Bad experience !!!! We missed our return flight because of bad information that was given by a hotel employee to the taxi! Not knowing London I did not know that there were several airports, I forwarded my flight to my company the time and destination to the concierge of this hotel and asked him to call a taxi, the latter gave him the address of another airport that was 55 minutes from the airport in which our plane was leaving. Result we pay another flight for the next day, and another hotel to sleep, they refused to host us the night more and we compensate the 159 euro taxi we took for nothing!

Great hotel, staff is friendly, house keeping is good. But the shocking part is when I asked room service today to send me an EMPTY plate with a fork and knife they said they would charge 4 pounds for that. However upon over shock revelation to the operator they ended up sending it for free but really were they serious when they mentioned about the charge

Spent a week here and it was perfectly comfortable. We loved the central location and the stylish neighborhood. Service was very friendly. When you book, you may want to request a park view. And the breakfast and lounge amenities are great, if you are a Marriott frequent flyer. The gym looked very fine too.

Great location walking distance to Oxford street. Nice cafes around for morning coffee. Feels like new construction and both Gordon Ramsay s restaurants not ground floor were absolutely amazing!

Poor room service because the hotel does not have their own restaurant, it is leased out. This is the only Marriott where I have struggled with getting basic services, like getting salt at the room!

Rooms are small in size as compared to Marriott properties across the world.

If you are planning to stay in central London I would suggest using other Marriott properties in close proximity to this hotel.

It was excellent. As soon as I walked up to the door, someone held it open for me. Staff was friendly and caring, always smiled. Bathrooms clean and tidy. Only issue was that we had gotten the wrong order for our table.

Great hotel.

The rooms are very nicely furnished and cosy, with a modern twist. The one we were in had a fake fireplace which was really cool. Absolutely fantastic location in central London. Definitely recommend.

Go somewhere else.
The staff here is terrible. To get simple requests to had to ask 10 people, AC didn't work in room (and engineer had no temp gun to get it fixed but just said it says it's 31 degrees...I know that I can read the dial), TV system was down entire stay. $800 a night, $100 extra untold fee on top of $800 a night for our son. Fire alarm goes off and staff runs out but does not instruct any guests what to do. This hotel is built to serve the staff and not the guests. Loud renovations on 3rd floor on going. Whole hotel smells of paint as they don t have the concept of zero VOC paint. Workout room smells worse than any gym I've ever been in. Good news TV works on the treadmills there if not the room despite 5 calls but I vomited from the smell. Stay away!
Only pros are James the director of operations is super kind and tries to actually fit things. If he were given more power it might be better. And it s somewhat quiet versus our other London hotel.

I had a good time at APS London. The conference was great, with lots of time to meet and chat to people. Really well run and organised and a lot of fine. The Marriott was nice and they provided plenty of food although it lacked seasoning. But it was a good space to hold and attend a conference in.
