A gem of a restaurant in Dunmore. Fantastic food, excellent and fair prices, remarkable service. I'd say the only downside is the wait, but it's not really their fault so much a side effect to excellence.

Picked up our order last night for the whole family everything was awesome conversation with the gentleman at the counter was great and the way they handled our present situation was perfect

The owner is hilarious he's kind of like The Soup Nazi from Seinfeld but great guy fantastic homemade pierogies. Great beer selection too.

The Loading Dock was great all around. Nice atmosphere, service, and food. I had a steak salad. The steak was perfection. My only disappointment was there were no fries on the salad and the dressing was just your average everyday dressing. I always hope for homemade.
On the upside, I ate there and brought enough home for two lunches. The portions are huge.

Chicken Parm hoagie - never again. It was made with over-fried popcorn chicken and a boatload of cheese globbed onto the top of the bread. Threw over half of it away.

Seafood Bisque - Way too thick and not many seafood/vegetable ingredients. It was more like spoonfuls of super thick buttery gravy. Stood my metal spoon up easily. I only ate about half.

Hot Garlic Wings - Very tasty if you like very spicy butter garlic wings.

Crab Cakes - decent flavor, not enough crab. No way worth the price.

I honestly don't know where the great reputation is coming from. I could easily make better and I'm no chef.

The food was decent but the service was lacking.

We ordered a hamburger and a sampler to share between two adults. For lunch, we could of easily split the burger a fries and been satisfied.

All of the food was adequate. Nothing I'd drive an hour for on a regular basis, but certainly not bad food.

Food was pretty good. Disappointed in the drinks. They have a nice bar. You would think if you ordered a martini or Manhattan they would serve it in a martini glass instead of a brandy snifter. They also don't have Cole slaw to serve with fish. This place falls a little short with some weird things.

I am just visiting for work and staying in a near hotel and I have to say this place is busy but the food is great the waiters and waitresses are great I have better costumer service here than the local bar and grills by me. It's a great place to eat and enjoy company I have no complaints about the loading dock all around the best I've had in a while.

Consistently great food, quick service and friendly staff! I have tried several different menu items and have never been disappointed. My favorite is the cheesesteak and my husband really likes the buffalo chicken wraps

We come here for the beer! Their selection is outstanding - they always have a good variety, and keep their lists up-to-date on Untappd. The service has always been very good, even when they are packed. Their food is pretty standard fare (nothing unusual) but the servings are VERY generous. My wife and I think the onion rings are the best in the region. Get there early or off-hours; otherwise, be prepared to wait because this place is very popular.

Food was good, service less satisfactory. It was a Saturday afternoon and the place was busy, but that should be expected. No apologies for delays which were fairly substantial. Over 90 minutes for a quick lunch.

Been there twice for lunch. Had the chicken quesadilla both times. It's under appetizers but it's plenty for lunch. Very good. Reasonably priced. Service is very prompt & professional.

LOOOOVE! If I could rate this more stars I would! Family and I went out with a Christmas gift certificate we had for The Loading Dock. This was our first time dining here so we weren't sure what to expect but wow I have nothing to complain about. When we arrived we were seated promptly by a nice young lady very well mannered. Our waitress came over quickly and served our drinks/ took our order. The serving sizes are huge! The food was delicious! What we did not eat we took home and then ate later. What I really loved about this restaurant is that everyone worked together so effortlessly. They all were so quick on their toes and all knew just what to do. The guy back the kitchen brought our food to our table when it was ready instead of waiting he brought it to us himself. We didn't only have 1 waitress if our drinks were low and one noticed before the other she was quick with a refill. You dont get this kind of service now a days. The atmosphere was very casual, dim lighting, very clean. Considering the portion sizes of these meals the prices are unbeatable. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone! Give it a try the next time you decide to have a bite to eat you won't regret it! If its the weekend I suggest making a reservation otherwise you won't get through the doors it gets very busy! No need to thank me , Enjoy :)

Excellent food, portions and service! Only suggestion I would make is to put the side salad in a very large bowl as it is difficult to eat on that small plate. Also, it would be nice to have some tomatoes and cucumbers along with the great cheese and croutons already in the salad. It was a very cozy and enjoyable dining experience. I will definitely go back. :-)

Great Food and I live this place not very expensive for the amount of food you get and owner is very kind and waiters and waitresses are very very kind and helpful and I think the food is fantastic and I go here all the time great spot for a date or with your family

I simply can't understand what the appeal about this place is. There isn't much decor to speak of - it's not a sports bar, it's not a fine-dining establishment, it's not a pub. It looks like a big open space with a bar plunked in the middle. The time waiting for a table was ridiculous, and when we did get seated, there were crumbs on the table - obviously because it wasn't wiped down. It took a long time for the food to come out and it didn't look or taste like anything noteworthy. The portions are large, so if that's your criteria for "good food", then this is your place.

Excellent friendly efficient staff. More craft beers then you can sample in a night ever rotating the food is really good and the prices are below average you'll wait for a table every time you go but it's worth the wait oh by the way the owner leads by example with his service top notch

I had to click on ONE star in order to post this, but I give it NO stars! I won't step another foot in this place.
Wanted to eat here after my daughter's wedding rehearsal. Spoke with the owner about accommodating 20 people and he said he really didn't need our business because he had people waiting for up to an hour on a Saturday night for a table. So we went to TULLY'S and the Asst Manager Jordan was happy to accommodate us.

If I could give more stars I would...does get busy but the staff is very up on it..employees are very friendly...super clean..you can eat of the floor..food is always great and portions are big...steak and cheese with signature sauce is my fav...never a disappoint here for me in all the times I've went

Wife and I stopped for a late lunch @ 1:30 On Friday after a quick review on Google. The restaurant and bar was near full but we were seated promptly at a table for six. The waitress and service was perfect. Great meal and great prices. I would not hesitate to recommend this elegant pub to anyone....

Went here on December 5th (My Birthday) Calling it great would be under-selling . The Food was outstanding, my steak was the best I've ever had, as was the service. This place is beyond clean, and well run . The people in charge seem to care about what comes out of the kitchen , and it shows . Wait time to be seated was a little under 5 minutes and the place was packed . Our food arrived in a timely manor , with more than enough space between salads and appetizers. All in all, The Loading Dock is beyond good, and a real value for your money , I'll be back, often .
