I was in and out pretty quickly which was good since at least half the employees had their masks on under their noses. There was an issue with my service that was addressed quickly, but only after I asked for a resolution. I ve been going here every six months for maintenance since 2012, but have to say there is room for improvement.

The cust serv rep came a d said only cover oil n filter change . They want charge me $300 for whatver said in the coupon. I dont have no time for argue or whatever. Next purchase be in another KIA DEALER with better service

I was interested in the Outlander. The sales rep could not ask any of my questions about the car (did not offer to get answers). We were not offered a test drive. He said, we sale mostly KIAs. He also told me that a Odyssey with similar features would be over $40K (which is not true).

Be very careful if your credit is not great. They will let you buy the car with what they tell you is approved financing.

Then call you a week or two later and tell you the bank will not finance. This is What's known as a yo yo scam.

Doesn't say much for Longwood Mitsubishi.

The worst people in the entire world work here. Lied multiple times to us about a set price we already agreed on. We drove twice over 3 hours each time for us to finally give up and realize these are terrible liars. If you like pushy people who screw you over, this is the place to come to. Totally unprofessional losers. Go literally anywhere else and you ll have better service.

can't delete, so I'll edit. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. I swore by this place since I bought my 2015, always reasonable service prices service was outstanding... last 2 times I have hated it. this time was an absolute nightmare and Christian my service advisor lied to me, I caught him in the lie because he didn't remember I had a nail in my tire, he told me the tires were fine when one had a nail at the corner of the tread and sidewall that was not only not fine but also not repairable. Once I pointed it out, things quickly went down hill. I spoke with the manager after threatening to come down there, and that was a joke. He had nothing to say about the lie then tried to defend why his advisor was correct about placement of the new tires in the front when I requested the rear, since they always put them on the rear, and I confirmed with 3 independent tire places and the internet. they even tried to tell my boyfriend why he was wrong when he picked up the vehicle still stuck on this front/rear thing. Now I am trying to get them on the phone to cancel an order I pre-paid for after asking it to be removed because I wouldn't trust a bicycle to this place much less my primary form of transportation.
If I could give them 0 stars I would.

editing again... the service manager Joe, just admitted to me he gave me wrong information because he did not know my vehicle had 4 wheel independent suspension... what???!!!! I get you mainly handle Kia, but come on. You have a Mitsubishi certified mechanic, sell Mitsubishi original parts, sell and service Mitsubishi cars but do not know the Outlander has 4 wheel independent suspension and gets a 4 wheel alignment. And I trusted you with my car why????? never again.

Whatever changes y'all made to the service department you need to look back 2 years and start to worry about the customer not the bottom line. Oh and the reason their policy is to put the 2 new tires on the front against every recommendation I got, was for even wear on the new tires otherwise they couldn't warranty them.... So my safety was 2nd to their bottom line. enough said.

I purchased a 2020outlander (wish id never gone there) my salesman gave me a price and said would be even less once i talked to finance officer well it wasnt .I ended buying an extended warrenty that was told to me i could cancell at any time so the next day i went in to the office of Saubi filled out the cancellation of extended warrenty was told to just call him he'll mail it and it will be cancelled with no problem. Well he wont return my calls wont answer my messages and his message machine is full and its bn full since the last of Febuary. I talked to the receptionist yet she gives him the messages but he still wont call nor cancell the extended warrenty. I talked to the Carlos who sold me the car he said he spoke to Saubi and saubi would call me in 30 mins i never got a call. So i dont drive my vehicle much so they cant use the mileage against me. I call twice a day since March 3rd still no answer or call back. The receptionist always say well i made sure he got your message, im so sorry he hasnt called you back. I dont know what to do because since the 2nd of febuary i cancelled the extended warrent. I purchased vehicle on the first of Febuary. Im lost i feel ive bn duked i n rneed help to cancell this warrent HELP i even left message with general manager on the site he never returned my call eithe the receptionist tranfered me to his extention and his message machine is also filled and he dont answer his phone either. This is a trick. The sales man Carlos doesnt even have his message machine hooked up to recieve calls. I got him by using another phone, he wouldnt answer my number. Its a fraudulent company my believes. Thank you for reading this review

JC and his staff were awesome in helping me get into an SUV. From the time I walked into the dealership to the time I left, the experience of buying a new vichcle was easy and straight to the point. They made it possible to have left behind an x car to a new SUV. I was treaded with respect all through the process of getting that vichcle. JC and his staff are very knowledgeable and excellent in what they do. If anyone is interested in getting a new or use vichcle that's the place to go.Thank you JC

Great service. As you wait the people here are very friendly. I get my oil changes and tires rotated. It is same price off the dealer. I like that my car is look at with the dealer. I brought the extended warranty. Do not regret buying. It is expense. But worth every penny. If I ever sell I can show dealer keep up everything. The people that great here.

