As my husband I were traveling through 70, we sadly encountered troubles with our Ford F-350. Even though the service department was busy, they managed to help us the same day. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you Long McArthur for making a stressful situation better. Also, the young man who picked us up at our hotel was so incredibly professional and kind.
