I worked there from 2015 oct to 2020 feb under Suman Ray as CEO and My HOD s was Jakir Hossain in survey. And Souvik sadhu in highway.I joined with a sallary 8200 Rs gross. After 5 year experience when I resigned my sallary was 11000Rs. gross. (In hand 9000).Most of the time I was deployed in North Eastern hilly States like Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, and Asam where the life is very hard,No available drinking water ,no plenty of hotels, no bengali food , No sufficient infrastructure but you have to work hard.

. salary structure is much below average pay and Specially HR of company is very unprofessional and iresponsible. Site mmanagment manager and HOD are also bad ones..