I brought my car in for factory recalls. Even though I had an appointment, the person who checked me acted like I was a walk-in and wasn't very friendly. He did his job though and checked me in. Hours later I got a call the car was ready. When I came to pick up the car there was more interaction with "less than friendly" people plus some sort of confusion among the staff. Nevertheless, they figured it out and released the car to me. No complaints on the work or timeliness but the human interaction was a bit disappointing.

I contacted a few dealers online. Two out of the three reached out to me, Longwood Mitsubishi, and my local one in Deland. Longwood gave me the Out the door figure I requested, along with the sale price. The Deland dealer said they could not give Out the door figures over the phone or internet. Their prices were quite a bit lower then Longwood Mitsubishi's, so I went in and learned the truth. After three hours in Deland, they were no where near their internet price, or even the price Longwood Mitsubishi gave me over email. I called Longwood Mitsubishi from the other dealer, and got their manager, Eric on the phone. Eric assured me they would honor their prices to the penny, and what I was experiencing at Deland was not how they did business.

Long story short, I went to Longwood Mitsubishi expecting to fight, and got surprised. After a quick test drive I came in expecting to fight and get nasty with them, only to be presented the same numbers I had been given online. After going through the finance office, my total out the door actually went down by about $50 (something about over estimating title fees.).

I have bought over 30 cars in my life, and this was the easiest experience I had. When my wife's lease is up in four months, I will be back for sure!

Went in for 15000 mile service everything went smoothly. My two complaints are; more seating for people waiting while vehicle is being serviced is needed and more updates on your service. I know with covid-19 you have to spread people out but maybe you can add an outdoor seating spot.

We have been long time Mitsubishi leasers from NYC...

We have been long time Mitsubishi leasers from NYC and Longwood Mitsubishi is the WORST dealership we have ever encountered. We have a 2010 Galant with 23,500 miles. It was a car leased for my husband's job and, when he retired, he liked the car so much we bought it. It is in pristine condition but, like all cars, needs maintenance. We brought it to Longwood Mitsubishi because the shift locked up. We dropped the car off on 10/30 and, since they could not work on it until the next day, we left it. James was to be our "contact person". The next afternoon, since no one had called us, we called to speak with James about the car. When I called, James was among the missing but I was assured that he would call back. James apparently never reappeared because he never called back. Nor did anyone else. So, the next afternoon, since no one called me, I called again. Again, no one called back. Now I am getting annoyed. The next day I call again and told the service department representative my issues. She asked me to hold while she tried to get some answers for me. I wind up holding on for 45 minutes. She gets back to me every now and then to let me know that she is still working on my problems. Somewhere in this mess the all knowing Chris takes over for James and is trying to find out what is going on with my car. I am now done with them. I tell them that I am coming tomorrow (day 4) to pick up the car. Next day we drive (we have 2 cars) to get the car. I arrive and discover that NOTHING has been done to my car in 4 days (which explains why no one ever called me back!) since first they had trouble locating the key and then they had trouble locating the car which was randomly parked in their lot. Chris then ASSURES me that the car WILL POSITIVELY NOT START. My husband gets the car started in 5 seconds!! So much for Chris's experience and opinion. I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything having to do with cars. In my opinion, when Ringling Brothers Circus closed, some of the clowns were hired by this dealership.

Went in for a scheduled oil change on the 2015 Sorento I purchased from Abdel two years ago. He was amazing and I inquired about trade in options while waiting. Abdel was promoted and this time I worked with Fati and he went above and beyond to exceed all my wants and needs. Thanks to him I walked out in a brand new 2018 outlander. Thanks to Sabi and the rest of this team I will continue to purchase vehicles from only them. I live in Spring Hill, FL which is closer to Tampa but gladly traveled back to them because of the wonderful experience they offer.

Longwood dealer is okay. Would have given a higher score if things didn t take so long. Eight hours in a dealership to have to return multiple times when buying a brand new car does not earn a five star rating in my eyes. Dealership had plenty of time to get the car detailed, filled up, find the extra key, manual and other items. If I had arrived late in the evening that would have made sense but I was there from 12:30 until 8:30 pm - then two hours two days later for the detail and gas. Detail was subpar at best (had to bring it to my car wash to get the streaks out)
Still waiting on key, manual and chip. Hope others have less time they have to wait for the process and get everything all at once when they do.

