I understand auto dealerships have to make money to remain in business, I appreciate that Long McArthur does not feel the need to get rich off of me. I purchased my 2008 F350 from them at a fair price.
I return to the dealership for service because I get a fair price for outstanding service department performance. I am often greeted by name by the service staff. I set appointments to have work done, and they are done on time. I can send my wife into the dealership and know she will not be "gouged" by somebody looking to make a little more money for unneeded service items.
It is Long McArthurs' service department that will keep me coming back; when it is time for a new car I will return there because they realize that service is the reason they have a successful business, not a short term profit.
