Terrible !! I tried to change the credit card that was mine to mine and I was told that I should leave a new deposit amount. Absurd, because that amount already appears in the first contract made. I made a complaint at Reclame Aqui and the attendant accused my complaint as a double issue. However, I made two complaints with different subjects. I was in negotiation with one of the salespeople, who offered me the car I was interested in, evaluated my used one. When we left for negotiation I was offered a letter of credit to pay for the car I was buying. I presented the requested documentation for the legal procedures and was asked to send all the original documentation. When delivering the original documentation, the seller presented me with an account that I had not been aware of. At that moment, I learned that for the realization of that deal there would be a difference to be paid in the amount of R $ 2,800.00 (two thousand and eight hundred reais), which caused me a lot of surprise because, until that moment, the deal would have been for my car and the remainder of the installments of that letter of credit. Given this amount, I asked him for a simulation of direct financing, that is, without the consortium letter that had been offered. The salesman promptly did the simulation and I said we would talk again. When delivering the original copies of the documents, the transfer receipt for my vehicle was completed and unsigned. Today, I contacted the seller trying to solve this problem. I decided to sell the car to someone else and with the transfer receipt filled out as he delivered it to me without the deal being closed I can't transfer my vehicle. I made contact with the salesman who had the nerve to tell me that he can't do anything for me. I am very surprised by a collaborator on the Salim Mattar team to commit such a frivolous act! It will be the need to close a sale. Here is my doubt about how I will do with the loss of a duplicate of the document precipitously filled out by the seller. I would like a solution regarding the arrangements for the duplicate of that blank document. I make clear my dissatisfaction and the lack of transparency. If the problem is not resolved, legal action will be taken.