I came to Greenway Kia because of a factory recall and an electrical issue. I expected it to take forever when I made the appointment with Theo in service. She told me what to expect, how long it may take to diagnose and what my options would be after that. It turned out everything was covered under warranty. Exactly what Theo thought the issue would be. The parts were ordered and I scheduled a second appointment for the repairs.

This was my second visit to Longwood Mitsubishi. I had made an appointment and at the appointed time, I gave Bob the keys and Andre took me home. At 3 P.M., Bob called and gave me a complete run down of the problem. It wasn't what I was ecpecting but it was in-depth and that's what I needed to make my decision. In going to Longwood Mitdubishi, i have found that this is one of the few dealerships that ACTUALLY wants to fix your car and NOT JUST SELL YOU STUFF. I really have complete confidence in all their personel and can really relax when my car is being fixed. In addition, when you finally get your bill, it will be to the penny of what they told you before the repair was started. Thanks again for a great VISIT.

I would avoid this place like the plague. They sold me a car, was missing parts and it took them 4 months to get them to me after I spoke with many managers who failed to take responsibility. Service is ok, not great. At least they can take responsibility. Sales will just try to push it off to another department and just ignore you.

5 weeks after buying a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander from Longwood Kia/Mitsubishi, my car overheated, apparently because of damage to my radiator. I was very inconvenienced and had to have the car towed to the dealership. I couldn't believe this was happening 5 weeks after buying a new car. (I drive my cars for a long time and have never had this experience.) I was totally floored to find out that I had to pay the $1800 to fix it because it was from rock damsge. I know I did not run over anything substantial because I felt nothing abnormal, so couldn't believe I had purchased a car that could be broken by a spare pebble. I was even more shocked that Mitsubishi thought I was responsible (or my insurance). To me, anything should be taken care of that shortly after buying, unless there was real damage. The people at the dealership were short, unapologetic, and rude. I made a claim/case at Corporate Mitsubishi who also was unhelpful. Another fun fact-a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander radiator costs $150 from auto parts stores. The 2018 is only available from Mitsubishi and cost $1200. Ultimately, the service department took off $120 and we paid $1650. I will never buy another Mitsubishi and I will never buy another car from the Longwood dealership. This was my second car I bought from there, and that will be the end of my loyalty. I will also be certain to advise anyone I know or meet, to never buy a Mitsubishi or shop there. Very disappointed in the customer service and hope this is not actually an indication of my car's durability-but I fear it is and have no confidence in a Mitsubishi now.

Went to get my oil change at Longwood Mitsubishi and James the tech was great. Exceptionally courtesy, professional and attentive. I will be scheduling all my future car maitinence with them. The waiting area is very comfortable amd super customer friendly with free wifi and tv to past the time.

I've had many years of dealership experiences. I swore I would never buy a new car again. But of course, every car outdates it's use. And the opportunity permitted me to make payments on a new car while saving, compared to the serious repair bills on my old car. So many familiar faces. Not many new people which is always a good sign. I will NEVER use another store.

I bought an Outlander Sport 2yrs ago and my family has loved every mile. The economy you get with an efficient brand like this, helped me enjoy the car more and not worry so much about every chip or fl parking scratch. My only regret is not having the $ for a new Eclipse Cross. Soon, soon... It will be a hard choice to not consider the stinger at that point. Two tested and proven value brands in one spot. Good job guys! You've made a life customer.

Great service I received! The service manager offers me the ride to my work which is 25 minutes away from the dealership. The technician JR was very helpful and keep me updated on my car service and always offer me the great price. I would totally recommend this dealership to anyone.

Everything was great until the very end when the manager kept saying "this is what I can do for you" then pulls out paperwork for you to sign and you find out what could do for me is going to cost $50 more a month. This part of the process was very long!!!! and very frustrating. Then when you tell him no that was also annoying, only for him to try and get you to add on Gap for another $25 a month. He doesn't know what kind of insurance I have. But it is done and I love my car.

They also said the car was being detailed. When I got it they had cleaned it but not great. Still lots of animal fur in the car. Nothing that I can't take care of.

Sales man was super nice, helpful and fought for me. I do think I was charged more for the actual sales price.

Very disappointed with the Kia service department ...

