Didnt stay at hotel. Only grabbed drinks at the bar and the experience was awesome. Server took great care of us.

Awesome customer service! They deserve a pat on the back for that!
Beautiful hotel with excellent views of Philadelphia. Can be difficult to navigate however.
The staff was friendly and polite, the drinks were reasonable and well poured.
Meet a group of 10 for a birthday dinner, service and food was tremendous!
Very nice contemporary design. Rooms are very clean and beds are beyond comfortable
We had a deluxe king and it was fantastic! The room was big, clean, and the views - city. This hotel does everything right.
Service with a smile clean friendly excellent staff needs met information available for anyone wanting to explore the city when they arrive making sure tgey fwel comfortable when venturing out knowing there surroundings and being informed with knowledge of the choices they made to get there full experience while they stay here and maybe even return to because we are the city of brotherly love the staff make sure guest are there priority and will go that extra step to ensure that. Comfortable is what they expect. When you visit this hotel you can honestly tell in many ways what makes them so different and unique the service you receive is from average people who work for a place that has a great leadership you dont mind coming to work and being able to show a smile because priority always is the guest but also the employees are just as important to the company as well.
I am staying at the Loews Hotel. I have so far had a horrible experience. Room was incredibly hot so I wanted to call the front desk. Phone didn t work. I had to call the hotel from my mobile. Technician came to fix the issue. After an hour, it was clear that the temperature did not change. I repeated the steps above: called again the front desk from my phone and technician came to the room for a second time. Nothing could be done. Manager on duty explained to me that it couldn t get cooler because it was warm outside. Really, we had a snowstorm today. The manager made a bad situation even worse. I ended up moving to another room that had air conditioning (how this room could be cooled down when the first room couldn t is unknown to me, especially if it is dependent on the outside temperature) and a working phone. But, by this time, I was wide awake.
I strongly suggest that you choose another hotel. If I could give zero stars I would.
Clean room, friendly service, convenient/central location.
Staying at Loews was a great experience. Rooms were clean, spacious and with a great modern style. The view from the 33rd floor was the best and I used their lounge to meditate at night. Breathtaking views and great staff. Only thing I was a bit disappointed was the bathrooms in the first floor were locked and were only open for people with the cards for the hotel. Meaning when I was at the restaurant I had to go all the way back to my bag to get my key card to open the door for the bathroom. Don t mind me, I m a access to bathrooms for everyone type of girl. Other than that, everything was great. Location, cleanliness and space.
The staff was very good about instructing us where to go, and very attentive with the dining services.
Staff was helpful and quick. Answered everything and even predicted follow up questions. Room was very nice, clean and modern.
Good restaurant and amenities. Rooms are a bit run down. Comfortable bed. Good size rooms
My sister's wedding was on the 33rd floor and it was absolutley gorgeous. The staff was wonderful.
Love love love this hotel, friendly staff, modern environment, gorgeous rooms, just stunning! Amazing experience through and through.
The room was very comfortable with great amenities. Room service was prompt and the food delicious. The portions were huge!
I have been staying here for years and have never been disappointed.
We reserved a king size bed. When we walked in our room and saw the queen we called immediately and were told it's treated as a preference. The room had so many issues from curtains not closing, dirty vents above the bed, leaking faucets to a shower that leaked every time because it was missing a seal. A few more issues but on the positive side the location is great.
PS... plan to spend $50/day on parking as well as incidental fees upon checking in. If you don't use any fees
they refund back but it takes days for the transfer. Not cool. Staff was attentive enough upon request.
Building a bit dated but clean, well appointed rooms, polite service, decent restaurant, and a great view!
I loved this hotel the restrooms are always clean and the staff are always friendly and inviting. Got to say the loew's is one of my favorite hotel
Very nice atmosphere to unwind and have a drink. Great staff
I recently stayed here and was given a free upgrade on my room, so that certainly was a good start. The room was beautifully decorated and clean with a wonderful view. The staff were all very friendly, with the exception of one bartender. The bar/restaurant was extremely lively and had an incredible DJ who played a perfect mix of songs. I have stayed here on numerous occasions and will continue to make this hotel my #1 choice when staying in the city.
Enjoyed my first visit. I decided to stay there again but a snowstorm was arriving that night. The Loews Hotel had decided they were going to double the cost of a room because of the storm. If they're in the business of gouging their clients who had just stayed there three nights earlier then I will no longer stay at any Loews Hotels in the United States. I also informed my company to never reserve a room at any Loews Hotels again. They agreed that anybody who treats their guests that way does not deserve our business. My first couple of nights cost $187 plus tax. Then because of the storm they were charging $387 plus tax that night. No longer a customer.
Had an event for work there, went extremely smooth.
Very pet friendly but also a luxurious stay for a couple's weekend. Excellent service from all staff members. Absolutely recommend!
The room was nice with a great view. The curtains and bed sheets had holes in it, I didn t say anything because I was on a business trip. They have a great lounge with a few TVs to help you unwind. The staff was nice at check in and the doorman was always saying hi with a smile. The rest of the staff didn t seem like they were happy to be their. The person behind the desk where you check your luggage didn t even make eye contact with me when I asked her if i can use the bathroom. I needed a card to get in since I just checked out, she was looking down the whole time on her phone. Another thing I didn t like was the fact of homeless people literally right outside the hotel asking for money, will make me think twice of staying in that area.
Exceptional, impeccable customer service. I was very impressed that Lowes staff communicate with guests via text message - this was a very easy, discreet way to have minor concerns quickly remedied. From arrival to check out, it was evident that the staff is committed to guests having the perfect stay.
Wonderful room - great views, stylish decor, king bed with the most comfortable mattress (so comfy I almost stayed in!), plush bathrobes for lounging (in the comfy bed).
