The sales and financing team were terrific and made the experience very enjoyable and memorable.

After buying several vehicles in the area, it easy to see why Long McArther is number one. I love my truck and we will come here again for our next vehicle.

Long McArthur stands behind their products and takes care of their customers.

Me being a truck driver after seeing this they treat truck drivers as a second class citizens will never come back to this dealership.

Dave and Alisha provided really great follow-up and customer service. Initially with Alisha, she provided a friendly approach and ensured I was taken care of when she introduced Dave to me. Dave has been exceptional with his knowledge, attention to detail and has provided me with great customer satisfaction. We settled on a trade-in deal and price on a "new" used truck that seems very fair and workable for the both of us. It's been truly a pleasure working with such a friendly professional. We must also remember we have done all of this over the internet and by phone since I am located some 600 miles away. You've got a great team there at Long McArthur. Thanks.

I bought a used G37 1.5 years ago. The buying experience was great and well worth the drive from Wichita. The car only came with one key, but they located a second and I had it in my hands within 2 days. Wonderful car dealership and I do recommend them to anyone looking for a great used car.

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Long McArthur. Very good customer service from the sales to the service departments. Allen met with me when I first arrived, we talked about what I was looking for in a vehicle, and he showed me choices that could work for me. He answered my questions as best he could, and if he wasn't sure he asked his manager instead of making up an answer. I definitely would refer people to Long McArthur.

We worked with Dan Penner at Long McArthur to get my husband a new Ford truck! Dan was incredibly helpful and kind. He gave us all the information needed for the vehicle and then walked us through the purchasing process! Because of Dan and Long McArthur my husband is driving around in his new truck, a year newer than we were expecting and all within our budget!

Was even present when on phone to hear conversation between dealerships to get paperwork started to get truck transported.

Great dealership. My sales representative Jeff Hamilton was a real one. Negotiated the price of my vehicle, got 2 free oil changes for my vehicle and had some issues with the car door that he noted down for me to get fixed with no cost or hidden fee s when I came back a month later to get it fixed. Definitely recommend walking in and asking for Jeff Hamilton if you are deciding to buy any vehicle from Long McArthur.

Such thanks to Darin Lee and his assistant Grace. After driving my Edge for 12 years and 276,323 miles it was time for a new vehicle. Darin listened to my wants/needs and guided me to my new SUV. Not only that but several days later when I asked for some additional assistance with the tech stuff he patiently sat in the vehicle with me and explained EVERYTHING. Outstanding customer service during and AFTER the sale. Go to Long McArthur and ask for Darin, he is extremely knowledgeable and excellent in every way!!!

We started out with a local dealership because we had a friend who worked there. It became the most stressful and drawn out nonsense ive ever dealt with. Then I remembered my grandfather always talking about Long McArthur and how great they were. Sent in all my info online, picked a car and less than 2 days had an offer. Everything was very easy and Kyle and the other guys were great. Very Happy!

At first we liked this dealership, we had a good salesman..but with three quarter ton diesel pickups being in low supply, we only had a limited
Option to pick from. We physically liked the pickup but wanted a better package as we drove the better package in a gas but we need diesel, the salesman tried to sale us on the cheaper package in that pickup by having the sales manager talk to us.. which was just awkward, there was a lack of personality and really no reason for us to talk to the sales manager since we werent interested but we would have been back if they got something we liked in.. but now they keep having this lady call us and see if we are still interested in a pickup, we have told the same lady 4-5 different times that we already bought a pickup else where and that we don t need one but she keeps calling. They lost future business from us because of the annoyance. We will be sure to tell anyone who mentions going there.

Every time we have needed our Ford Fusion worked on it has been a very good experiance, as we have been treated like royalty. As every thing has been done in a timely manner. We have always been furnished with an other car when needed. The last time our car just quit working when we were in Salina and the dealer ship was able to get our car in right away. They had to order several parts and we were provided with a car until ours was down a week later. Very Very happy with our service. Will continue doing business with Long McArthur THANK YOU

Excellent purchase and service experience. Has a small door ding and loose rubber on the truck bed cover, all repaired without cost and perfectly done. Really impressed with the quality and speed of the "Works" service for oil and other fluids as well.

Top notch service. First time I'd ever purchased a truck and shipped it without driving it, & I'd buy again without reservation from these folks. Stand up guys. I worked with Seth and Kevin on a 2015 F350, called and had extra photos sent, they put it on the rack and cleaned it for photos, discussed any concerns I had and they worked with me over my hesitations to have a truck shipped all the way to NC without me ever sitting in or driving it. They were very understanding on any issues we ran into, they stood behind their word and they take care of you. HIGHLY recommend.

I drove 660 miles to buy my truck. It was the best experience I've had hands down. They don't bs you or try to sell you what you don't want. Very clean and friendly place. They make you feel welcome. Not many places have that quality. I will definitely do it again to get the same customer service. The inventory and prices are the best in the COUNTRY! From Canada to Mexico, east coast to west coast. You won't regret making the drive to get what you want and leave with a smile! 5 stars isn't enough!

When we called to schedule our oil change, we were given several choices of dates & times to choose from. It was nice to be able to pick a Saturday morning for the service to be taken care of. Each time we have had work completed by the service department we have been informed of what work was done and if there were any problems. We appreciate their dedication to their customers.

CHRIS HERBST IS THE BEST EVER!!!! He hooked me up with an awesome Ford Escape!! He is an awesome guy and made car buying the easiest process ever!!! I usually hate car buying but it was so not stressful or anything! I didn t feel pushed at all or anything!! So so thankful I was able to have him help me with buying a car!! Such a great guy!!

