It's a husband/wife run company, that promises sun, moon, and the stars but delivers nothing. They charge exorbitant amount of money, and delegate the work to someone else, they never have time to spend with you.
They will discourage you from applying to good, competitive schools to make their life easy. Don't be surprised if they don't support you for your Early-Decision application because they are "too busy" with their international rich clients in China.
They will enforce a self-imposed deadline on you, and leave it to you on your own when you don't meet their timelines.
Bari - one of the owners of this business is rude to the core. She is just out there to get your money. Her list of false claims is endless. Her husband Will is just a puppet. He will just keep pointing you to that stupid contract every time you have an issue dealing with them. Anytime you need to talk to Bari, you will be told she is out on college visits or on vacation. During the 6-9 months engagement we had with them, she was on vacation more than 6 times, and on college visits more than 10 times!
