I am normally untrusting with car repair places. I have been burned by more than one. Pampered auto care is the best place I have ever been. They have saved me thousands in auto costs because they fix the problem perfectly and didn't lie to me about what was wrong. These guys rock and will have my work for life.
Called them early in day to check on their state inspection services. Made sure I arrived a decent amount of time prior to their closing time of 6:PM, 4:45 to be exact. Pulled in, garage looked pretty empty and their was no one in their waiting area. When I walked into their office the lady behind the desk looked at me like I was a parasite! Like she was just appalled that I walked into their establishment. I told her I was here for a state inspection. She said, well that s going to be a problem because I only have one guy, I mean one person in front if you and then we aren t doing anymore state inspections. I was surprised and said that I d looked on their website that they closed at 6:pm and that I d called and spoke to her earlier that day. She responded that they wouldn t inspect anymore for the day. So, if you go make sure you check with them that they re not closing early?? Or maybe find someplace friendly because they are not.

This business has saved me so much money ! Iv never driven a car more than 2-3 years. Because of Pampered Auto I m driving a vehicle that is almost 10 years old. They are honest, efficient and great mechanics. They tell you if what you want to have fixed would cost more than the value you will get from the fix. I totally trust them and have for many years. The woman on the front dest is amazing! She is such a good communicator. I can not recommend this business more!

Have been a customer of Pampered's since 2007, and have had five different vehicles serviced there in those 12 years. Never once have I had the smallest complaint. Their service and efficiency are only equaled by the value that they have added to the equation with labor rates that are most fair (I'm in the car business for 25 years). Completely trust any part suggestion that Amela offers, as she is entirely on top of her game. The quality of the techs is another reason to take your car nowhere else.
I challenge the "reviewer" John L., whose review of Pampered suggests fraud on the part of the facility, to mind his arrogant subjectivity, whose own basis is completely without merit.

For the second time, I tried getting a vehicle inspection done at this location & was told that the machine wasn t working. I tend to believe that this may not be true, but why advertise that you do inspections when you actually do not??!!
I've had a lot of work done on my car by Pampered Auto, and I've come to trust their work and their recommendations. There are a lot of rip-off mechanics out there, but I've come to trust Tim and Amela with my vehicle.
Great service! They were super quick and provided total transparency regarding the repairs. Before leaving, they showed me the exact piece that needed to be repaired and provided different purchasing options.

This is far and away the best auto repair shop I have ever done business with. They are extremely thorough and knowledgeable and have outstanding customer service. They take the time to explain and actually show you (while your car is up on the lift) what the root cause is of the issues you are having, to ensure you are clear on the proposed work to be done.
I stumbled upon them accidentally while needing some emergency car repair services during a trip I made to Austin. I have not been able to find a foreign auto repair service business in the D/FW area that provides the same high quality service. When possible, I save any auto repair needs I have for when I am working in the Austin market. They even provide me a loaner car to use if needed. I could not recommend this business more highly.
Very thoughtful and reasonably priced. They go above and beyond to describe beyond what they see to save you money and time. They care for our business fleet and personal cars and we ve always been beyond happy at their service.
Dropped off my BMW 3 Series here for a new fuel pump. Customer service was great but quality of work was poor. I drove in from Houston and needed the car fixed to drive back. They put the rubber seal on incorrectly and I ended up spilling 10+ gallons of fuel at a gas station. Paid them $500 for a job I ended up doing in a parking lot. Will not be going back.