I am very displeased at the service i received the last time I took my vehicle out to get looked at. When I picked my car back up, there were 40 extra miles on the speedometer. I know this because on the receipt they gave me, it showed almost 40 miles less than what my speedometer was reading. Were the employees using my car for leisure? Possibly. I've witnessed the employees riding on the hood of a car inside the building, and I can only assume it was a customer's vehicle. My very expensive sunglasses were also all bent up when I looked in my console. I always put my sunglasses back in their case before I put them away because they're expensive, yet I found them not in the case and practically broken. Why would the employees be rummaging around my console, let alone taking my personally belongings out to mess with? The time before last, I also found my even more expensive sunglasses on the floor under the passenger seat instead of in the sunglasses holder where I keep them. Is it really that hard to just do your job and leave people's personal belongings alone??

I have never had such great, professional, helpful service. Darin and the whole Long McArthur team always goes above and beyond expectations. This is our second purchase from Darin and we also took my father-in law to him to purchase his new truck. We will never use another dealership. It's well worth the trip up there from oklahoma!!!

Oh my goodness gracious! Steve Z at Long McArthur is who you must see when you need a new vehicle! Never met the guy because COVID and everything was done over the phone and they even drove our new vehicle to us and drove our trade-in away! How amazing is that service??

I accidentally left a package in my trade-in vehicle and when I panicked and realized I left it, I called them and they even got it back to me!

And then they sent us the most amazing treats which was completely unnecessary because we really feel we got the great end of this deal! Loving our previously owned Expedition, it legit feels like I float down the road!

We named our slightly used vehicle (we always name them) Long McArthur because it s just so catchy! You should hear our 5-year-old say we gonna take MicMartha to school this morning? It s adorable!

I usually hate shopping for cars because of past experiences but he made it enjoyable! He answered all the questions we had and more! The finance department was great too. I went in to look at a vehicle I saw online and was shown that and another amazing option. The sales man was friendly and personable. I understand auto dealerships have to make money to remain in business, I appreciate that Long McArthur does not feel the need to get rich off of me. I purchased my 2008 F350 from them at a fair price.
I return to the dealership for service because I get a fair price for outstanding service department performance. I am often greeted by name by the service staff. I set appointments to have work done, and they are done on time. I can send my wife into the dealership and know she will not be "gouged" by somebody looking to make a little more money for unneeded service items.
It is Long McArthurs' service department that will keep me coming back; when it is time for a new car I will return there because they realize that service is the reason they have a successful business, not a short term profit.

My husband and I recently bought a truck from this dealer via the Internet. Kyle Davis was fantastic to work with. I would definitely recommend him. He was accurate in his description of the vehicle and seemed to really care about delivering good customer service. Any issues were very quickly and easily resolved. Great dealer and great salesperson!

Very good experience. I drove from Lincoln, NE to Salina to purchase a new vehicle and from the moment I arrived I was treated as a valued customer. I made what I considered a very fair deal on a new Lincoln. I certainly would work with them again when I am in the market for a new vehicle and will recommend them to my friends who are looking to purchase a new vehicle. (And, in fact, already have). It was worth the trip!

When we purchased our Ford F-250 we were treated fairly and honestly. We have had all of the service work done at Long McArthur and have felt confident that everything was done right. We have always been treated fairly and honestly. We recently sold our F-250 and received top price for it due to it's pristine condition the truck was in both in appearance and mechanical. I would recommend doing business with Long McArthur to all my friends.

Our purchasing experience couldn't have been better. I messaged Darin before going to the dealership; he answered all of my questions quickly and completely. When we went in, the car we wanted to test drive was ready to go. This was a first-time car purchase AND a trade-in...so it was even more impressive how convenient, quick, and easy everything went! We were made to feel like valued customers and there has been wonderful customer appreciation after the purchase. We will definitely recommend friends and family to deal with Darin and the Long McArthur staff.

The dealership was very clean and staff was very friendly. We worked with Earl Graybeal who was still new but did a great job helping us out. We were their late and he even went the extra mile because the detail department was gone for the day he went ahead and just did it himself! He also helped us transfer items from our old car to the new one! The price was a little high for the used Ford Edge we were looking at but they were able to work with us on it.

Friendly staff and a decent experience. One of the largest automotive lots in the area. Although the staff was friendly, the prices are high, the trade-in values are low/moderate, and the staff is extremely pushy. I went to test drive a 2014 Chrysler 300C and they just wouldn't let me leave without getting my information. Don't get me wrong, the staff was knowledgeable and very respectful, but so eager to make a sale. Overall it's decent, I would be willing to go back if there was a good enough deal.

EDIT: 2.5/5 stars. I'm only giving 3 stars as they have a large quantity and always treated me as a potential customer, even though I am young; however, I've had friends and family with poor experiences. Not sure how I feel anymore.

I bought a 1996 Mustang gt from Monte Brent. didnt have alot of money all i had was a 01 chevy s10 and i went in there and told him i would like to have a mustang v8 maybe a v6 but what ever it was it had to have a manual. he worked with me along with the guys who finace and i ended up driving a 1996 mustang gt 5 speed off the lot..

When I arrived everyone was very pleasant and helpful from the minute I walked in the door. Tony took the time to find out what my needs and wants were so that he could help me find the perfect truck. After I had picked one the entire staff worked hard to get financing that would fit my budget and made it possible for me to get the truck I wanted. They stayed beyond closing hours to take care of everything for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. The entire team is great.
