JTactical Review

Finished my 3rd Juggernaut Tactical build and the 4th receiver set in on the way. This last build was the AR-9. I ordered it in the 80% version and as all the rest the milling was superb. The fit and lines look awesome. Just completed the build two days ago and headed to the range. I loaded up 3 aftermarket (cheap) glock mags(33 rounders)with 4 different 9mm ammo with a few reloads thrown in and the gun ate um all with no malfunctions. So far I ve built a .223, .308 and a AR-9. My next build will be a 6.5 Grendel. Can t wait. Highly recommend Juggernaut Tactical. Their not inexpensive but I ve paid more for other billet receiver set and received less in terms of quality.

Nothing but the best here! Had an issue & they told me to bring in my jte to fix it listen to them when they say to bring in your ARs!

Hellfighter mod kit cost me 82 bucks. The cut out on this pin when disassembling upper causes the detent to push the pin sideways. You have to loosen castle nut and end plate to pull out spring and try to push the detent back in in order to pull take down pin out. Piece of garbage!

Great product. Absolutely the best 80 on the market. Note: You will need a JT upper for a perfect fit.

Great company and products. My wait time was about 8 weeks for my upper and lower receiver. However, the wait was well worth it. The fit and finish of their products are top-notch. I love the look and feel of their parts. I have yet to shoot my new build but am looking forward to my range day. Thank you all at Juggernaut for creating a quality product. Job well done, everyone!

Ordered a Rogue bullpup chassis from them. No response after a couple of weeks so called them - phone says they're "too busy to take calls, please email". Emailed and they said they're revising the design but expect it to be ready in a couple of months. Couple of months go by and nothing. Only after several repeated emails do I get an answer and now its several months out. Then it becomes "no updates at this time". So I ask nicely for a refund of my money and all of a sudden they're not responding. These guys are the worst company I have ever dealt with, have cheated me out of my hard-earned money, and I would steer clear of them.

I purchased their low profile adjustable gas block. It did not come with either of the tools to adjust the gas flow or to lock down the set screw.

No communication. I ordered a stripped lower from them and had my FFL send their information to them so they could ship it. Site said 4 to 6 week wait for shipments which I understand due to the current situation we're in. After 6 weeks of hearing nothing I emailed them and got the response that they never received the FFL information. I went to the gun shop and they printed me the email chain showing where they sent the info out the day I ordered it. They apparently just lost the email. I'm still waiting on the part right now and haven't had any indication that it's on its way even though I was told it would be sent out "tomorrow". Poor communication and care apparently.

10/10 experience with Juggernaut Tactical. Following old values with new tech they are a great company. Fast and friendly service and high quality products. I will be a customer for life.

I ordered an upper and lower in sniper grey. It was a longer wait than I anticipated but it was definitely worth it. Then I decided to go with a matching hand guard but was concerned that the color wouldn't match up. When the hand guard arrived it was a dead on match. Great product and great service throughout the build.

I see good reviews about customer service. I can not report the same. I purchased a JT10 lower from Turners, then a complete upper and parts kit from Juggernaut. I was very impressed with the look and finish of the complete rifle. The performance was terrible though. Could not get it to cycle consistently with more than 2 to 6 rounds, rarely getting through a five round mag. Gas block adjustments solved nothing. Also accuracy was very poor, 3 round groups at best were 3.5 inches from a bench at 100 yards. That's only 3 round groups, not 5 round groups that are routinely used for accuracy testing. I spoke to them over phone, emailed video of cycling issues, and they said bring the complete rifle in and they would take care of it. I did this 6 months ago, still do not have the rifle back. After about a month, and several calls/emails they said they replaced the gas block and the rifle now cycles properly. Yeah!! They said that they need to take the rifle to the range to test accuracy. They said if it was their barrel, they would replace at no charge. However, that it most likely was an optics issue and they would test with mine, and put their own optics on to rule this potential cause out. For several months now the reply has been the same excuse, that they have not had time to get to the range to do the necessary testing. This is not ok! So a manufacturer of fire arms does not go to a range to do any testing in 5 months!?! Not good either way. I have been patient and understanding, but this has been too long with no resolution. I only decided to write this review after no updates and several messages left on phone unanswered. I would not purchase anything from Juggernaut Tactical again because of this experience. I hope they will eventually make this right, and I am not stuck with a $2000 plus boat anchor.

I'm very impressed with the quality and service these guys provide! I bought an AR-10 a few months ago and it has run perfectly so far! I had some questions regarding the BCG that couldn't be addressed through email so they told me to bring the rifle by the shop. They were nice and accommodating and quickly inspected it to make sure everything was fine (which it was). Since then I've emailed them a few times with various questions and they respond immediately. Very happy with the product and their attentive customer service!

Poor communication and customer service, delays in shipping product, product has dents and scratches on it when it finally arrived and tooling kit is really cheap(poor cutting edges...way too many headaches and low value for the cost. Also the directions are incorrect that a 1/4 collet router will work. Had to buy a 1/2 and use a collet reducer to get it to work. Then had two holes milled and the bit broke. Super low quality, over priced and continued poor customer service!! Avoid at all costs!!

Juggernaut- how can I swing by when I live over 1,700 miles away?

