Our family of 6 showed up without a reservation at around 9pm on a Saturday night and were seated straight away. Loew's has got to be the best kept secret in Downtown Philadelphia. Service and food were excellent. Bone-in ribeye and burgers were well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. Amazing pork belly and crispy meatballs. Cocktails and wine selections were also perfect. Kids' menu kept all three girls (ages 2, 5 and 6) busy actually eating. Well worth having the girls out past their bedtime.

I made a reservation traveled all the way to Philadelphia to the hotel to find out they require a $250 per day security deposit. I have checked the website several times and not one time is that stated. I was staying for three nights! That is outrages. The security deposit was way more than my stay. This left me stuck in downtown Philly with all my luggage until I got a room somewhere else. You guys should think about putting that in your policy

Excellent customer service again by the Lowes Hotel. Stayed there St. Patty's Day and causally made mention while checking in that it was our anniversary. A few hours later 2 beers, 2 sodas, and some chocolate pretzels where delivered to the room with a hand written note wishing us many more years of happiness. Room was clean as always, view was fantastic (upgraded to premium King) Room service in the am was great for breakfast, although pricey and they add a convenience fee on as if there was an option to pick up breakfast.

Checked out the bourbon bar late night Friday. Good selection of beers, didn't try the bourbon. Large TV showing all the NCAA games. Most of the crowd it seem where guests of the hotel staying for one of the various weddings or conferences the Lowes hosts.

Will be back again hopefully before the next anniversary but will probably skip the breakfast and find a spot in the city to better spend our money.

Beautiful hotel. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and we love the decor. Its a very modern style hotel but it's still comfortable and inviting. Other modern hotels can feel cold. Also check out Bank and Bourbon on the ground floor. Good food and a great whiskey and bourbon selection. Specialty cocktails as well!

I had the pleasure if staying at the this hotel for the first time and it was a shame I waited this long. Such a great hotel with excellent customer service. Great views from the room. The dining options are exactly what was needed to taste local Philadelphia food without having to leave the grounds. They also recommended several local dining options throughout my stay that didn't disappoint. I will most definitely come again & thank you for showing me the brotherly love the city is well known for!

Great functional hotel, friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well kept. The view from the upper floors is fantastic. Only problem is the elevator set up can lead to a lot of backlog. Minor problem though, would recommend.

Great hotel and location in the heart of downtown. I have sensitive nose so for some reason, I kept smelling some foul odor, usually at night. There were no otber reports, so I left it be. Another property has similar smells (not as strong) so it must be unique to these properties

The room was lovely at first, they had great valet parking and everyone was extremely nice. But once using the facilities we noticed that it hadn't been cleaned. For some reason there were long black hairs all through the bathroom, maybe between 10 and 15 scattered about. All over the sink, by the toilets, on the side of the shower, and being the door. As well as on the floor was a dried up contact. Pretty nasty considering how much was paid and because hair was everywhere. We called down to the front desk and asked if it could be cleaned, they offered us a new room or they could send housekeeping , so we decided housekeeping since we were unpacked already. We decided to leave for dinner and let housekeeping come when they want and left the room for two hours. We came back to find that housekeeping never showed up and cleaned all the hair! We called down again and asked for them to come up again, the front desk apologized and said they would be there right away. Housekeeping arrived and finally cleaned all the hair and nasty dried contact off the floor and left. Not the what I would expect for such a nice hotel, seeing how it took over 3 hours to clean a bathroom that should have already been cleaned!!!
