Absolutely wonderful! Great food, fantastic service. We were hesitant to attempt a date night last minute on a Friday during "prime time" but much to our surprise we were seated immediately. The ambiance was nice, the room quite - exactly what we needed. We had the Spinach and Artichoke Dip for an appetizer and it was very good. The Pistachio Crusted Chicken was amazing! My husband loved the Soft Shell Crabs as well. Lastly, our waitress was extremely helpful, attentive and most importantly kind. DEFINITELY A MUST TRY FOR THOSE THAT ITALIAN!

Moving to the area and just happen to find this restaurant, fantastic! I'll be back for sure, I highly recommend.

Was recommend to me by neighbors.. I called they lost a star for telling me I did not need a reservation! I called earlier in the day and spoke to someone in the bar.. big misunderstanding..

But we got seated on the patio and I liked that better anyway, more room so you need a reservation for this place it's small. The food was excellent I had snapper and shrimp in pesto cream sauce with angle hair pasta.. large portions, also the wine is reasonable .. Not on the menu for desert my favorite Italian cream cake.. all around a great experience I definitely will be going back .. waitstaff attentive and great service..

Went back and met the owner they remembered us and gave us a free appetizer for the mix up omg they were delicious risotto balls with a creamy
Sauce.. excellent ..

I had the scampi also excellent garlicky the way scampi should be but not overpowering, my husband had the veal franchese we always taste each other's dishes and sometimes share.. the breading on the veal to me was bit to much but the orange glaze sauce was excellent And my husband loved it..

The atmosphere and staff are great, but my shrimp pasta was bland as hell.

Unless you order before you get there, the food takes forever. Food seems overpriced for the taste, but maybe I picked the wrong dish.

Very good food and the service was excellent. My friend had the lobster Ravioli and indicated it was the best he ever had. I had the Chicken Parmesan and it was excellent. Not overcooked, tasty sauce and a very large portion.

Excellent customer service with great food and drinks, beautiful hand drawn paintings all around set in a nice rustic outlook. Very fine experience overall. Our first visit and we were impressed.

Personally I didn't think the food was very good at all, the chicken Alfredo I ordered had a weird taste to it and the cheesecake had a rubbery texture. However, many people in the group I went with thought the food tasted really good. The atmosphere and service was good, not great, but good enough to make dinner an enjoyable experience.

This place is amazing !! The service was excellent but I wish they had some lemon cream pie cake.

Unfortunately it has poor acoustics and difficult to have a nice conversation, especially if you don't hear so well, even wit hearing aids...FOOD IS EXCELLENT AND SERVICE THE SAME.

Was pouring rain outside Michael the bartender invited me inside which by the way the pub is beautiful. Got me a beer some bread while i was drying off. Super personable very classy would highly recommend as anyones new pub

I have absolutely loved this place since I was in middle school. It became a very special place for my family & I adore Barbie. In March a friend treated me to lunch here for my birthday. I haven't been here in a while & have to say it was the worst experience, the water tasted funny & we asked for bottled water. The server brought out huge bottles of water, already opened. So we ended up with 2 large bottles of water & since he opened them we were stuck with both. What happened to the lunch menus!?! We were there for lunch with the menu options of full entrees & the menu choices has decreased significantly, I was so disappointed. The Salmon "special" was $23! For lunch! No thanks. I really miss the way this place used to be, it was empty also. We felt pressured to hurry up as we were the only customer's there but it was obvious the staff was closing up. It was an expensive lunch without the TLC Barbie used to give & the wait staff were not friendly as in the previous 20+years that I have been coming. This place holds some scared memories of my beloved parent's & it is sad for me to realize it is not the way it used to be.

The staff at Lomonte s is exceptional along with the food. Barbie puts love into the establishment and treats her guests like family. If you are looking for great food with amazing service this place is a must! Be sure to swing by the bar and say hello to Naya and Mike.

Very good food and great ambience. Friendly service. I highly recommend the Catfish Picante and house salad.

A hidden gem. Love this place. Their food is delicious and their staff is efficient and professional. The atmosphere is nice and they have outdoor seating. I highly recommend.

Great service from the kitchen to the table. Being a type 1 diabetic and igA deficient (gluten sensitivity) makes it difficult to eat out...not here. Gluten free pasta is available (even though I substituted for veggies) and still amazing.