Tip - I stayed at the Loews using the "Philly Overnight" promo. Most of the high-end hotels in the city participate and offer weekend stays at discounted rates. The promo also includes various perks that change depending on the season. For example, my Philly overnight package included free passes to Summerfest, free minigolf, and restaurant vouchers.
I was only in one room for an event but it was great overall, no complaints.
Best hotel to stay at in philly when on business. Hotel is very classy and close to all the great eateries.
I must be made for luxury. Nice little room, with a real king size ...
Overall. Awesome hotel. Staff was great. Rooms were really nice. I was in the 31st floor with a great view of the city. Only reason I left a 3 is because I saw a cockroach running around my room. I tried really hard not to let it affect my stay but then it made me worried about how many I didn't see.
Very impressed with the quality and comfort of our hotel stay . A block away from City Hall and alot of good restaurants nearly.
Breakfast and lunch were excellent quality at a professional event, fruit was fresh, salads had high quality ingredients, deserts were good too.
Great stay at a great price. Will definitely book this hotel in the future. The gym was outstanding!
Really Nice hotel, bit why all parfume in the lobby?
Hello Rick , I m reaching out to you about my unfortunate stay at your 12th market location . On September 17th I prepaid for my reservation online $140. On September 18th I ve walked into your lobby and I was not greeted and was rudely assisted by your from desk staff . I was informed about a $100 incident fee, In which I was okay with . When I checked out the very next day the staff again was rude and were on cell phones which resulted me in being charged a additional $129.00 for my stay . When I called to report it your Front office manager by the name of James was uninterested in hearing my complaint and simply told me I would have to wait additional 10 days to refunded. This was my first and probably my last stay at your hotel location
Staff is not too friendly. . . Place needs some repairs.
My entire family and friends stayed last weekend for my wedding and I cannot say enough on everyone's behalf how happy they were. Sabrina Haney with the Loews helped us with our wedding block and she was amazing! We visited the Omni and Monico in Philadelphia but after meeting Sabrina we knew that the Loews was perfect! Sabrina went above and beyond to help us with every stage of the planning, and returned our calls and emails right away! The customer service is out of this world! We will only ever return to the Loews when visiting Philadelphia!
Beautiful hotel and great food and drink choices. I like bourbon and they have a lot to choose from. Its located close to everything that you may want to visit, like City Hall, Reading Terminal Market, and a mile from the "Rocky" steps at the Art Museum.
It's style is beautiful and runs much deeper than a superficial makeover. Great service, also, is obviously a goal and worked at rather than a platitude. Finally, very comfortable: the bed was GREAT!
The staff is the friendliest I've ever come across. The lobby, room, fitness center are clean and we'll appointed. The price was great and the location is in the middle of everything. I would absolutely come back.
Nice rooms, with comfortable beds and exceptional service. Tv options are ok, but they should update to permit streaming service access through TV's. Parking staff was nice, but access to the lot is off of 12th, with no obvious signage. Would stay there again.
Was here for a night, as a neon sign enthusiast the 'PSFS' sign doesn't disappoint. But I had to go to the pier to see it, as there was no access to see the sign from inside the hotel. Great stay if you want a swanky experience with full mini-bar and room service. Bad stay if you're a neon-sign enthusiast looking for some hot neon-sign action.
Great historic building (Philadelphia's first skyscraper), with spacious rooms, and great location very close to city hall.
The hotel bar has some nice cocktails.
This place is beautiful -- valet parking offered, restaurants and bars located inside, rooms are gorgeous and offer fully stocked fridges--Keurig coffee pots in the rooms, and incredible customer service offered!
Amazingly clean and super relaxing. Loved the room decor and amenties. I was here for an interview and felt really relaxed, well rested next day. Room offers great view of the city. I would defintely recommend staying here.
Cost to amenity ratio. Rooms were underwhelming for the price. Beautiful lobby and halls were misleading. Good if your business is paying for your stay and food. I would rather a Holiday inn.
Beautiful spacious room, friendly attentive street. Steps from shopping, food and attractions.
I was on the 16th floor and never had to wait longer than 30 seconds for an elevator. The location of the hotel was perfect. I took the rail system straight from the airport and ended up being 10 seconds away from the hotel when I got off.
I will try to be as fair as possible. I decided to visit this hotel for a weekend getaway and assessment. I was grossly disappointed. In saying that, maybe it was due to COVID 19 restrictions, but the accommodations were less than satisfactory. No room service, no trash removal, no indoor activities, no anything. The Wi-Fi was up and the tv worked but the toilet had a mysterious red stain that ran along the rim that you sit on. I essentially paid $200 a night for a bed and bathroom that was less than adequate. Maybe after the restrictions have been dialed back a little, I'll try again and redo another review.
P.S.
A few weeks before this, I stayed at a Hilton by the road near Allentown and it had way better facilities and we had access to the pool, exercise room, sheets and towels were brought to you on request and parking was amazing AND free.
Very nice place and staff. Minimal menu at certain times in the restaurant was disappointing.
Was clean and spacious and the staff was polite and welcoming.
The bar was comfortable and lovely. The service was quick, despite a large crowd.
Relaxing and great room view foods are excellent great hotel.
Beautifully updated and contemporary. Nice time at the lobby bar
Service was good. Stayed in room 2506. View was of a roof top. The bed was comfortable but pillows were to soft. Easy check in and check out.
Took in the flower show this year and stayed here and we did partake in their flower show package.
The hotel is beautiful and very conveniently located for maximum shopping and sightseeing enjoyment.
The staff in EVERY department was delightful, helpful, and accommodating. The facilities are wonderful.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
We stopped by after the Eagles Parade and had drinks at the bar. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was clean. They had a large TV showing the art muesem speeches and the drinks were great!
