The management and fellow employees made me feel like more than just a fellow employee! I miss the fellowship and comeradery of the team!

Helicomb International in Tulsa, Oklahoma is going downhill along with the integrity of Helicomb, the management, supervisors and HR. The work is being compromised by lack of quality and attention to detail by supervisors, management and HR. I witnessed unrealistic if not dangerous work expectations during Covid. The management (supervisors and HR) are nonsensical. The on site employees are made to work over hours with inadequate or insufficient compensation. HR, management and supervisors are negligent at best and criminal at worst. Make note: Helicomb International in Tulsa, Oklahoma is willing to compromise the authenticity of what is being put out so quality control is a serious issue. Helicomb is now firing employees that have been there for 20 - 30 years without warning, no pension package nor benefits. They will cut you as an employee before you can benefit from a lifetime of loyalty put into this ungrateful company. This is something to think about if considering working for or doing business with Helicomb. I will be discontinuing all business and contact with this company.
