This place is absolutely ridiculous! Service department is ridiculously slow. The service rep, Sam, is incredibly rude. If you would like to experience a horrible service experience this is place for you. Make sure to ask for Sam he is a real first class punk. Also, make sure to take note of the clerk playing her phone, but don t worry once she gets done texting she will help you. Thanks Laurel Ford for an awesome experience. I will make sure I ll never come back.

I went to trade my car in here and got a good trade in price for it. The car I wanted was one that had just been traded in so I bought it without being able to really look at it but we agreed on the fact that if anything needed to be done to it they would do it. This is where I failed at I love my car but when they cleaned it out they did not clean the old owners paperwork out this car had just been wrecked I didn t know that and wouldn t had if they would had cleaned it out so when I not kindly went to ask about this I pointed out my backup camra was not clear. I m paying a lot of money for this car use I can look back while backing and still do but this was something I was paying for I want it. THREE weeks ago Sam called me from parts said my stuff was in alone with my new key since the one they let me leave with IS TAPPED TOGETHER I have made appointments twice for them to pick my car up from work I only work in Ellisville to get my stuff put on never have a seen them OR got a call telling me why they didn t come. When I called for three days wanting to talk to someone two people was going to call me back (my salesman and the manager) nothing no calls back like always. NEVER will I buy another car from here or send anyone once they get paid they no longer care about you at all your history for them.

Courtesy Ford is exactly as is stated. (What's in a name)? Courtesy!! Upon entering a pleasant atmosphere was immediately felt and very welcoming in itself. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome by a Great and Knowledgeable Sales Associate Mack, who really listened. My interactions and dealings with other Associates at Courtesy was nothing less than great with courteous customer care and service from each and everyone. Oh! Let's not forget, with great Donuts and coffee too!

They must be paying people for good reviews, they lied to my husband and I about the trade in told us 11,000 then and put 8,000 on paperwork, then upped the list price 1,500, kept us for 4 hrs, we stupidly trusted them signed all the paperwork and realized all I have listed after the deal was done. I wrote to the owner and got a letter from a lawyer! I have a recording of the manager admitting they lied. Then the paint is coming off and trying to get the service department to fix it, all we're getting is a run around, they couldn't care less, say they will call us and don't. Horrible place! My previous car was purchased at Petro and as soon as we can we will go back to them, better service, no lies, and seem to care about making the customer happy.

Took car in for airbag recall & day after supposedly fixed air bag light came on & will not go off. Called them & explained about light & they told me I'd have to pay for a diagnostic, "what the h___"
Light wasn't on before I took it up there & they worked on it!

They busted my oil pan and tried to cover it up with JB weld, the car went in for water pump and came out leaking oil. When I confronted the mechanic he said it was already like that and it wasn't covered! So I then told them to buy my another oil pan and install it because I knew if I tried to put it on myself the warranty for water pump would be voided. So I wouldn't deal with them again in the service dept

The staff at Laurel Ford are second to none! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. This was the easiest car buying experience I ve ever had. Special thanks to Bobby Herron (manager), Alonzo Brown (salesman), and Lawrence Jones (financier) for how incredibly competent and effective they are at making car purchases a great experience at Laurel Ford. I don t know if I can make this clear enough. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS GROUP OF THEIFS. I ve bought a car from them, and so have other people I know. The sales people are okay, but the finance department and managers are crooks. They are so shady in their business. Driving to Hattiesburg to purchase a car is 100% worth it. This place is a scam.

I came in to Laurel Ford Quick Lube to get an oil change and tires rotation. My experience with This dealership in the past has been good as my dealings were with Sam. This time my only interface was with the lady in the Quick Lube reception area. It was almost 45 minutes later that I realized my vehicle had not even been taken from the drive in bay. I deleted the tire rotation and it still took 1 hr 15 minutes. I hunted the service manager and couldn t find him. I then went to see Sam and he got things to hopping. If you want good customer service, see Sam!!!!

