I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Kathy Baker from this office. I don't know why, but it felt as though Kathy was working for the buyer only, not the owner. I understand that there needs to be a balance and it takes an exceptional sales person to walk this thin line, sadly, it didn't feel as though Kathy was doing this. Everything appeared to me to be focused on the buyer, with the owners needs coming a dismal second. I also found Kathy quick to discount the price of the home. I WOULD CERTAINLY NEVER USE KATHY BAKER AGAIN.
