Absolutely incompetent. I hired Deftsoft to perform an SEO audit of my website. Very inexpensive as companies like this are. Just as they began, the individual I worked with accidentally reverted a custom Bigcommerce template back to default. This completely destroyed the alignment of the site. They were unable to repair it. They denied the mistake despite the store log clearly showing the action from their IP address. For 3 days the site was down, we lost thousands in sales plus the cost to hire a developer to fix it. I asked them to stop any further work and requested a refund, which they refused. A hard lesson learned.

Working with DeftSoft has been quite an experience. As all business deals, we have had several ups and downs, but still, I have to admit that in the end they were very supportive of my project even though it took a bit longer to get it delivered. One thing I came to learn while working with applications is that you need to be ready to provide as much support as you can as the developers will hardly get to do what you want if they don t clearly understand what your idea is.
I would like to work again with Deftsoft because as I said before, they stood up to their word and made the product I requested them to do.
I came to appreciate all of the developers that were working in my project and specially came to appreciate Amaninder who complied with his word of getting my app delivered as a gentlemen.
The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because I decided not to launch my app yet as I am developing a subproduct of it so I havent been able to test the app under user workload or to test Defsoft's post delivery customer assistance. I guess, I would still experience good customer service in such stages.
I need to say that the app works flawlessly at least in the first trials and over all I'm quite happy with the end results.

Worst company in tricity. Employees are treated like slaves. HR looks nice in the beginning but shows real colours later. The team leads and managers are illiterate people. Salary is not given on time.

It's been around 4 years since I have joined this company and I can say that the work culture here is the best. If I talk about my past experiences I started my carrier from Google India Pvt. Ltd and after that I moved to Bangalore. In 2016 I joined the organisation and after that I never felt that the work culture here is less than any of my previous organisations. In the beginning the contractor was not doing things the way I liked. That's normal since I have a certain way of working and he can't read my mind. So I told Daman and Deftsoft about what I didn't like and what I expected. They immediately adjusted the way they worked. After that Daman and I worked very well together that I don't even want to work with another developer.
Daman the developer is very hard working and takes his job seriously and take pride in his code. He is also very easy to work with and does not cause friction and really helps move things forward. His communications is also very good. If you communicate well, he will deliver for you.
See, Deftsoft is a big company not just a single guy working which is very assuring. The developer they assign to you is managed by the managers and they make sure that everything goes smooth. Your code is in their office, not in a random guy's apartment. If you need more resources they can assign more developers, if your developer (hopefully never) gets sick or has to leave the job, your work can continue without too much interruption as they can assign another developer.

For Clients: All management and HR team is double minded, fake, clever, meant for purpose like people. If you will assign projects to them, THEY WILL MAKE FOOL OF U, AND RUN AWAY WITH ALL UPFRONT PAYMENT. DO NOT GIVE THEM PAYMENT IN ADVANCE, AS THEY WILL SURELY CHEAT YOU. Hiring Process: Deftsoft has the most clever HR department and the HEAD of HR Department is the one who is so soft spoken on face but in reality she is the most unreliable, irresponsible person who ruins the careers of employees. She has implemented her own plans and strategies. She has direct connections with the Management team. FOR DESTROYING CAREERS OF EMPLOYEES, SHE GETS INCENTIVES EVERY MONTH. Deftsoft HR team is very dumb in taking professional interviews, one can easily crack interview in one round. They are such mean persons that they can appoint android developer in social media handling. What HR department earning is for their own benefits. As for every hiring, they get incentives. They are not concerned with the future of employees. What they fulfill is the short term requirement of project. After project completion, they fire you without giving any specific reason. One more thing, they can fire you for non-obedience of rules and regulations implemented by Senior HR.
Rules and Regulations: HR head itself get late in morning, but she want every person to come on time,. for that, they check timing on cameras. There is one more rule to wear formal dress up on Monday, but this rule is applicable for the upper floor because the ground floor is full of HR's friends. She do not notice them but for upper floor team, she even let you write apology letter so many times. IF you ask her, why she do not notice ground floor employees. She will say, be good yourself and follow rules and be strict to them, do not watch others. HR- This is for you, if I will not look on others to wear formal dress up, then why you are looking on me. There was a colleague whose family member get expired, HR fired him, because he did not complete the project on time. Think, how rude they are. They do not care about UR family problems and even DEATH OF A PERSON.
Record: For the past many years, Deftsoft is unable to continue employees for so long, this is because at the time of joining, they let you sign an AGREEMENT one day after joining, where they will bind you for minimum 2 years. During these 2 years, they will suck you mind, and comfort ability. IF you will prefer to resign, then HR will say to serve 3 months notice period & even after completing that, they do not pay salary for that. The month in which you send resign to them, they do not pay for that month also. Which means, You will have to suffer for 4 months. See, UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR OF TEAM. They keep your documents & do not give after your resign. They extend time of resign period to 6 months.
Legal Actions: On the basis of fake agreement, they will SEND U LEGAL NOTICE & BLACKMAIL U TO REFUND SALARY. According to the Indian Employee Government, It is completely ban to assign agreement to employees. SEE, THEY R doing. Clever people.
Increment: HA, loOOL. HR gets incentives for reducing your increment. They do not give increment and even for maximum reduction in the increment of employees, HR team get incentives every time. IF you ask HR for why the company has given increment as said earlier, then she will give funny excuses like infrastructure cost etc.
About Fake Glassdoor and Google Reviews: Deftsoft management team force the existing employees to feed positive comments on the sites , you can scroll down the reviews of employees. If an employees said no to do that. they assign him more working hours for the week. All GLASSDOOR REVIEWS & FEEDBACKS ARE FAKE. THEY HAVE MANY FAKE CLIENT ACCOUNT TO ASSIGN POSITIVE STARS ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
If you have to make good future, then do not prefer this company. If you will, YOU WILL BE THE MOST UNHAPPY PERSON ON THE EARTH.
