Seems to be a great place for wedding reception but the bar very expensive.
Seems to be a great place for wedding reception but the bar very expensive.
Hostess was very nice when we checked in and gave the kids a milk shake. We had a nice platter of fruit in the room. The room was clean and neat.
Totally love this hotel with awesome location, incredible executive lounge and delicious English breakfast. Thought the bed was very comfortable but the room small. Very clean rooms. Did not like that they said VAT was included when booking but then front desk said that it was not upon check out. Had to dispute with credit card
Upgraded to an executive room which was beautiful. The staff were excellent and the location is perfect.
Wonderful event space and efficient and helpful staff
I went to the Marriot Hotel as it was my nieces wedding reception being held there it was amazing day lovely venue. I love that part of london totally no other city like it anywhere in the world.
The Wi-Fi portal says it's free for Marriott Rewards basic and green. It's not according to the front desk.
Awesome. What can I say food, amazing slightly over posh coming from the son of the right hand of Peter wood is saying something it's almost posh for the sake of it but generally a good place to be. Amazing gym great food lovely staff you cannot ask for more
A very well located hotel if you are a visitor and want to shop in London. One of the most friendly staff I have ever met in any hotel. Some of the rooms have an excellent view of the park.
Nice hotel, friendly staff and located right next to Hyde park. Pricey but worth it
It's a Marriot branded hotel so you know it's going to be pretty much the same as all the others.
Everything from the friendliest doorman, Newton, to the club lounge manager, Omar, was stellar. In fact, our daughter left her favorite stuffed animal in the room when we checked out. They found it and returned it 6 hours later. We are Marriott Grosvenor Square customers for life.
Was here for an event this place is great really nice food glad that they served halal food.
Great room, food and staff especially at reception.
Rooms are small, Old fittings and furnishings. Tap not working, need to repair,. No tooth brush, has to ask for it. Probably paid for the hotel's prime location. Pleasant staff.
Located in a great area of London, with exceptional rooms and service. Maze Grill, which is accessible through the lobby is perfect for a continental breakfast before heading out for a day in the city!
Modern hotel, with a large hall for events, conferences and meetings. Located in the center of London, with lots of shops, shops and restaurants nearby
Visited for a event, the hotel is very pretty, with great staff and fantastic interiors!
Cannot keep up to it's reputation as a fancy Marriott hotel.
Just a fabulous location great hotel and very good Maze restaurant looking forward to returning
Brilliant!Never been inside, looking good on the outside.
Very good service
I will recommend my friends and family
This hotel never fails to please with its great location and friendly helpful staff.
From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty but without pomp and ceremony.
Executive Lounge one of the best that we ve stayed in...delicious food and drinks and very obliging.
Housekeeping replaced toiletries daily and room was always cleaned thoroughly.
Public areas also always spotless.
Gym surprisingly equipped for hotel.
Just wish we were in London more often as this would definitely be our hotel of choice.
Great experience staying in a suite, can wait to return
Checking in was incredibly smooth with Tobias. The executive lounge staff were attentive as well. Lovely hotel seconds from Oxford Street and Mayfair.
Checking in to the room and the service that were provided were all pretty good.
Well it s Marriott Hotel in London s Grosvenor Square. Need I say more.
I Would love to give more stars, but I cant. I've stayed in 3 stars hotels before that was better. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean, but something is missing. Just doesnt feel 5 star. I paid about 450usd/night and can definitely find better ones in this price range. Location is very good and convenient if you're visiting London for shopping, sightseeing etc.
Big and nice rooms, helpfull staff when i lost my passport!
Staff and service were excellent. Rooms were clean If a little small and dated. Small TVs etc. Hotel is in an absolutely fantastic position and I would not hesitate to stay again
Modern hotel with fantastic location. Probably 50 meters from Oxford Street and the Selfridges. Nothing else special about it though!
Great lounge and at the center of mayfield. Excellent base and beautiful rooms
This is a beautiful hotel. I booked the large double with the sofa bed and was treated with the balcony room on check in. The room itself is amazing, the complimentary fruit, the welcome note and orchids, the huge shower and bath that was more like a small plunge pool, it was beautiful.
The only thing that let it down (and I wish it hadn't) was the wedding reception taking place downstairs on Saturday night. We must have been right on top of it, and had to put up with the high base from the music, and a very loud DJ until 1am. To make it worse, I reported this at check out only for the man to act as though we hadn't said anything wrong. An apology and explanation would have gone a long way. Very disappointing end to an amazing stay.
Great location. Clean modern rooms. Friendly attentive staff. Definitely recommend staying here.
It is definitely a classy looking venue with the level of luxury I'd expect of the Marriott brand.
Went for Xmas party there. Not only that the food was horrible, when I asked the reception to book me a taxi home they quoted 40 pounds, but when it came to pay the driver requested extra 5 pounds for card payment, which wasn't mentioned at the time of booking. This is just too low for an establishment like that!
Great location for sight seeing in London, hotel is everything you'd expect from a Marriott breakfast options could have been more extensive however
There for a wedding, hall and service was excellent!
Clean, great staff, close to many great shopping areas, parks, and iconic London sites.
Great service very nice hall. Very friendly staff. Thanks
A very welcoming hotel located next to Oxford st but far from the chaos. Perfect for enjoying London, or holding an event. You will always feel looked after.
im very dissapointed with hotel, no good service, dirty, food was mediocre. im never return in my life. much better hostel than this hotel
Rudest staff ever! So inconsiderate! They were passing around very silly comments, acted so immaturely. Don t recommend this place at all!
Also noticed that the AC was turned up way too much. People were complaining but it wasn t put down at all. Absolutely hated my experience!
Great location and a beautiful hotel. Helpful and friendly service with attention to detail and a warm welcome.
An adorable hotel in all aspects, situation, charming surroundings, well connected, excellent service and spacious rooms, very complete bathroom
The place is nice but the rooms are a bit small for 4 people...
It does not deserve a star as the old staff members carry with the new employees you bring through different agencies to be guinea pigs when they steal from the rooms. That's how they understand that it's normal to steal from clients and then blame newcomers by threatening with the police and giving out on the grounds that they have stolen (and so wash their hands) the real thieves are the hotel's security and ministration. About the quality of inferior and primitive behavior (slavery) that has been mended by new employees, I will no longer say that a camerist has at least 35-50 rooms to clean daily and the poor quality of the services you will complain about but doubtful quality) normal they will just profit
Service is excellent and rooms are decent... It has a good executive lounge as well...
Absolutely amazing! The whole stay was flawless. The staff was always super-nice and friendly, the whole hotel feels very intimate (especially given how central it is) and the food was a great experience too. Recommend to book the M-Lounge!
It was an ok hotel. I ended up walking to it because there are multiple hotels with the same name right around there and taxi drivers were always confused and couldnt find it. After the second wrong hotel I ended up walking it. The room was small by American standards but still ok. Internet speed was slow. But it is a good hotel since the location was near the US embassy and very close to shopping and great food and activities. I would probably stay there again for my next trip to London. Be prepared to pay for the location. ..
Very nice location however parking major issue so leave the car at home.
Impressive rooms very good menu very close to the most emblematic of London. A bit expensive but one night at least it's worth it
Very nice and clean, the staff were very nice and its in a great area.
