Just purchased a 2021 F-150. I got lucky they had just received the truck the night before, most dealerships in the area did not have what I was looking for. Dave Balbas was great to work with and was not pushy at all, he made sure I was taken care of. I'm loving my new truck!

We had a great experience buying our F 150, our sales rep listened to what we wanted and found the right truck for us. A year later now we are still just as happy with our purchase. I have gone back in to ask a couple of questions and other reps have been happy to help answer them giving even more value to our purchase.

Working with Mike J. was an absolute pleasure. From the time he greeted us on the lot through the signing process, we felt understand and cared about. He went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle we were looking for and expedite our buying process, all the while chatting with us like we were old friends. I'm extremely pleased with the quick, knowledgeable service that was provided by the entire Lithia team. I would absolutely buy there again!

Wow - I have NEVER been treated as poorly on a car...

Wow - I have NEVER been treated as poorly on a car lot as I was treated yesterday. I debated leaving a review but ultimately I hope it will deter someone from the experience I had yesterday.

My husband and I have been researching the Lincoln Aviator for at least 6 months. I had been watching the Lithia website and they are low on inventory so when I saw a 2021 added I called to verify it was there and we hired a babysitter to go check it out. The salesman (who never introduced himself or asked us our names so I can't call him out unfortunately - but a bro-type with two-shades-too-dark spray tan and spiked blonde hair) unlocked the car so we could take a look.

We started at the back of the car and looked through EVERY nook and cranny. We asked questions about everything as we went through, my husband and I discussed the things we liked and things we thought should have been a little more luxury for the price point, etc. Typical look through. After sitting in the car for around 10 minutes we got out and asked if we could take a test drive with the salesman. This is when we were told we didn't seem like a serious enough buyer and that he wasn't going to let us test drive the car. Wait...WHAT?! How much more serious of a buyer do I have to be than to be on the lot, IN THE CAR FOR 15+ minutes critiquing it do I have to be? We had mentioned we were currently in a lease with a 2019 VW R-Line SEL Premium Black Edition Tiguan but could buy it out, etc. I specially said, if we found what we wanted we would buy out our lease (or have two cars for a year).

We make WELL over a 6-digit yearly salary (not that that's any of his business at this point in the conversation), and when he gave us the attitude, we threw up the middle finger and said you just lost yourself a $73,000 sale. I was so disgusted I called the sales manager to explain what happened but I am still in SHOCK. Do you know how hard it was to get my husband to even look at anything but an Audi/VW?

Do NOT visit this judgmental and rude dealership. In my opinion they owe me $30 for my babysitter and an HOUR of drive time it took for us to come visit the lot. Utah, here we come!

My husband and I are very happy with the service we received from the salesman Connor Mcmahan. He went above and beyond and would definitely do business with him again. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions. They were going to close within 30 minutes and we never felt rushed. He took his time to explain things to us and addressed all our concerns. Thank you Connor for the great customer service. Also Tyler in the service department was great to work with. Happy customers

Bailey and the other dude were very friendly and efficient. Got my oil changed and they let me know what I should be thinking about getting done on my next visit. Will definitely continue to go to them for my truck needs.

I have not received customer service like this. I mean, I have had good customer service. But never White Glove service like I received here. Shawn at the service center has gone out of his way to keep me updated on everything that my truck needed, and over communicated when he was updating me on the work that I was having his team do. Getting Honest and open opinions on what needed to be taken care of ASAP, and what I could expect to replace/repair during the next visit that didn't have to take place at this time. He also let my use a courtesy truck after I was complaining about using the trunk of my wife's sedan to transport my tools. I am Unaware if the team at Lithia reads these, but if they do, Please Please Please make sure that Shawn gets recognized for his outstanding customer service.

Connor was beyond great and is a leap above the rest. The Lithia team actually cares, gets great deals done and makes sure the customers are taken care of. I have purchased vehicles from just about every dealership in the valley in the many years I have lived here, but these folks have always been the best! Look forward to my next auto purchase, great Job!

Curt Carlson assisted with multiple issues I was having with my F150. He was very knowledgeable and quickly helped point me in the right direction with what fixes might be required.

I was able to take the truck in for service in the morning and it was ready to go by the afternoon. Each issue was addressed and resolved. The truck runs great!

I loved how Lisa gave me a "check in" call when my car was getting looked over for its problem. I don't think I have ever had a service center do that before. It was a very nice surprise. She also recognized me when I came to pick up my car, even with a mask on! That's impressive! That proves how much attention she paid to her customer. Keep up the good work!
