They Selected me as position of Software Developer and send me offer letter But before joining one week asked to go through other company we did not have any vacancy .
When they selected me then i had applied resignation from my currently job.
And Now said to choice other job. If you have no vacancy then why select for candidate. Very Bad take serious.

Hi All, I am well aware about professionalism. but I think you need to study the case about Professionalism and professional behavior with your Employees because on the basis of them you exist only. Also one more important thing that was the most auspicious day of my life when Management asked me to leave. I can see the right direction but those 1.5 yrs totally stuck. sorry if I need to give you zero star rating, I am happy to do. This is the worst company these people after taking the interview are telling me that they have never taken my Interview. Do not join the company as they will ask you to join on a specific date and after that they will ask you to join immediately and if you are unable to join they will cancel your offer letter the boss and the HR are rude and ill mannered and then they you trying to reply me with this thing that we didn't take your interview. I have attached the copy for proof.

I have been in the process of getting a mobile phone application developed. The garaunteed me it will take less than 5 months to complete, it has been 11 months and we have finally released with many errors still present. The team working on it are great, and I have enjoyed working with them, however their ability to reach milestones and their attention to detail is lacking. I have sadly been disappointed on many occassions and have had to request multiple bug fixes and design fixes that could have been picked up at their end without my involvement. I have been requesting support for some time and struggling to get it. The day the App released with errors they did not respond to my messages and I am still waiting for them to assign a project manager or quality assessor to help manage the issues. It has been quite a stressful journey in the last couple of months.
If you are not worried about timeframe or quality of work, then these guys will be fine and you will enjoy working with them. If you want a decent, reliable product, I suggest shopping around.

I have had a couple projects done by these guys already. Good services at reasonable rate. They are quite flexible on the extra small changes that you found out later in the project (within reasons of course.) Also, they are QUICK and responsive. So if you wanna hire them, be prepared with your clear requirements before you start the project. This is so that they can also finish the project quickly as you normally would want them to!
Overall, I'd use RV Tech again in the future.

The owner of company will aks you to Join.
1.When you come to join then he tell you to sign bond. Kindly dont sign that bond , or take a xerox copy of bond so that owner can be in temsion that this illegal bond can be viral.
2. Salary not on time.
3. If u are late bu 15 minutes then 1/4 of salary deducted.
4. For 2 months they will put u in probation and if you leave they will not give u salary.
5. This is not a company this ia harassment.

I hired RV Technologires to complete a new website from scratch and a logo. They work lightning fast and communicate well through the entire process. Also, their prices simply cannot be matched for the quality of work they deliver.

I went back and forth with a lot of the creative details, and they were happy to show me multiple looks so I could feel at ease with my decision. I've worked with a lot of designers in the past and always felt nervous asking for revisions. This is not the case with this company.

super pleased with my experience with RV Technologies and Manjit getting my app created and launched to the Google Play Store!
It only took a few months from our first conversation to publication. the price was extremely reasonable, much cheaper than American developer rates. the best part of the experience was how communicative they are. I'm from America and even though the time zones are way different they did a great job talking 5-6 days a week with me. I would talk with them at night discussing features and edits, and then wake up every single morning with a new test build from them. At first i worried about a communication barrier, but there was none; their English was great! They are very smart and nice people and i would definitely work with them again!
This was my first time working with overseas developers and i was a little worried at first, but the experience was great and i'm glad i did!! RV is honest, trustworthy people and extremely hardworking. they inspire me to work harder on my startup haha.
