Our experience with salesman Ty Wood could not have been better! He was honest, thorough, and even took time on his day off to deliver our vehicle. All of the staff that we met at Long McArthur seemed top notch and I highly recommend them. I know we will repeat our business.

Stopped by while in Salina seeing our daughter for Thanksgiving to check prices on a few cars. Met Sales Pro Mike Bayard and ended up leaving with a great college car for our son. Driving two vehicles back to Wyoming tomorrow. Thanks Mike!

Mandi was very helpful and patient, even through all of our indecision and changing what we thought we wanted. She even returned our calls on her days off. I think she may still be trying to figure out how to get the car that our grandson wants down on the floor but she has a few years before he can drive. This is our second vehicle we bought at this dealership.

I purchased a Certified PreOwned 2011 Lincoln MKT. If I have to complain, it just means I need something to complain about. I have none. My Explorer broke down outside of Salina and made it to the dealership. When I found out the cost to repair a vehicle with 190,000 miles I was put in touch with Monte Brent and he walked me through the inventory. We chose two vehicles to look at the following day. We live 4 hours from Salina and Monte offered to put us up in a local motel, which we declined. We arrived the next morning and Monte had our first choice washed and we took it for a test drive. The Edge met our needs and we began the process to purchase the car. Our daughter arrived then and Monte took the time to get her Escape in for a check-up and made her feel welcome. We purchased the Edge and are happy with our choice.

We purchased our 2018 Limited Expedition from Long McArthur, and service stopped after sale was complete. They did not stand behind product and help us thru warranty issues.
There are many other options for Ford dealers, seek them out for a better experience and service perhaps.

My entire truck got keyed I took it there they price match all the other body shops. The truck looks brand freaking new. They vacuumed it out wiped down the interior and washed it for me.

Avoid this dealership. I ve tried to buy vehicles from Long McArthur the last 4 trades and I can always buy the same or better vehicle somewhere else for thousands less. This dealership is a complete waist of time.

I love Long McArthur Ford of Salina Ks.. They always go out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. My truck needed more service then a Quick Lane the Works and they hooked me up with a loaner for NO charge. Just top it off with fuel before returning... Best Dealer ship I have EVER used over the years.

I will revise my review. Spoke to Kevin S. and cleared everything up. I will be purchasing a new truck shortly. No matter what watch their YouTube videos they are top notch.

The free shipping for YouTubers should be stated with an asterisk..... Was ready to buy one from them but the $850 for shipping gets tacked back on if you don't finance through Ford..... Also they add rebates that are tied into the same financing mandate. If you want to buy remotely (with your bank) from them be ready to tack on another $1,600 to your price.... I wont be.

Not concerned about vehicle after sale. Have changed their friendly attitude over the past year. Probably will not go back even for service unless something else goes wrong with vehicle.

My husband and I went to look at a car and they wouldn t let my father co sign because he s not blood related to my husband. I basically was forced into a co sign and I have bad credit. The worker took my license and held it for such a long time that I forgot about it. He never gave it back to me and by the time he texted us, Mitch had already left. We live a hour away so he said to come back Monday to finish everything and return my license. On monday he didn t text us or call us back, when I texted him about my license and other questions. He didn t care to answer so I had to call the dealership the lady at the front desk was no help and very hostile. Don t shop here.
Update: My husband was told we weren t approved for a car but had to go back and get my license. No one could find it and Mitch still had it with him. Instead of giving it to the front desk like he said he did he took it with him on a test drive even though I specifically asked if it was at the front desk and he confirmed it was. I was left waiting around and end up up being late to work... A few hours later they called and said they would get my husband approved. He got the car in the end, and I had to go back a hour a 10 mins back there for a second time that day, but I m still displeased with my experience. I do not want to delete my review because people deserve to see this honest review, even though they asked me to make my review different because the car ended up working out.

