In the beginning the contractor was not doing things the way I liked. That's normal since I have a certain way of working and he can't read my mind. So I told Daman and Deftsoft about what I didn't like and what I expected. They immediately adjusted the way they worked. After that Daman and I worked very well together that I don't even want to work with another developer.

Daman the developer is very hard working and takes his job seriously and take pride in his code. He is also very easy to work with and does not cause friction and really helps move things forward. His communications is also very good. If you communicate well, he will deliver for you.

See, Deftsoft is a big company not just a single guy working which is very assuring. The developer they assign to you is managed by the managers and they make sure that everything goes smooth. Your code is in their office, not in a random guy's apartment. If you need more resources they can assign more developers, if your developer (hopefully never) gets sick or has to leave the job, your work can continue without too much interruption as they can assign another developer.
