I expected more from a 5 star hotel as the rooms are pretty outdated and could use some improved furnishings. Location however is great as it is near Selfridges and Bond Street underground station. Did not oblige in any other amenities such as their breakfast and restaurant.

Upmarket Hotel. Top quality service. During the Nov 2017 Oxford Circus security incident, they opened their doors to anyone running away from Oxford Street. They offered a safe refuge in both basements. Tea, Coffee, Soft Drinks, & Cookies were unlimited & on the House. Absolutely Amazing service. They looked after all strangers seeking a safe shelter.

Good rooms location stay and lounge, warm rooms, comfy beds. Would stay again

Nice venue for a wedding. The place was a bit of a maze to navigate.

Great place to stay when in london, rooms are a pretty good size compared to other hotels. We didn t get a very good view however you can py extra to get a view for grosever square. Oxford street and bond station are less than a 2 min walk. Highly recommend!

Attended two conferences this week. Excellent catering, friendly cloakroom staff. Doormen slightly abrupt.

Beautiful hotel...I didn't stay here but attended an antiques fair here and had a great evening, staff were fantastic.... especially when trying to find the amenities... it's a large hotel and busy on that evening.

Office offsite, liked it...think having a bigger and more visible sign board will help visitors

1st class operation. Great hotel with a great staff. I receieved a very thoughtful little cake as a welcome on my birthday(thanks Kelly). The executive lounge at this location is excellent!

Went for a professional event. Hotel was clean and inviting. Staff were well presented and helpful. The restrooms just off the main foyer were beautiful. The hand soap smelt lovely and the hand lotion was of good quality.

Poor customer service standards in bar and restaurant area; hotel seems to be trading on location and historic reputation in lieu of delivering an experience in line with the price. The good staff were great, but the overall experience was highly disappointing.

Excellent service and a warm welcome from all the staff.
From Dinner at Maze Grill, Breakfast and in particular Valet Parking especially as I had left my walking sticks in the car.
Concierge and Doorman were of immense help with their local knowledge.

Really like place, well placed but a) please fix your doors, I can hear every guest walking to his room b) please allow the aircon to be switched off

I really enjoyed the speakeasy style bar. The location is great too - easy walk to Hyde Park and a short cab ride to Paddington Station to get to the airport.

Great food and drinks, nice spacious rooms and hospitable service.

So I came here for my 9th birthday, with my friends and family, it was a really special day, as we were in Mayfair. It looked very posh, and expensive, but the food I really enjoyed it at first, when the food arrived, I tried the pasta, my friend and me said there was the whole sea down there! There was so much sauce, to salty as well. But then I had to change my food, and it didn t get better. My parents and my friends parents where disgusted to. So I had ham tart for desert, not the best. Over cooked and bitter. As it was my birthday, I had a chocolate brownie cake thing. I was happy and exited. So I bit into it and spat it out. All it really was, was almonds and nuts with barely and chocolate brownie. It was so bad, we didn t even pay a penny.i do not recommend it.

It's a very glamorous place and very well attended by polite and helpful staff.

The hotel is lovely. Wonderful location and nice clean rooms. But check your bill; we were charged 2 times more than our confirmed reservation amount. We booked three rooms, were overcharged on 2 of them. Still working with them (2 billing cycles) to correct.

Horrible, massive hotel, with small, old and very poorly insulated rooms, very cold! The staff attends in an automated way, without kindness, rather they dispatch. Nothing recommended.

One of the best hotels in London with great location

Great hotel, nice rooms and excellent staff... There isn't much more to say.
The only thing to mention is Room service menu could be more diverse, there are much options available.

The hotel is an attractive location, we were attending a function and the food was excellent. The only downside for us was the fact that the toilets are a long distance away and down lots of stairs.

Having a lovely stay! Staff have been very welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable.
Would gladly return next time my husband and I visit London

Excellent location of you want to shop on Oxford Street. Rooms are bigger than the typical London hotel. Helpful staff. Rooms and bathrooms are relatively updated. Avoid Street-facing rooms... They are very loud throughout the night
