The key to whether a company is truly good, isn't whether or not they ever make a mistake, it's whether or not they acknowledge a mistake and resolve it to the customers satisfaction. We did have a few bumps in the road on our large yard project (adding drains, landscaping, etc). But all were addressed and resolved, and we are very pleased with the final results. Matt and his team were great at communicating with us.
