Long McArthur Review

Really nice. New remodel looks great. In and out and they do a nice job of explaining vehicle issues without force feeding upsale.

We bought our 2020 Ford Expedition Max from Long McArthur. Their website was great, their ad on auto trader was accurate. Everyone I worked with or spoke with was helpful and polite. We had a great experience. We bought the car from a bordering state and Darin arranged for someone to meet us with the car half way! The car was exactly as expected and exactly what we wanted. Everything went smoothly and we love the vehicle! Darin Lee was great! Shout out to Gail, Malory in the internet department, and Lee Davis who managed the financing! They were all professional and helpful! Thanks Long McArthur!

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Scott and the guys in the body shop did an amazing job with my Ford Explorer. It's never fun having to get repairs done but the work they did was fantastic. If the body shop is any indication of the customer service you get amongst all departments out there at Long McArthur then I'll never take my business anywhere else.

They got me approved for a new car with little to no credit.... I was surprised since others denied me.

I own a 2019 Honda Civic and don t ask why I do not take it to a Honda dealership in Salina. The first time I get a time scheduled with them and get there and they don t get it into the shop for just under an hour. Why do you have scheduled times if you can t abide by them. So I call and told them if we do the oil change and get the tires Rotated I only have an hour to spare. The answer was no problem. Take the car in and one hour and 15 minutes later it is done. On top of that please read the door jam the front tires and rear tires are supposed to be different tire pressure. It now pulls to one side I will have to add pressure to the rear tires.

Had a great buying experience. Felt I got a good deal. Love the truck.

We stopped by the dealership today to look at a new Navigator or Expedition. We were quickly greeted in the lot by a salesman and informed we were not ready to buy, just wanting to look at either of the vehicles as we are already leaning toward an Infiniti QX80. He told me that they had some in stock and escorted us in the building. He immediately started with a paper form to gather names, phone numbers, and email address. I told him multiple times we just wanted to look. He wouldn t stop. He also continued with 20 questions trying to help me pick a vehicle . The last time I checked I will be spending my money and I certainly don t need someone directing me to a vehicle. That s my job. I finally have up, got up, and walked out. In my opinion the correct response should have been to show me the vehicle I specifically asked to see, answer questions I had, and give me contact information. Apparently this dealership can t function like that. I was very disappointed and most likely won t do business there. If this is an example of an award winning Ford dealer I m not impressed. They don t deserve 1 star in my opinion, but there isn t a zero...

I didn't know that Long McArthur had a body shop, but my insurance company recommended them. And they do good work. I'm happy with their work.

Had $2,600 worth of work done to truck, had u-joints go out a week later after they had replaced the clutch. I asked for some help with the LABOR part of the bill to replace the u-joints and they said no to the help... Never going back to this place again

I like the fact that I'm able to schedule an oil change & don't have to spend hours waiting. Usually less than 45 minutes & I'm on my way. The cost is comparable to other oil change shops too.