Great Customer Service. Excellent troubleshooting and repair. This is a great place to take your car if your tired of them getting it wrong at other shops. They will get it right.
Took my Porsche and it's true...they really do pamper their vehicles : ) Edin was great! He knew exactly what was wrong with my car and was able to receive the parts and complete the work that same afternoon. I highly recommend this place!!
Horrible Experience! Went for an oil change that turned into a phone call every 30 minutes for authorization that more time was needed and that would cost more, that happened 5 times and then once i did get my vehicle back it had rat poop all in the floor board with stuff chewed up all over my vehicle. They said they would detail my vehicle, two days later i got it back vacuumed out. And know i have a dent in my back bumper that was not there before. I'm not a picky person but this whole experience was horrible and unacceptable.
This place will not be seeing my vehicle again.
This place is were I go for everything I need done to my car they have great mechanics they wont lie to you to make more money off you they give you the straight up truth or what they think is wrong with the car the whole staff is great!
UPDATED---today we were informed of a class action lawsuit related directly to our make/model of vehicle and the issues we were experiencing. In a nutshell we had been going to Pampered Auto Care for around 3-4 years. We brought the vehicle in for a repair and were quoted $1100. Once the vehicle was taken apart, the $1100 became a $2400 repair that resulted in disabling the vehicle. From there we were informed that it would require an additional $5000 (expensive MB part at factory cost plus labor) to repair the vehicle. The owner/mechanic informed us that the carbon build-up in that diesel was a known issue, and that basically we should have known. We are not mechanics. We had brought the vehicle to Pampered Auto Care trusting their expertise. As the owner/mechanic was aware that it was a known issue, had he explained the potential problems and related costs BEFORE doing any work this round, it would have given us the opportunity to make different decisions rather that feeling like we were being led down a financial rabbit hole. We ended up selling the vehicle at a loss.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price. I had them do my 40k service for my VW which means servicing the DSG transmission. They did a fantastic job.
They fixed my car after the audi (south) dealership was awful. Twice. They are so accommodating and honest. I would highly recommend them and will be going back to them as long as I live in Texas. They fixed my car multiple times now, and almost half the cost of a dealership. They don't recommend extras off you really don't need them and feel like a true mom and pop family business. Thanks for fixing my car guys! They even diagnosed my car 90 days after the dealership "pay failed" and were reasonably priced but also stayed late so I could get a loaner car. You all rock!

I've been coming here for scheduled and NOT so scheduled maintenance since last year. Hands down Pampered Auto is the best place for your vehicle and more importantly peace of mind. I have a Porsche Panamera and its just outside factory warranty. These guys have been lifesavers. Amela is phenomenal and explains everything from diagnosis to options available. Nothing shady about this place. They are great!

Pampered auto care is a gem. They are honest people. They are very friendly and take the time to explain to you what s wrong with your car in ways that you can understand. They are reasonably priced, and they give estimates before carrying out services and give you options on what to do. They really do have your back like another reviewer said.
Stopped in for a state inspection and left delighted by their professionalism, courtesy, and SPEED. Plus I took comfort in the fact that all the other cars there were luxury vehicles (even though mine was not).

The day I found this place I think I found some peace of mind when it comes to be safe on the road my family and I. Amela and the guys working on our cars are great and trustful people. Amela gave us an accurate diagnostic and suggestion so we can save money if we would need to replace any adjacent part to where the issue was.
The office, the actual shop area is very organized and clean and that also inspire confidence. I go to Amela and do not feel like she is trying to make me pay for things I don't need.

Came in for a simple inspection and headlight replacement. They are competitively priced, friendly, and didn t make any false promises before checking out my car. They even found a secondary problem that only experienced mechanics might be able to notice. Definitely has a family owned feel and I will be back since they are right around the corner from me.

DO NOT (I repeat) DO. NOT. Spend your money here. I came in earlier to fix a simple issue with my window because it wasn't rolling back up. I suspected that it would be the motor or the regulator but I did not have the time nor energy to do the work myself. Brought my car in (2000 Camaro Z28), had them go ahead and do a diagnostic for $98 which is steep for almost all auto shops i've been to in Austin. About and hour and a half later, they told me it was the motor and handed me a quote for almost $400 just to work on ONE window. Promptly went home, got a fellow car buddy, and went to work myself to check out the problem. Turns out it was just a wiring harness connection issue. So essentially, they lied to me (telling me it was something that it wasnt due to lack of attention to detail), charged me almost $100 to be of absolutely no use, and wanted to charge me $397 for an issue that didnt exist. Do not bring your vehicle here unless you enjoy being ripped off. Horrible experience.
We were looking at a used truck just down the street (K&B Auto, also a great place to work with) and we walked into Pampered Auto Care to ask for a buyers inspection. Not only was the office clean and inviting, the staff was first rate! Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. They quoted 1 hour and finished in less than 50 mins (and provided a quote for parts that would need fixing to help us with the car deal).

I would die for this place. They really have your back. They are honest, good people. That's hard to find! Trust me on this! If you have car troubles of any sort, contact these folks first. If they can't help you, they'll point you in the right direction-- but they probably can help you for affordable, fair pricing. I could rave about these guys all day. Please take advantage of this place!
