Wonderful Experience! I generally hate the car-buying process, but the folks at Long-Lewis Ford Lincoln have shown me that it can be an easy, fair, and enjoyable process. Can't recommend them enough!

Every time you call, the front desk lady will answ...

Every time you call, the front desk lady will answer the phone but when trying to speak with the service department, they will say One second and I will try and get someone for you.
Well no one answers. They ll then get your name and number for someone to call you back. Then your lucky to get a phone call back. I have been dealing with this same treatment for months after months and nothings changed. No one can give you proper estimates on how long it should take for your vehicle to get fixed, and good luck getting a rental. The service department is terrible. Nice people but terrible service.

I took my 2000 F 150 in for service. The staff is friendly and very professional. Thank you to Austin Wear and the crew for great service. The Cafe staff was also wonderful. I'll be back again.

My hubby and I have bought all our cars from here, always will. Great place!! The people here are awesome. Great deals, always help you get exactly what you are looking for. They helped my hubby surprise me with my new Suv . Y'all are amazing!!

The writing was on the wall when the spare key on the car I purchased three years ago was to much to find and give me.

In December of 2020 a dog sprinted in front of my vehicle and did a considerable amount of damage. Being fully insured by the insurance company long Lewis partners with, there is an insinuation that they'll be "working together". Two months later the car was returned, only to get stuck in first gear less than a week later. It started the week of the snow storm so for safety we waited until after to schedule a service appointment. The shoals location set the appointment for a MONTH out, only to call the week before and cancel, because they don't "do transmission work". We scheduled the Florence location for service and learned that the harness to the transmission was smashed in the accident and the shoals location either didn't look or someone is terrible at their job. I can't figure out if there was anyone who checked it out at the shoals location because you can't get through to anyone in service. It feels like a severe failure on the part of the shoals service for letting the car leave like this in the first place. I feel literally robbed. I know that the money my family earns and works for means nothing to anyone else but my family, but how am I supposed to protect it when a million dollar company can get away with this? I was planning and saving to buy a new car this year but since my down payment just got stripped from my savings I guess I'll save up and NEVER buy from here again, Or use the service department.

I had a wonderful experience trading in my car. Everyone was wonderful to work with, there was no wasted time, and they made buying my 2021 Volkswagen Jetta R-Line easy. Stephen Larrimore and Michael Gregory are great people and know their stuff.

Adrienne and the sales staff went out of their way to ensure that we purchased the vehicle that we desired. We were blown away with their offer to drive the vehicle to our home to make sure it would fit in our garage. We already knew about their A+ rated service department, as they service all of our vehicles. This is our 2nd vehicle purchase from Long-Lewis and they will be the only dealership that we patronize. The best in North Alabama!

I only gave 1 star because you cannot leave a review unless you give at least 1 star
I called and made an appointment to drop off my Caravan to get the spark plugs changed. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that they would not be able to get to it for a week or so.
"Why set an appointment for today if your not going to look at it for a week or so?" I asked.
"Sir your the one who set the appointment, not us."
"Why wouldn't you have told me that when you set the appointment?"
"Again sir, I didn't set the appointment, why didn't you ask whoever did set the appointment?"
I can find another repair shop a lot easier than I can handle the smart mouthed kid behind the counter.
