Great nights out here. Excellent atmosphere with fantastic cocktails being served. They also have live entertainment - for a small place it certainly packs a punch.

Great place in Usk and was our first time. Huge selection of drinks, especially cocktails and the platters were brilliant. Friendly staff too. Will be returning very soon
Amazing experience. Would 100% have a return visit. The food was firstly presented beautifully and secondly tasted amazing. The drink range was huge (will need another visit to try the extensive range of gins available). The cocktail platters were an amazing decadent treat. The service was exceptional, with Chloe being the star of the show!

Booked for a table of 11 for afternoon tea. My other half had been looking forward to it for at least a month before hand. We called them 3 times during this period to update on dietary requirements etc. Got there today, we sat for almost 2 hours, right then someone decided to ask if we were eating or not. They had already missed off a lot of our drinks, But went with it. They the told us we couldn't have what we booked. The owner was incredibly stand offish because apparently a member rof staff and stated "we weren't sure if we were eating" when.we arrived, although they were unable to identify which of us had said this after being booked FOR A MONTH. So long story short, we didn't eat here. Terrible service and didn't even get a sorry.
Fantastic little bar, great atmosphere and cocktails and the staff always have time for a chat.

Absolutely fantastic!!! The staff were very attentive and catered for all needs - 25 guests at a baby shower. The food was delicious and plentiful!!! The drinks were outstanding!!! I definitely recommend "The Mad Platter" for any occasion!!! Very grateful to the manager for making the event run ever so calmly!!! Thanks Guys! We will be back!!

It's was lovely, only went in for a drink as we were passing through Usk town and it looked so very inviting that it felt a shame not to check it out. An amazing choice of beverages to suit all tastes, host was most friendly and we enjoyed an exchange of good banter, we will definitely be making a swift return soon to enjoy the food side too!! They have been a massive help during this pandemic, we have had amazing food and cocktails delivered to our door, they have followed all rules to help the sheltered community stay safe. I have loved them when I have visited previously, but now even my hubby is a massive convert. I genuinely can't recommend them highly enough.
The two bar ladies were very friendly and professional. Decent selection of drinks and the sharing plates were great. Bar had a good atmosphere
I was very disappointed when I visited to buy a gift voucher that the only way it could be done was on line. You would think that the manager would use some initiative and not turn down the sixty pounds offered especially since we had made two visits to the place to buy a voucher. Many people do not find it convenient to do things on line We will buy a voucher elsewhere

Was here for a 21st, and stayed for the evening afterwards. Great place, fantastic food and brilliant, friendly service. Will definitely visit again.
