We were in the slightly unique position of needing to relocate interstate from VIC during peak COVID mess. Unable to look at houses, we were basing our decisions purely on photos and the service we received from agents. Stephanie was the only agent who took the time to respond to our email detailing our situation and offer other properties that might be suitable for our family. She was responsive via email and over the phone and she put our minds to rest, helping us to organise somewhere to live within a week of our initial enquiry. She seemed to be genuinely empathetic of the stresses moving during a pandemic causes and remembered details about our family which made the experience more personal.
