Little d Tech is a great place for your cell phone needs and any computer problems or just buying a computer from them. They are always very helpful and make sure you are happy with any service you get from them. I do all my business with them. It is worth the drive from Redmond. They have taken care of my cell phone needs, repaired my computer and I have also purchased 2 different computers from them. They also do my website. You can not go wrong with Little d Tech. Love the employees and the owner.

after disabling my iPhone both Sandra and Josh at little d technology jumped right in and restored use of my phone very professionally and willingly next day josh restored my contact list and pictures and my husband and I couldn't be more pleased with their friendly service.

Doing business with these people has been a great mistake. I was going in the mission field and needed a phone that would provide communication with my wife on a daily basis. I could not afford an expensive phone do to having a fixed income, and no support while in the field for at least a year. All that I needed was to have my wife's phone service put on the $30 a month plan, and terminate my service, so I could rent a phone outside the country, and pay for direct calling at a rate of$300 per 6 months. They sold me my wife two phones that were unnecessary, both of them smart phones, and the one that was to be used overseas wasn't easily adaptable to overseas operation. Again, little d technologies would not honor the return policy. I am returning this phone and advise any one who needs a cellphone, to find another supplier. They do not care about the customer, only the sale. I would have given a -5 if there an option to do so. Buyers be aware.

Picked up two new iPhone 8s from Little d Technology yesterday. They took the new phones through an entire set-up process, patiently got all my apps hooked up and got the phones totally up an running. Nice people and excellent support! You don't need to go any further then La Pine to find a great Verizon retailer!

We came into the store looking for a solution to internet access on the road and wanted to purchase a jetpack. Neither of us were Verizon customers, but after talking to them we were told we could get the jetpack 'by itself' but it would need to be ordered. Our understanding was that jetpacks can be used as access points WITHOUT being tethered to a Verizon phone. After waiting a few days for the jetpack to arrive in store, we scheduled an appointment to pick it up. At the time we picked it up and tried to activate it, it was then that we were told we needed to purchase a Verizon phone. We knew that you could physically use the jetpack without a phone, but there was no way we could get the jetpack without buying a phone. The employees tried to come up with a solution since we were not happy that we were lead to believe we didn't need a phone. We decided because the jetpack was our best option for internet access, to convert one of our phone services to Verizon (with a new phone purchase). After all, monthly charges between phone companies would end up being a wash anyways. We were told that the phone activation fee and the jetpack line access fees would both be WAIVED, but they appeared on our bill anyways. After several calls and reminders to the Verizon store, they were 'working on it'. It's been two billing cycles and the fees aren't waived and we haven't been called back. We picked Little D Technology because they were helpful in figuring out a solution, but in the end overpromised on being able to use a jetpack without buying a new phone (or having existing one) and waiving the $70 activation fees as a result of their mistakes for telling us so.

Got Moto 4 there, Verizon, I love the cellphone! Much more than I need ,but fun to learn. Good people, and smart. Had computer repaired there as well.

Josh immediately knew what we wanted which was great. He was friendly and greeted people here knew with humor. I'm glad we saw the sign, we'll definitely go back for other technology needs.

Although the kids seemed very knowledgeable, in the end this experience has cost me over 2 thousand dollars. They were very sweet and helpful selling the phone, even gave me a 7 day advance to bring the down payment in and let me use a loaner phone.
But once sold;
They would not honor the 14 day return policy, I even had the actual Verizon store from bend call them, where they agreed to exchange with me but in person they denied me. I also learned from Verizon I could of had an exchange within 30 days.
I asked for a simple phone with the best reception, I got an expensive phone with no reception that I can't hear from and is awkward to use.
The owner told me to drive to where I loose service and call warranty. What sense does that make?
Each time I tried to exchange, they have me different reasons why the phone want working properly and to switch for a new phone off the same type. They would not listen, it is the phone oneself,I did not want the phone nor the expense. I habe been told they own the phones so most likely this was a model They were throng to get rid of. They would ignore what I was sayingand just repeated they would drop me to 4g plan,even though i repeatedly said that was not what I wanted.
When I told them that Verizon said I should of been sold a different phone for reception, they said Verizon doesn't know what they are talking about.
The plan quoted from the kid is under my actual bill by $$80. Verizon said they can't honor what he said because they are just reps, not Verizon, even though I have his quote I writing from him.
So, after almost 8 years with Verizon I purchased a go phone and now have to battle with business bureau over this issue. I was also told by several Of the staff at Bend Verizon stores that they have never had good feedback in regards to the La Pine store.
I would give negative stars if possible but it won't allow me.

Needed a new charger while I was hunting and they had one and they were all very friendly.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT LITTLE D'S AND THE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVE. NO MATTER HOW BUSY THEY ARE , JOSH IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP ME. I'M NOT GREAT WITH ANY DEVICES, SO HIS PATIENTS WITH MY SIMPLE PROBLEMS GIVES ME THE CONFIDENCE I NEED. THANKS JOSH, YOUR A GENIUS!!

The best. I was hacked and they cleaned my CPU, and I have a slow connection to Hughes Net and the checked that out for free.

Since I have absolutely no idea about technology----Josh Henry helped me so very much with all my App. set-up & still was very enjoyable while doing it. Even though they are not typically supposed to be helpful in that area but recognized my inability to do any of this. I'm so great full for their support.

Washington federal couldn't fix the problem with their app. Sent me to Josh at little D technology across the street from them in La Pine. Took some working but he fix my phone Yay. Josh was wonderful.

Highway robbery. I am surprised they are still in business.

I was travelling S. of Bend on my way to AZ when I shut down my phone and it went dead. Couldn't turn it back on or charge it. Stopped by Little d Technology in La Pine. Rick did a defibrillation on it and it came back to life.

Josh at Little Different Technology in La Pine was wonderful!!! He had great customer service, and did everything in a fast, professional manner. When he was talking to a person on the phone to get the phone set up, he was able to get help very quickly. I was VERY impressed that he took the extra couple minutes to ask for that persons manager so that he could give him a nice compliment. I thought it was very thoughtful that he took the time to recognize that other employee for their great service.
Also, the entire staff is friendly and very helpful!! I'm so glad to have them in the community and I'm sad I hadn't gone there sooner! I would definitely recommend all my friends and family!!

Little d is an exceptional Verizon, Cell Phones, & Computer business. Today I bought a new iPhone SE. Kathy advised me and helped me make the perfect decision. I ve been helped by all the staff - Jesse, Linda, Daniel - and their knowledge and experience is top notch. Daniel is a computer guru, who saved me from a Dell computer crises once when I first met them all.

The service at Little d' Technology is terrific !! I receive one on one personal service. All of my questions get answered or if they don't know the answer I can depend on them to find it for me.
Even though they are a small business the service and tech support is better than the big box stores.
