat and so welcoming. My expectations were a little low but she completely nailed it! She saved my hair and I cannot thank her enough, I almost bought some BOX DYE, I know...yikes!
I can now wear my hair down again without feeling embarrassed . I will be back!
Has an unlicensed tattoo artist tattooing people in the back. That's ILLEGAL dangerous and disgusting. If you want a tattoo go to a REAL tattoo artist. Not a fraud.
I had my hair done in Look Style Society at Town Square with a hairdresser named SASHA who completely ruined my hair. I understand that the shade might be slightly different, but in my case my hair turned black and the highlights looked like independent grey hair. I provide the pictures of what I got and what I wanted. Initially I came to her with light brown hair. She never picked the shade comparing with my roots and said she knew what she was doing. Knowing that she messed it up she told me that she can't guarantee the final color!!!! and told me to leave because she had a client waiting. Did she do the service I asked for? No.Was she rude? Yes.Did she charge me for that? Yes, trying to convince me that it looked good. If it was me and I messed up somebodies hair, I would refund the client, I would feel unpleasant and would understand that the client will have to have it redone and pay again to fix it elsewhere. But once you payed you will never be refunded at this place.The client is screwed and unprotected paying $200-300 .Nobody takes responsibility for the service done ( neither manager nor "stylist'). PS: do not rely on the pictures this stylist provides on her page, the pictures might be nice but it doesn't mean that this specific stylist is able to do what she posted and look at the other negative reviews for this business and you will see there is a trend.
I'm from out of town and getting married on 12/31. I needed to find someone to do a full sew in. I had initially driven to Pittsburgh,Pa and had an appointment set up but it didnt work out and the place was busted down and ratchet. I then decided to have it done in Vegas since I was getting married there. I googled Naomi from her previous location, She's Sheik hair boutique. Naomi told me she had a new location called Look Style Society and she could do my hair there. I got to the salon and it was gorgeous and very clean. Naomi went over and beyond to help me find hair in the area.My hair turned out beautiful and amazing. My family and fiance love it.
Cinda is the best hairstylist iv e ever had!! She did such an amazing job on my hair. Found her through Instagram and was really impressed with her work. Reached out to her for an appointment and she responded really quick. When I came into the salon, she made sure if I needed anything before we started which I thought was very nice of her. I can t believe how beautiful my hair came out, made me feeling brand new!! Can t wait to keep going back! I would definitely recommend Cinda .
Im a licensed cosmetologist that has the honor of working at LookStyleSociety. What I love the most about working there is the continuing education we have consistently here and the salon. Just attended a French balayage class this past Monday that was so amazing and inspiring. Can t wait to try out these new techniques on my color clients. I moved around the corner form here about 2 years ago now. I've been going here ever since. I have the monthly membership for gentleman club. My previous stylist no longer is there and I've been with Crystal Lynn ever since. Great cut, and customer service. Plus you can grab a free beer while you wait! Awesome place!
i was looking for a great hairstylist. A coworker referred me to the salon. As soon as you call to make the appointment, set up a Hair consultant!!!! The staff is very friendly, the salon is absouletly gorgous!!! My hairstylist is brianna. She knew exactly what i wanted and is really great!!! Just had the worst experience I got walked up stairs put in the first available chare got about the same fade and beard trim you can get at great clips or supper cuts and sent down stares to pay was never offered a drink or anything the girl cutting my hair only said like two words to me and the bill was $65 for a fade!!!!!!! Stay far away from this place!!!

This was my first time dying my hair in over 4 years, I was referred to Jenn and she was AMAZING! She answered any and all questions I had to ensure I came out with the hair I wanted. All expectations were exceeded! This was just the first session, and in 6 weeks I will be back to finish and go full platinum. She was very patient and helped explain each thing she was doing so I knew what was going on. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED going to Jenn for any coloring. My experience was great. Savannah, was my stylist. She was VERY professional and engaged. She styled my hair just like I wanted. I would definitely be making another appointment with her. Also the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. It was a great experience all the way around.

Krissy is the one and only hair and makeup stylist I trust and love! She does an amazing job always! She always makes you look oh so beautiful! Every time i want something new to my hair she always pulls it off they way i want it to be! I never recognize myself when she does my makeup! Always so flawless! Love her and her work!
If I could give this 0 stars I would. Do not go and see Savanh. Do not go to this salon! The stylists that they hire clearly have no idea what they are doing, and it is clear that LOOK is not looking into their stylists at all.
I received the WORST haircut I've ever gotten in my entire life, and there have been a lot. It is jagged, and uneven at the bottom, and nothing close to what I asked for in the slightest. Savanh was very rushed, even though I'd been there for 5 hours, and did not do my cut correct at all. It honestly looks like my toddler cut my hair, that's how uneven and jagged it is. The stylist offered to fix what she already messed up, but as I think anyone would be, I am beyond terrified to go back and her to further mess up my hair.
My hair is also violet and silver, when I wanted some blonde balayage. She stated that after 1-2 washes that my hair should be blonde, and after 3 washes I still have violet and silver pieces. Not what I wanted at all.
No other solutions were offered for me to be able to get what I was looking for. No partial refund. No offer to have someone else at the salon fix it. Nothing. It was such a waste of my time and money. I will absolutely never return to this salon, and suggest that you don't either. Save your time and money and go some where that hires decent people who spend the time to do what you're paying for.
Been coming here for a couple of years. Great hair stylists and salon, the problem I have is they play club music now constantly which is annoying g and a drag!!!! Not relaxing or uplifting, same ridiculous beat and repetative club songs..... Even the stylist talked about that as a downside too. Can management make a change??
Terrible place. Girl told me she had 5 years experience. She did everything wrong and cut my hair so uneven. And their prices are so pricey. Haven't done my hair in about 4-5 years for it to grow up longer and now it's all messed up. I will never trust anyone with my hair again!! Do not talk about how good you are when you really suck!!!
The service is amazing but mostly because Melissa Nowery runs a tight shop providing superb service. She did my hair and used great products. I recommend all my friends and family to her for many years now.

Britney Slater is my go to for men's cuts. Highly recommend. Price is about average. Remember you pay for what you get. Don't go cheap on a hair cut, you're only as good as your first impression sometimes.
My bf wanted to donate his long locks to wigs for kids. So happy that we went with Denise Damian at LOOK style Society! She was amazing and so patient to make sure the locks were just right for donating. She the. Cut and styled. Would 100% recommend!
By far the nicest place I been to, to get a hair cut, have my hair wash, also an complimentary drink!! They have there own side for the ladys and men to have there hair cut and styled. Vida knows what she is doing even though it's further from her last shop its well worth it to come here and get a hair cut from Vida!! Followed her for 9 years that should say somthing.. Also she takes walk ins and schedule your appointment with her!!!

Jenn Kim at LOOK Style Society is amazing - I first found her for an updo and then for a balayage, which came out incredible! I've had some touch ups and cuts along the way. This time I went with a darker balayage with more brunette and caramel colors and absolutely love it! I highly recommend her for any cut, color, style.
