Matt was great with the initial visit and planning, their office team is professional, organized, and made sure everything was communicated clearly. Brian made sure the job was done right and helped with setting up additional services for installing pavers. The unsung hero is the guy who spent several days installing the irrigation equipment and drain boxes. His attention to detail and work ethic led to a perfect system! I look forward to working with the Lombardo team again when we add a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen. These folks are the real deal!! Thanks for everything!

I have used Lombardo Landscaping & Water Features, Inc. for several landscaping projects over the years and have been extremely impressed with the quality of work and the follow through from their staff. Lambardo has now taken over my complete lawn maintenance and I have been completely satisfied! I would highly recommend them for any lawncare needs you may have. Quality customer service is rare these days and Lombardo has it figured out!

The key to whether a company is truly good, isn't whether or not they ever make a mistake, it's whether or not they acknowledge a mistake and resolve it to the customers satisfaction. We did have a few bumps in the road on our large yard project (adding drains, landscaping, etc). But all were addressed and resolved, and we are very pleased with the final results. Matt and his team were great at communicating with us.

We've used Lombardo for a complete landscape renovation a few years ago and more recently for some updates and minor changes to the property. We were very pleased in both instances. They are professional, knowledgeable, and prompt in their interactions with the homeowner. The installations were done on time, and they work quickly and clean up after they are done. Highly recommend them.

When it comes to your home landscaping needs, Lombardo Landscaping & Water Features is the RIGHT decision! 2017 has been a BIG year for my wife and me; first time homebuyers and the birth of our first child in November! While my wife and I were very pleased with the purchase of our new home, we knew it would need a good bit of work before we would truly feel "settled in". We had a long way to go and a short time to get there! To complicate things even further, we didn t have an abundance of cash to spend on renovations. One of the most important of these renovations would be a complete landscaping overhaul of the front yard. My wife and I had just moved to Fort Myers and now had a very important decision to make- who were we going to trust with such an important project?

President & CEO Matthew Lombardo quickly assessed our situation and assembled his team of landscaping professionals to begin working immediately. From the project s launch to its completion, we were thoroughly impressed by this team s punctuality, dependability, personability, quality of workmanship, and the courtesy shown to our family. Our experience with Lombardo Landscaping & Water Features was truly satisfying from beginning to end!

What a great company and staff. We have 2 experiences with them. Both from Irma. First one of my palm trees fell on my neighbors roof. Right over his new ac. If it fell it would cost thousands. Lombardo happened to be in the neighborhood on a Sunday I asked if they could help and once they saw my predicament they got their tractor and got it taken care of. Same day!!! So we asked them to help re-design our front yard since the irrigation system and most of our plants were destroyed. We got a drawing they showed us pictures of the plants that they would recommend and within a week we had a brand new front yard. Very colorful really accentuates the house. So obviously I would highly recommend Them.

From the planning and design to the execution of that plan everyone was a total professional! I've had ponds before so I knew exactly what I wanted and they truly gave me the pond of my dreams. I'm absolutely thrilled with the outcome.

Asked Matt Lombardo to provide us with an estimate to re-landscape our front yard. Picked Lombardo Landscaping based on previous reviews and have to say the 5 stars are VERY much warranted. Matt's design was perfect for what we needed and we continue to recieve complements on our yard. The design is creative and colorful. Communication was good, Adam, who was in charge onsite during installation, paid attention to the details. We are extremely happy and will recommend Matt and his team to anyone who is thinking of undertaking a landscaping project. Look forward to having Matt help us with the backyard.

Matt knows his plants and is an amazing artist. We are new to the area, don't know the plants very well, so we really just let Matt create and run with the design. We are so happy that we did! He pulled in features and elements that we would not have thought of. The balance of colors and textures are absolutely gorgeous. Our neighbor across the street has already stopped by to thank us for the amazing view. One thing that struck me was that every single employee we met was a polished professional. They were pragmatic yet pleasant to interact with. Next we want to replace the driveway with pavers. I can't imagine working with anyone else but Matt.

Update: I felt the need to add this in as it exemplifies how Matt is a true professional dedicated to the highest quality. We had Matt come by to give us a quote for resurfacing the driveway. While on site, he was looking over the garden his crew installed and identified one plant that was not exactly where he wanted it to be. He talked about how the color and textures would interact with the plants around it, and asked if we would mind if he moved it three feet to the side. So in his nice shoes and khakis, he got a shovel out of his truck and moved the plant. My wife and I were already happy with the work that was performed. There was no value add in what he did beyond ensuring we would be happy with the design for many years to come. So while Lombardo may not be the cheapest option, I've never met a company so dedicated to delivering the highest level of service.

Although I found them to be quite expensive, I have to say...the work Lombardo Landscaping performed was "worth every cent"! Take a look at my pictures. Awesome!!

Excellent customer experience from design through installation. Beautiful design, quality plants and workmanship - I was impressed with the attention to detail in soil preparation, plantings (trees, flowering plants, shrubs), mulch, etc. and adjustments to irrigation system for new plantings. They even came out a couple of times after work was completed to check on plants and irrigation. Just awesome! Highly recommend and I plan to use them again for additional landscaping. Paseo Resident.
