Definitely one of, if not, thee worse company I ever worked for. Many times I was embarrassed after I showed up to my schedule location and the employees had no clue who I was, what my purpose was, or why I was needed. The pay was awful, sometimes delayed and did not do well to compensate for the travel expenses. Very surprised to see this is still a company. However, I can't say anyone I dealt with within the company was rude, just highly disorganized.

I enjoyed the job yet, realized that I was only getting paid half, when I was actually only getting paid a quarter of what I was supposed to get every two weeks for $11/hr minimum wage back in 2018! I only stayed with the job until I found another because I needed the money so much in desperate need and was basically homeless bouncing around place to place! I was even offered a promotion when I was staying at an apartment yet, when I was leaving my supervisor denied it along with the underpayments (Sarah Nelson)!

I am just glad I don't work for this company any more. My health and quality of life is so much better now that I am no longer a member of this team. My former boss was just a waste of time each time I spoke with her or when I needed her help. When a boss gets a college education up in the sky, you wonder how accredited her education is, and overall, I question her leadership? Then again, with people like her, it makes sense what this company is looking for, when you are hired...No experience, no problem...No skills, no problem...No education, no problem...If you can take a picture with a phone, then you can work for this company. Did I mention that the pay never increases and most weeks have little work?

3rd Tier Company, gets all the bottom of the barrel work. No drive time, no mileage, no benefits, $10 hour, the ONLY nice thing is you can pick up the work you want, unfortunately most of their work are loser deals.

Company flexible with hours but treat employees very poorly. Supervisors and Account Managers are extremely unprofessional. My supervisor would slam the phone down in my ear and speak to me in a rude and condescending manner. They hire at minimum wage yet post offers with a significant pay difference on job sites. You are NEVER valued for your work and only contacted if a mistake is made. Work done at bare minimum is accepted, hard workers are overlooked.

I worked for LMS for some time and had a completely positive experience. The management team was always helpful and they were super understanding when I got into a bad accident and couldn t work for a month. The schedule is flexible since you book everything yourself which makes this great for students, stay at home moms, or someone looking for an extra stream of income.

Bonus payouts for jobs are phenomenal. It would be nice if there was a full time option! The amount of work available depends on where you live. Where I lived there were ALWAYS a ton of available projects.

Cons: The assignments per project can be extremely tedious. The store s staff aka clients often wouldn t do any maintenance work between my visits and since you are only allowed a certain block of time to finish your assignment, work was often left unfinished. Also cannot stress how boring the assignments were.

I legit never leave reviews but after seeing how low their rating is compared to my experience with the company I felt inspired to leave an honest review.

It took a month for them to even respond to my application.. and then there was nothing except "You've been hired! Fill out this paperwork dang near immediately so we can bring you on board!" I didn't respond and within 24 hours I'd gotten three more e-mails telling me I had to get that paperwork filled out right away! Uhhhhh... you don't communicate with me for a month, not even to say "Hey, we're considering you!" and now I have to drop everything to respond? Sorry.. in that month, I've already found a full-time job with a company that is on top of their hiring game and have put in two weeks work by now." Good luck Lawrence... you'll need it to get/keep decent employees.

I've worked for LMS for a few months and have not experienced any problems like others have. My field coordinator is kind, pleasant and helpful and other reps have been too. I enjoy the work and I love the flexibility. This job REQUIRES TRAVEL which is a perk for people who like to be on the go. Opportunities for assignments are posted regularly. You can be selected as a designated rep for a store but otherwise you have to compete with others in accepting assignments. Watch your emails! The pay is definitely low end but slightly higher than minimum wage. The work itself can be challenging if the store was previously serviced by unskilled workers. Some assignments require strict time allotment to complete the job while other assignments allow you to stay until the work is completed.

Have worked for them for over a year. It started out quite slow, but I am in a rural market. Their is more work in the larger cities. Lately, more assignments have been available in my area.

This is only p/t employment. No one ever tells you it is anything more than this. You will have to have another source of income if you need more money. They offer bonuses to travel to other areas (outside of your regular service area). I have taken them up on several of these and made very good money. They have always paid me on time and have been fair.

I call and email the MN office regularly with questions. They have always been courteous and professional with me. I am very thankful to have a p/t flexible job that allows me to pursue other endeavors.

This company also has poor management that portrays themselves to have knowledge and an education. High turn over for both accounts and merchandisers, stated Michelle a field service supervisor when I complained about the lack of work and recruiting for open positions in my area.

I have only worked with Lawrence for a few months, but my experience has been a very positive one. Like others have stated, this is a part time position and that is stated upfront. The best thing about the job is the amazing flexibility and the variety of assignments. Yes you do have to have other work to fill in, but if you have a love for organizing, making displays look attractive, and developing strong relationships, you will really love this company. And did I mention they pay every week? And yes there are some bonus assignments that pay quite nicely, but you must pay attention to your email. Give this company a try. I promise you will not be disappointed. One more thing. Some of the projects can go over the allotted time. Be careful about this because they will pay you for it, but you will get an email notifying you that you went over. I try to only accept projects that I know that I can finish in the allotted amount of time , but sometimes it is just not possible. This is the only reason I gave the company 4 stars instead of five. Hope this helps.

The supervisors that Ive worked with at Lawrence, have been (are) all really great at helping out when you have questions or special requests for scheduling jobs! The Company has been straightforward from the beginning, with very limited changes in the way things are done, which makes it easy to get your jobs done, as there are NO surprises!
In my four years working for Lawrence, I cant say that I have any complaints!

Horrible company! This is a great job if you have no desire to make money. There are much better merchandising companies for you to work for. Go to indeed or any job site and search the word merchandiser and you will get a good job. Do not waste your time with Lawrence. I gave them a fair chance of six months as an employee and I made $200.00 in six months. All the jobs they gave to me where at least an hour away and the assignments are less than an hour each. I went to a new company and I make $400.00 a week. This is a well deserved and honest review of this company. Lawrence you were a waste of my time. Thanks for NOTHING!
