I have been a Lingo customer for Internet service, Apple products and trouble shooting services for years. They have consistently provided excellent support for all my needs. Recently "Jim" was able to quickly eliminate a pesky imbeded popup on my laptop. A small but annoying problem others had not been able to resolve.

I haven t met a single person who works there who isn t extremely courteous and ready and willing to help in any way they can.

So much better than working with a giant soulless business. Go local!!!

We are so very happy with Lingo Networks! We moved to a new location and were facing over $17,000 to get internet here.
We contacted Lingo Networks and they came out and ran a test to see if their service will work at our location. We installed Lingo on a trial basis and it has worked terrific for us!

My company s technology issues are always given top priority and resolved in a turnaround manner that shows that Lingonetworks truly has our business interests as their first priority also. I recommend them often and to all who are seeking a independent tech support company.

People are not getting the Service Support they sh...

People are not getting the Service Support they should be with this Company. They are handing out faulty equipment-- several customers have had this faulty equipment switched out several times-- and when Clients call to say they have no service-- months worth of problems-- they are told it is their Computers --- and told they will have to pay 75.00 an hour just to get someone out to fix-- to again, switch out faulty equipment.

I work for a small nonprofit primary health clinic, and we are upgrading our network and technology. I went in to the Galax store originally just to get a new computer, and ended up getting the works. I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of the products that we have received so far. We are still in the process of finishing all the upgrades, but thus far, I couldn't be happier. They genuinely care about our business and want the best for the business.

This internet should not be purchased. It is unreliable, sluggish, and cannot handle multiple users. For gaming, it freezes randomly, ping spikes for no reason, and cannot keep up with anything that runs today. DO NOT BUY.

The service is awesome, I've never seen Internet like this before. The installers Jason and Zack did a great job. Within two days of the system being completed we were hooked up and running. I look forward to doing more business with lingo in the future.

An internet service provider that doesn't do business on the internet. You sign a service agreement before they'll talk to you. Expect to give them your SSN, personal information and submit to a credit check--over the phone.

I have never seen an ISP with customer service skills. Lingo Networks is in another category altogether. Not only are they great compared to other ISPs, they're off the charts in general. I have spent the past 5 years trying to find a suitable solution for internet at my home. I wish I had found Lingo sooner. They went above and beyond to make sure that they could deliver fast internet for me. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you!!!

I came into shop with a major add popup problem on mu Samsung 8. I was amazed and very thankful for the help and service that Thomas provide. I could tell he had a lot of knowledge about his job. It made such a difference of how he explain what he was doing and some things to avoid in the future that would eliminate problems from occurring again..
I was very please with him being as friendly and curious as he was..
I guess the biggest accomplishment i can give is if i had a business, he would be someone i would hire to work for me.

Lingo Networks is a great locally owned family business with superb customer service. They fixed the issues that I was having with my MacBook in a timely manner, and there haven t been any issues since. I won t ever have to spend an entire day driving to an Apple store again.

Just got my Mac Book Pro back from Lingo Networks ...

Just got my Mac Book Pro back from Lingo Networks and couldn't be more pleased. Jimmy worked diligently in upgrading my hard drive and had everything back in place so that it was a seamless transition. My work related software with Parallels to run both Windows and the Mac platform simultaneously had ALL of my original settings in place so that I had no problem getting straight back to work. Pleasure to work with and they are always there for ease of communication. I shopped this job around and by far the best fee for the time I know they had to put in. Thanks Jimmy!!

What a breath of fresh air! We had been struggling with internet service with one of the big guys for way too long and finally took the plunge with Lingo Networks. The experience we had restored my faith in local small business. The office staff was beyond helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions. The technician, Zach, that installed the service was a real delight... affable, knowledgeable and conscientious. He took great pains to ensure that the installation was neat and tidy, with all the wires as inconspicuous as possible. The big guys could learn a thing or two from this local business!

We were delighted to find a local fiber optics company but unfortunately our experience with Lingo turned out to be an unmitigated disaster. We signed up for their VOIP phone service in addition to their internet. Sometime in the fall, we discovered that our phone only rang some of the time. People would call and not get through to us or our answering machine - there were no missed calls noted and we tried 2 different phone sets. A glitch can happen, we understand. Lingo customer service maintained that it was our fault, kept telling us to reboot the router and wasted 6 weeks pretending to be doing something to fix it. One customer service person told us that we'd need to tell anyone who might call us to contact their service provider in advance of calling us to make sure the call would go through. I am not making this up, I had her repeat her advice. The frosting on the sh!# cake came when we called to have our number released to our new provider and Lingo managed to waste another afternoon of our time demanding a bogus code of some sort - it was never provided and not needed. Then they told me that it would take 2 WEEKS for them to release our number. We are now looking at 2 more weeks with unreliable phone service. No one from Lingo has ever apologized. Ryan who claimed to be a supervisor was particularly unhelpful, his callous rudeness and vindictive holding of our number for 2 weeks is inexcusable. They are not ready for prime time over at Lingo. If I could have given no stars I would have. It has been an expensive nightmare.