Came her with my fiance what a great atmosphere. She had the chicken parmigiana and I had the chicken Florentine, both entrees were delicious. Also if you go YOU MUST GET THE BREAD DIP. would recommend to anyone looking for an authentic italian atmosphere and cuisine.

Don't forget to get the bread dip!

Service was great, portions huge, food so-so. My pasta was so greasy I couldn t eat it. In addition it was sour! Sour pasta sauce... I m wondering what Italians would say.

If you haven't been to this restaurant then you are missing a lot. Delicious food and great customer service. What else you want!!! Best Italian place in town. YOU MUST VISIT! 10 STARS

Delicious food, intimate atmosphere for a perfect date night

Amazing Italian restaurant, very cozy atmosphere and friendly employees

First time dining here. Really enjoyed it. Had a few drinks in the patio bar at happy hour before dinner. A little noisy but it was Friday evening . Young man provided live music and was very talented. Afterwards, our party of three enjoyed a great meal In the restaurant. The chicken marsala was exceptional. The marsala sauce was delicious. The best I've ever had. Two of us ordered it and both agreed it was great. Service was excellent! I can recommend Lamonte's to anyone looking for a new Italian restaurant to try.

Great place but the wait staff was awful. No water, no drinks for 30 minutes, no bread for 45 minutes. I do not recommend for parties over 5 as they are not equipped for large groups

This is an authentic St. Louis-style Italian restuarant. Everything is delicious. I go specifically for the toasted ravioli and house salad. The garlic cheese bread is mouth-wateringly delicious. The ambiance is very nice and quaint too.

Our table was waiting for us when we arrived. We were not in a hurry and the staff did not try to rush us. Our food was well prepared and very enjoyable. The serving size was very generous, making the need to order more unnecessary. Even though we we there after the restaurant closed, they did not make any mention of it. It was an enjoyable evening.

Great Italian food made with fresh pasta and all the right ingredients. Some of the best Italian food I've ever had. The atmosphere is cozy with a romantic setting. I fully recommend this restaurant!

Expensive, but delicious. Expect $10-$20 entries and fluffy flaky homemade bread.

We always order the toasted ravioli. It's a small enough restaurant to feel like home, but great food to make it worth eating out. We haven't ordered a pasta dish that has disappointed.

Very good food and service. But the dirty little secret is that if you do not review your bill, you may be overcharged. We have been to this restaurant twice and both times we were overcharged for drinks. Adding more drinks to our bill than what we ordered. Finally this second time of having our bill charged for two more drinks than what we ordered we decided not to tip the waiter. And what did M....... do to our check he crossed our 1 to make it a seven and tipped himself after we signed the credit card! If the waiter is responsible for getting your bill correct (after all he the one to input the order) and he make a mistake that is going to cost you another $14.00 or more, why does he deserve a tip for overcharging you in the first place. Fool us once shame on you, fool us twice same on you. So if you like good food this is the place, just be careful to review you bill and counts your drinks because if it happens to us twice on two separates visits something is definitely going on here.

Best Italian I ve had around. I got this seafood pasta with a caprese salad and spumoni. Best service ever!! Def will go again. !!

Mediocre food. Over-priced. Service is nice in the bar. Music on friday night is a nice touch. The tomatoe/marinara sauce is the same as raging out of a bottle. The red snapper was cooked but lacked complete flavor. The manicotti is better at Carabba (and that isn't saying a lot). So think of it as Carrabas with a better atmosphere. It isn't Italian; it is southern US version of Iiiii-talian

Arrived w/ 10 minutes left until close for lunch, empty, and the waiter had no problem seating me and the food was delicious. The staff is great, the manager/owner swung by to chat for a bit.

My first impression was the amazing customer service experience. The host welcomed us delightfully and took us to our table. Our server came over shortly and was just as attentive. We both ordered pasta lomonte since it was their signature pasta meal. It was nicely served, and in my opinion a healthy alternative to pasta tossed in creamy sauce. An initial mix up with our order was quickly corrected when I drew the servers attention to it.

This is our favorite Italian restaurant. The staff is super attentive, the food is just outstanding. Low light, soft music, and a wonderful atmosphere.
