Superb hotel. Excellent front of office staff, extremely polite and helpful. Was a pleasure to stay here.

Attended an event there and the facilities, service and food were all first class.

Great locations , very close to oxford st. And close to bond underground station. The customer service was great. The rooms are very small and the rate is high.

Loved this hotel for the 1st time i came to London.

We were here for an award ceremony so i cannot comment on the rooms. The catering was great and the venue very well kept throughout the rowdy ceremony.

Pleasant hotel but the room was fairly small. Unfortunately there were multiple false fire alarms during my stay which as you can imagine were quite disturbing!

The chairs in the lobby are very old and disgusting the rooms are in bad condition
I must say the front desk team were great apart from the management they did not have nothink under controll apart from that

Loved our experience at this hotel. We were upgraded to a suite and were very pleased.
The whole hotel has been updated except for the suites. It did not matter as we were pleased with our stay. On the way out, I was informed that the bottom floor suites are being upgraded now.
We will definitely be back to visit this hotel again.

Firstly i would like to say the check in was brilliant by the door man and bell boys and receptionist i was helped to check in and given a better room once arrived to my room the bell boy took great care of me showing me how everything in the room works and even brought me ice also a lady from club lounge was so friendly and always helped me with anythink i needed
I was dissapointed by the furniture of the hotel preety old but apart the team was great

Lovely staff, wonderful room, beautiful bathroom & lovely touches. Cold water was warm though, & breakfast not ready until about 15 mins after stated start time. Minor quibbles though - deserves its 5 stars

Great location, very reachable from bond Street and close to a lot of places with great food and tourist value. I was here for a professional summit and the venue was large and welcoming, with very social and helpful employees.

The meeting room facilities are very good, with the only defect of being in the lower ground level. The food was great, both for the lunch buffet and for the social dinner. The staff was kind, helpful and professional at all times.

Service at CHECK in was good. The room in clean and relatively roomy for an European hotel.

Grosvenor square is beautiful. upon entering, i came across the front desk concierge who was of great help and offered assistance to booking a table at maze grill for the evening, where the food was simply superb. The rooms were large, as we went for one of the garden rooms, with a private garden balcony and was reasonably priced compared to the suites. A great stay all round!

Great location, the service was immaculate. Was there for an industry award ceremony and I have to admit the whole evening was excellent, very swanky without the unnecessary attitude that you would expect to get due to the location. Did not stay overnight as a guest, but in terms of the space as a venue it was excellent.

Was like a dream. So clean and great service. Lovely rooms and polite staff. Beds are so comfy and bathroom spotless.

The hotel staff is incredibly caring. When my family and I went for breakfast we often talked with the waiters and waitresses who recommended different areas to go to. The food is really good and fresh and can be somewhat customized to your liking.

Not the best visit - there was active Builders and the conditioned air was inoperative during our two night stay.

Amazing hotel, in the city centre. Perfect public transport links all around. Good sound proof windows. All in all a lovely short break!

Business lounge access was very nice! I didn t have a great view but overall okay visit. Close to the metro and busy London streets.
