We booked a car with the comfort baby, it takes 1 hour to dishonestly try to push us a DIRTY comfort baby, WITH VOMIT, WET AND VERY MUCH SMELL they put in good air to hide it! .. an agency to avoid without respect for the client, dishonest. We had an appointment we booked in advance so they didn't have another baby in the end, delay and lack of respect.

I suggest the same thing to the rental company, who has the habit of making this conference with the customer before the delivery of the car, and not just delivering. You can, for example, make a checklist and fill in with the customer, checking all the items together !!

In the last locations there is always a problem. Ex: Invoice to employee instead of billing for company. With this the employee needs to pay and ask for reimbursement later. At this time not recommended, for the same price there are better options in the market.
