This is a cozy, no-frills, family-friendly bar and restaurant. I've never been disappointed with the food here! Amazing wings, steamed clams and fries. Decent beer selection. A great atmosphere to watch sports or to grab a low-key meal with friends.

Great food is obviously a must but not only was the food on point with huge portions but the service was amazing

Great food great portions great prices. Everything about the loading dock is great from the time you walk I'm the door. You will wait for a table on busier nights but it's well worth the wait.

I came here for lunch around 1:20pm or so. Not too busy. The staff were continuously cleaning and our server was very friendly. I hadn't read the reviews and was here on a recommendation of a co-worker. I wanted a burger and ordered a mushroom Swiss hamburger. My two friends had sandwiches that both looked very good. My burger lacked flavor, like the meat hadn't been seasoned at all. It was a perfect medium rare and the fries were perfect, but the hamburger was just not there. Very bland. There are a lot of choices on the menu and this place warrants a second try, but it was a swing and a miss for me.

I wish I could have given this zero stars. My wife and I ate here because it was highly rated on TripAdvisor, what a mistake. We started with the "crab" and "shrimp" dip which was nothing more than a bowl of melted Velveeta cheese with old Bay in it. The hot wings hoagie I ordered was soggy and the sauce was disgusting. The French fries tasted like old fryer oil and fish. Bottom line is I will never eat here again and warn all to stay away. I guess the only silver lining is they don't start serving entrees till 4PM so even though we went for entrees we were unable to order them, which is a good thing because I could only assume they too would have been disgusting and just more expensive.

I forget how good this place is everytime I go. The portions are big, food is great, and prices are reasonable. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a fun dinner and night out.

OMG the best food in the area. Three of us can eat off one of their servings. Loading is truly the key word here

Beautiful restaurant with a huge menu. The portions are huge! Plenty of beer on tap and different types of mix drinks. The service can be slow. I have been there when it was packed and just a few tables taken and it takes awhile to get the wait staff's attention.

my experience was wonderful...the service and food was great but every time they wiped a table down, the smell of cleaner made me lose my appetite. please change whatever it is you clean your table with..it is very unpleasant.

Been coming here for over 10 years,never been disappointed. I love their wings and Specialty Wrap. Better beer selection than 95% of the area, always changing with around 20 selections at all times.

Very clean, good food, huge portions. Most everyone leaves with lunch for the next day. It is no wonder while many restaurants struggle to survive, Loading Dock is always busy.

The establishment is pure perfection. From the location, to the atmosphere; The service to the food. Absolutely, positively superb. The owner of this restaurant is second to none in the treatment of both his employees and patrons. Fair and competitive prices for food that is supreme, and more than generous portions. Will visit again and again, while recommending wholeheartedly.

I like most of the food, Fries are meh, place is usually busy, I find it annoying that they don t allow the waiters to write down the order, they messed up my friends order (she was allergic to some ingredients) not once, not twice but three times and the owner actually got frustrated with her allergies lol.
