Very good service and excellent location, very nice neighborhood. Our room with a king bed was smallish, as was the bathroom. Nice to see a 110V outlet in the bathroom. Room lacked USB ports which are std in most higher level hotels these days. Pricey but then thisthis the London, and a veo nice part of the city.

This is a hotel I will visit again! One of the best experiences I've ever encountered! And I've been to millions of hotels around the world. What struck me the most was the attentive care that the staff showed in excellence beyond expectation! I felt singled out in peace in a sea of London chaos! The security guard (his name may have been Hamzer or Motti, I don't remember) that I bumped into a few times didn't show frustration in my wantin to hassle him a bit (he's a big friendly safety to be around) I know I was taking his time but he was happy to help. Showed me where to get relevant information pertaining to specific queries I had been harassing him with and had helped me locate my lost items that I was sure never to see again! It was the staff that really gave this hotel a large space in my heart. I will be returning (for the food and comphortable beds if not for the staff)

Nice place. Modern look. Each room (from what I know) has a mobile phone with unlimited talk text and data use - that is actually free (to use). That phone as proved an invaluable navigational and useful communication utility as I live outside Europe and don't have an international phone plan. It's a little pricey though, compared to other nice Marriott's.

My wife and I had my engagement hosted here and the service and hospitality offered to my family and guests exceeded our expectations in one of the most joyful but also stressful days of my life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This has now become my favourite place to stay in London. Apart from being conveniently located near Hyde Park, Oxford street, Bond Street etc. the hotel staff are ready and willing to take care of your needs. It offers a wonderful app with services like check in check out requests for additional toiletries, bedding, housekeeping etc etc on your finger tips. This time I am given a room with beautiful view of garden.

Stay Away! this hotel has the same name "Grosvenor" as another Marriott 3 blocks away. Taxi from Heathrow took us to the other wrong Grosvenor that does not have our reservation, says they checked for it with other hotels and took a new reservation from tired travellers. After a great stay we get home and realize the mistake and call for a refund from Grosvenor Square who flatly refused despite rendering no service and in fact we paid Marriott for 2 rooms in 2 Hotels in London both Grosvenors the same night. Just flat Wrong. They could have made a customer for life, instead they have a this!

Burns charity Global Make Some Noise night fabulous, but toilets too far from function room and heating way too hot in both areas, went to cool off but hot water came out of cold water taps . Didn't spoil great night out with friends and met some lovely people too so 8/10. Food service first class and very tasty. Stunning building, location great and adequate, clean rooms. Nice breakfast in the Gordon Ramsay affiliated room.

By far the worse and most dishonest hotel in London. Booked and prepaid during heavy season and our room was given away. We were given a much smaller room without explanation or apology after waiting till 6pm for it to be ready... Totally ruined the trip.

This hotel is superbly located, in an attractive building from the outside. Unfortunately, the charm quickly falls past reception and the room we had felt pretty ordinary despite the high price tag. A number of features were in need of some renovation (e.g. awkward bathroom door with two panes that did not close properly). Nothing dramatic, but one would hope for a little bit more polish. A bright spot, however, is the restaurant attached to the hotel, Maze by Gordon Ramsay, which was both excellent and great fun.

Nice hotel but.

Nice hotel but.
At 17.00 o'clock the room was not ready and we need to wait more 30 minutes.
They give a renovated room. But not mention that construction was not finished and was noise during the day. It was inconvenient, not good for relax.
Location and breakfast was very good
For 5 stars and such money, little disappointed!

This is a really lovely hotel. The staff are friendly, from reception staff to housekeeping. Nothing was too much for them and they were happy to provide whatever I needed.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and every time I have stayed here I was made to feel so welcome. The hotel location is perfect for shopping trips, the West End and bars/night life. Would recommend!

Did not stay but met a client who was staying there in an executive lounge. The staff in reception were very friendly and helpful, and the overall impression is of an environment in which you are well placed to go about your business, whether business or pleasure.

Horrible staff and service. Myself and my family stayed here recently and our "free" breakfasts were put on our bill at check out because we ordered them to the room! Yes breakfast was included within the exorbitant room rate but they More

Welcoming Staff, Rooms are pretty good. I stayed for a week with a business partner and the only issue I came across would probably be the cleanliness, I'm a clean freak and feel a better job could be done.

Stayed in a great room, but there was a party one of the nights and the music kept me from sleeping. They didn't have nay alternative for guests and no ear plugs to help with the noise.
Location wise is nice, but honestly after having trouble sleeping it doesn't seem worth the price. Did not expect these kinds of issues at a Marriott. Might be worth asking in advance if there will be any parties.

This was a fabulous place to stay in London. It was so close to get things to do and transportation in the city. We also thought our room was so clean and so comfortable for good night sleep after busy day being tourists. The food here was good and staff very nice and helpful

I m at a collective 1 for our stay and then I see this in the business center.

Beware...Computer has an unauthorized operating system loaded on it.

I will post a detailed review on trip advisor when I get home. Too many issues address now.

Rooms are tired and need maintenance and better beds.

Quite possibly the worst ever stay at a Marriott. What happened to this place it used to be so great...