Great service , easiest and fastest car I have ever bought. Went in around 2 looked at some vehicles . Picked a car out and was driving home in my new car by 4pm . Best dealership time I've ever had . I usually hate buying at the dealership. But, this was fun and easy . I will go back to them when I need to buy another car .

Laurel Ford took advantage of my disabled elderly parents. The sales manager put them in a sub prime finance agreement for over $18,500 on a 2007 Kia mini van. The van is not worth more than $6,000. This is unethical and is a shame!! When my sisters questioned the sales manager the day after my parents got the van, he said "they were in the business to sell cars" and offered no help. I have left messages for the owner of the dealership but no return calls. Buyer beware of Laurel Ford !!! Take your business somewhere else.

This dealership is the absolute worst! We called on a vehicle to confirm they still had it and that it was for sale!! My husband drive AN HOUR to test drive and purchase this vehicle!! When they went to get the keys he was informed that the vehicle had sold TWO WEEKS AGO!!! How does this simply get over looked? How does a company NOT know that a vehicle has been sold for two entire weeks?! Then proceeded to try and sell us brand new vehicles as if what they d just done was no big deal.. No apology what so ever!

Called them to get an estimate on replacing a fuel pump . the employee was very rude. told me they would have to hook my car up to the computer to see whats wrong . for a hundred dollars when I already had the results from Autozone to that same test for free. Then he gave me an estimate labor price no estimate to the price of the part and hung up on me.

This is the only place I would go when in search for a car or service. The employees are very nice and you can tell they really want to help. The mechanics do a free check on your car every time you get service or a oil change. The awards card saves you a lot of money as well. I am happy with their service every time I go.

I do NOT recommend Laurel Ford to anyone!!! The first time I dealt with Laurel Ford was when I had previously been in to purchase an Explorer for my wife. They ran my credit and told me I wasn t approved even though I had just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Against my better judgment I went in for a second attempt on inquiring about a new Ford truck. I asked to see the numbers upfront to see if they would be willing to work with me this go around. I talked to a sales guy named Marcus and clearly stated I did not want my credit ran until I saw all the figures. As I m sitting in front of him, they ran my credit and when I confronted him, he stated he needed to sell cars and had to do what he had to do . I confronted the GM and they some what resolved the situation by giving me a maintenance plan for my current truck. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. I went in to get my oil changed on my truck and walked around to look at a new truck. I asked to see the numbers and how much I would get for my truck and instead, they ran my credit again with out my approval!!! Their excuse this time was they were to many people on the queue and clicked the wrong one , I was the only person there!!! I talked to the GM and all he said was what do you want me to do about it? It s been 2 weeks and I haven t even received an apology or anything. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Not a good experience. This is the kind of dealership that gives the industry a bad name. I wanted so badly to drive away with an Escape. I knew they had a special 0% on Escapes, i knew i wouldn't qualify for it, bit still GMC gave me 1.9%, and my credit score was 50 points lower when i bought the Chevy, but Ford wanted me to pay 3 times the interest rate i am currently paying and my credit is even better than when i bought my car. I figured it was going to be just over $3000.00 more over the course of the loan and they low balled me by $2000.00 on my trade in. That is over $5000.00 Laurel Ford was trying to stick to me. No thanks! I will just deal with what i have already as my car. Truly sad. I am going to get me an Escape, just because Laurel Ford doesn't want to sell me one, that won't stop me.

Sales people do not obviously know much about the vehicle they are selling! I needed something for long trips to the hospitalsand ended up with NO cruise control.. I returned it with the promise of no penalty. I was charged
4thousandollars plus.the Nero almost broke down on us in new Orleans.made it home to Laurel Mississippi finally and it stayed over there eight days.the woman I dealt with Left,and so none of her promises mean anything now even if she was representing them.no not happy.. I had two different people ask me yesterday in Hattiesburg if I liked the car, I told them that I don't recommend Laurel,and about it breaking down on the second day I had it.