Very disappointed with the Kia service department yesterday I dropped my car off at 9 AM and when I picked it up at 3 PM they basically did nothing to the car. I didn t receive any phone calls telling me that there was an issue with engine sludge and that they were looking for a new engine or a rebuilt engine and of course they couldn t find any engines to fit a 2017 Kia Sorrento.
I find that extremely difficult to believe as we all know Sorrento s are very popular cars & my car barely has 35,000 miles on it so I don t understand how the sludge in the engine is so bad!
So I picked up my car because it s drivable and it s not even running poorly and I will be bringing it to another mechanic on Monday who will do an engine flush, oil change and replace all the air filters in the vehicle.

The Mitsubishi Mechanics here are HORRIBLE! The service is terrible! Spoke with Mike the service manager and he has a nasty attitude along with a typical service sales lying mantality. They don't know what they are doing here. They had a Mitsubishi tech come from the district to assess my 2013 Mitsubishi lancer and off topic he said the lights were not Mitsubishi mean while in fact they are! He could not find out why the car was squealing and said its normal. WARNING DONT GO HERE! Go to RC Hill Mitsubishi instead! Longwood north Kia/Mitsubishi lied about my car warranty saying I had 10 year 100 mile warranty and now they say I don't and I'm out of coverage. Save your self heartache and shop at RC Hill in deland. It's worth the drive believe me. I now go there for all my services. I even wrote Jim O'Neil and he has yet to get back with me and rectify this.

My 11/2020 sales experience started off mediocre. From arrival to purchase completion was about a 5-6 hour process. The vehicle I purchased did not have floor mats. The salesman has promised he ordered the mats and as of today I still don't have mats. I've called the dealership and spoken to several individuals who have also promised to follow up with me and no one has followed up. Ordering floor mats seems to be a simple task but Longwood Kia can't seem to complete simple task or return phone calls. Based on the follow through of Longwood Kia's staff and management I will never recommend them to anyone.

I would like to say that I the most thorough, professional, and courteous experience in buying a car from the Longwood Kia dealership on this weekend. Jimmy Rodriguez, the car salesman that served us, was awesome!

He was very patient and very understanding of what we were looking for, and we were looking to spend on a car. He really, along with wonderful a wonderful financing and sales team, worked extensively and consistently to get the best deal that was comfortable not only for myself, but for him and my mother as well.

We were so happy with the services that he and the entire sales team, most notably, Nick Natole, for working their tails off to help us get into a wonderful 2011 Ford Fusion car within such a short period of time and with a great deal. For anyone who is really looking to buy a car, I would definitely recommend Longwood's Mitsubishi Kia dealership.

The people are great, the service is top-notch and the salesmen, like Jimmy, truly have your best interest at heart. Thanks Kia and Jimmy for helping my mother to get into a much newer car than the we had coming into the dealership.

Been shopping for a about three months. Dorothy kept me in the loop with text messages, even after I canceled a few appointments because of work. When I finally arrived, she paired me up with a product specialist Brendon who showed me the Outlander Sport. After we consummated the deal, she came back over, thanked me , and told me to text her if I ever needed anything else. What really impressed me is they have a small water cooler for bottled water at one side of the showroom. As I went over for another bottle, I saw a gentleman beat me to it, and get down on one knee to refill it. he handed me a bottle of water, and we chatted for about ten minutes as I waited for the finance manager. Turns out it was Jim, the owner of the dealership. He thanked me for my business, and made me feel more like a visiting friend then a customer.
That is not what I expected when I began this process three months ago. I wish I had skipped all that wasted time online and just come here in May.

When I picked up my car, there was a full tank of gas in it as well, which was a really nice touch! Only the best for my car

Beware Mitsubishi owners, do not go to this place! I had to take my car for the routine oil change and had a terrible experience with the very unprofessional staff at this location. First, I was never contacted by the staff when my car was ready and had to waste an afternoon of work. If it was not for me calling about four hours after I left my car, I would have never been contacted. Also, one of the staff contacted me during the service to let me know that there was an issue with one of my tires, but when they gave me a copy of the report of the inspection (which I had to request because apparently this is the only dealership that does not give a detailed report of the customary inspection), there was not any information about an issue and everything seems "okay." However, after I left the facilities, when I turned the car on myself (it was turned on by one of the staff at the dealership), the light that service is required turns on. The reason I took my car here i because I have had only good experiences at another Mitsubishi dealership, but this one was terrible enough to make me never come back and let all of my acquaintances know to never go here for anything. Good day.