The cut out on their hellfighter CA compliant makes the detent pin come out when trying to break it down. Need to remove the castle nut and pull back the backing plate to get it apart. Wish i would have read more reviews before purchasing this Waste of money

Great guys! Zac and Don helped me with a mechanical issue on my jte 15 even though I showed up unannounced. They threw in some new parts on the house and dropped everything they were doing to gunsmith my issue on the spot. I was on my way home with new goodies and fixed issue in 20 min. Class act! Ordered a CA mod kit for my AR-10 i emailed them and they said it would fit my particular gun. I watched the how-to install video they told me to watch... Only problem is that the video on how to install this kit is way too vague and doesnt even show which way the rear take down pin goes in, or which side the spring goes on... I searched and searched, and finally found a phone number but it's just a recording saying they won't answer the phone. I was trying to go shooting but it takes them so long to respond back I had to cancel my shooting trip 3 times! I emsiled them stating that the video they provide on how to install their kit does NOT show which way to install the rear take down pin, or which side the spring goes on, and they just replied back with a link to the exact same crappy video that doesn't show how to install the rear take down pin(which direction to install it and which side to install the spring on?) So now I'm still waiting to hear back from them for an actual answer to my question, and I had to cancel my shooting plans again! Avoid this company unless you pay a gunsmith to install it, because the how-to install video is awful! I also heard that once you get it installed, you can no longer use Magpul Pmags, and your bolt carrier lock will no longer lock at all! Ok I figured out which way the pin goes, my AR 10 has a bottom mounted spring, mot a rear seat ounted one, now another problem! My LMT AR10 uses a hex screw instead of a roll pin so this kit won't work on my gun! I emailed them before I bought it and they said it would work on a LMT AR10! Now I'm out $75! They won't even answer their phones! What a horrible company!

Bought complete Upper from Turner's Outdoorsman. The railing system is defective. Call the company with no results. They want you to send an email. I'm pretty sure they are aware that all of their complete upper railing systems are off spec.

I purchased a CA Compliant JTE cerakote model recently and I am incredibly pleased with the quality and design. It is a beautifully made rifle! I purchased this item directly through the Juggernaut website and found the site easy to navigate. I am impressed with the customer service and timely email responses throughout the process. JT is the best company in the world that makes a mod kit that helps law abiding American citizens keep and bear their ARs. I recently purchased 1 and tried it out then purchased 7 more. I've now helped install them on friends and family too.

Super nice and squared away guys. I went up to their office to get my ar15 gas system fixed and they had the gas block and gas tube replaced and tested within an hour and a half. Test fired to make sure there were no leaks handed my rifle back with no charge. Awesome shop of dudes.

Ordered some lowers and they are high quality and I will be buying more.

Would not recommend Juggernaut Tactical: Their products are way overpriced compared to 80% Arms; Plus 80% has a better fit & finish.

Customer service is A+. They are clear about shipping times. They responded to me in seconds. I mean I was a complete jerk and they still were very prompt in response with no problem even after I canceled my order and replaced it and got wrong address. They literally fixed it in seconds. Even if it takes a while to get here, these guys are worth it. I trust their finish product will be just as top notch as the rest of my experience. Thanks fellas.

I have purchased products from them for the past few years and have also recommended them upwards of 25 people who immediately jumped on their phone and bought the hellfighter kit on the spot.
Purchasing kits through the years they have not changed or deviated from the top notch quality you were expect. They still care! Their customer service is outstanding having full blown email conversations into the wee hours of the night answering my silly questions. Which ultimately led me to purchase the jt-10 from them and a t-shirt! They are transparent with their lead times and told me right away. I was also allowed to alter my order for the longer barrel which I didn't expect being able to.

Keep up the great work guys and gals! I'm very stoaked to get my ar10 sent out soon. As I want to make some people jealous at the range.

Worse customer service AND ship times! Ordered a simple QC pin kit for my AR, took these guys two weeks to get me tracking number and now I have it, it s still awaiting pickup from usps! Wish I had read others reviews before purchasing, will NEVER do business with this place again, BUYERS BEWARE, and this place is only an hour away from me!!!!

Great quality, great staff, and great service. I've been in contact with them on social media and they answer same day. They answered all my questions ad even talked about random topics. (Not many businesses do this) I made my order online and I had it the next day. Support this business, not those other companies that look at you like a peasant even after taking your money.

They have the absolute worst customer service of any company I ve ever dealt with. They tell you what you want to hear but never deliver on their promises.

Purchased two hell fighter kits for two builds and they where easy to install....no need to find a gun smith and pay more.....

Brand new JTE-15, first outing and the trigger keeps getting stuck which is pretty disappointing , however my bigger disappointment is when you call the main corporate number it's a recording, can't even get to the reception let alone someone to help you from tech support. Needless to say If I knew what I know now I would stay clear of this brand.

Good Work is not fast nor cheap ... In the case of JT they offer a premium product for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately the laws high demand have taken over and it will take you up to a month to receive your lower. Still worth the wait in my opinion.
With that said, I just picked up my JT10 and JT15 upper and lower sets and I could not be happier with the outcome of the finish.

Took my gun in for some service and they fixed it quick. Great customer service

Terrible cut and now completely useless lower, back pin doesn't fit. Not to mention they don't even answer their phones! Should have went with a Aeroprecision lower, less expensive and much better quality. If they make it right I will update my review.

Highly disappointed! Had to wait 5 weeks for my parts and they were milled wrong. There was a notch/bur on the inside of the upper. I didn't figure that out until I built it and tried shooting it. They won't refund me because there "used" even tho it's there fault. I've tried working with them for 2 months!!! Finish is also low quality. Had to file a report with the federal trade commission! Go with a reputable company. Extremely disappointed!
