I filed a claim after my mother passed away in 2018 and to this day have never heard a word from them .

It was hard to find and I later found it because the address I put in wasn't the place but I found it.

I called with a question and they said they would call me back Monday. That was a month ago.

I can't anyone to answer phone . It is very upsetting to have let the phone ring along tme.

You didn't have to wait long. The waiter was very courteous and the food was very good.

I have been calling for days to Decatur office and noone answers. I called 877 number to customer service and everytime I have called I waited on line for more than hour then it would hang up on me. To be a business I am concerned and confused because of releasing payment to person that wasn't correct and I can't get anyone to explain it to me or even talk to me
