I came to Greenway Kia because of a factory recall and an electrical issue. I expected it to take forever when I made the appointment with Theo in service. She told me what to expect, how long it may take to diagnose and what my options would be after that. It turned out everything was covered under warranty. Exactly what Theo thought the issue would be. The parts were ordered and I scheduled a second appointment for the repairs.