Update again... car broke down again second time in 2 months of having it, first time was second day having it and then now

We worked with Lonnie and he was very nice, wasn t that typical pushy salesman. Wouldn t provide false facts, he would check on anything that we weren t sure on so it was always accurate. Also, great deal on our trade in.

We bought our second vehicle here. They did great at letting us test drive as long as needed instead of imposing themselves into the vehicle with you and telling you where to drive. They went above and beyond. Providing beverages while waiting, a nice enviroment, play area for kiddos and greated by most.

Was traveling through. Truck had the check engine light come on. Pull to Long McArthur and Mr. Ohlde check the issue and listen to my concerns. Got me and my family back on the road in under and hour. 5 stars for a 5 star staff and mechanics!!!!!

We were passing through Kansas and our air conditioner went out. They took us right away on a Saturday morning, worked until they figured it out and the cost for it all was very reasonable. Thanks.

Awesome vehicle info! Even tho I purchased my vehicle 1500 miles away, I ran across their detailed and informative vehicle review video, after I bought mine elsewhere. I learned a few things that my dealer didn't tell me!

They charged me 110$ just to look at my car that had a recall. They did nothing for me but piss me off.

Never have dealt with a better salesman than Darrin Smith. They all went above and beyond for us. They have our business for life.

NEVER BUY A VEHICLE OR GET SERVICE DONE AT SALINA LOCATION. I think all sales reps there get training on how to rob you legally when they get hired. Vehicle prices are extremely high, just go 2 hours to Hays and prices drop thousands. Trade in values are always low ball offers with little incentive. I took my vehicle into service for an oil change at 8 AM and went to pickup at 5PM and they weren t even done!! I got my oil change for free because I complained enough but seriously!! I loved Long MAC Ford but over the years they have done nothing but make me feel robbed.

If you read this and still book an appointment at the Salina location just know you were warned.

These guys went above and beyond to help me. My truck broke down on 70 during a long road trip and was towed there. They made sure to get me back on the road as soon as possible while providing outstanding, friendly customer service.

My husband went in to drop off my Honda van for oil change and they brought him home. Later I drove his car with my special needs client back to pick it up. I never went in but my husband Abel said they were very professional and they took precautions due to the virus. He and the employees wore their masks. We were pleased with them, their work and the price. My van is important to me and my husband felt Conklin was taking advantage of me being a woman. Thank you.

This is the second time we have bought a vehicle from Long MacArthur. Both times the people are fantastic, the facility is spotless and you are treated as a personal friend. That said, this last time we purchased dealer add on DVD players. We have been waiting a week for our vehicle. The salesman is keeping us informed but they cannot get the DVD players in. However, the friendly way we are treated will not hinder us from purchasing from them again. The delay in receiving our vehicle is the only reason for four stars instead of five

Asked a tremendous amount of money to fix my vehicle's problem, so I declined repairs and was surprised with a $57 bill in the mail a month later. While they must be doing something right to stay in business, I can only expect they choose to deal with a small number of customers who are willing to pay substantially higher than normal prices.

Update after response:
Typically, payment is expected when services are rendered. Sending a bill weeks after the fact (and after I've taken my vehicle away) is not a good business practice. I wouldn't be annoyed by this if I were simply told I owed money at the time instead of being blindsided.

Gets you in for your auto repairs. Very nice waiting room, with bottled water, tv and phone jacks.

Had a seamless purchase from them in feb 2017 went so well bought two new cars at once. I was not messed around with they got to the point and I am a very satisfied customer. Worth the drive from KC they get my ford business.

They have serviced our cars for some time now. We've always been taken car of with a cheerful and helpful attitude and any time there is a d and spite they have always worked to get it settled amicably. I short, we trust them with our cars and will continue to do so.

I returned my 2014 F-150 King Ranch pickup for some warranty work and a complimentary oil change, tire rotation, etc. Services were performed in a timely manner and a nice vehicle was provided for local usage. Replacement item was covered under warranty (no questions ask). Pleasant experience! Two thumbs up.
