As someone who has had multiple orthopedic issues and seen many orthopedic surgeons, I have to say that I have been very impressed with the Carell Clinic. Yes, they are very busy and it does take a while to be seen, but at least in my experience, it was worth it because I felt the delay was due to the doctors really taking their time with each patient and giving them the amount of time they each deserved (although at first I was unsure and felt like just a number). I was never rushed and got a lot of one-on-one with the doctors I saw, which helped me feel comfortable and was really appreciated. I felt like the office was a well oiled machine and ran very smoothly, despite it being very busy and having a lot going on. The staff was always friendly and willing to help, and always knew what they were doing. I have also had diagnostic tests and surgery with the clinic, and have been very pleased with the process each time. I have been to other surgical centers for orthopedic surgery and actually will be choosing the Carrell Clinic from now on, as I had better experiences here than anywhere else. I think that for their high-quality doctors and well-done surgeries, it is worth the wait and the visit. I highly recommend them!

From the time we arrived until we left many hours later, the staff anticipated all of our needs and was never behind schedule. They took great care of my wife and gave us confidence during the whole journey. I would definitely feel good recommending this surgical center to a friend or family member.

Being a professional athlete pays to have a reliable doctor who is not only experienced but has the knowledge to educate you on your post therapy and timeline too. He reconstructed my knee, and his phenomenal physical therapist, Adeeb Khalfe, strengthened my knee to have me back on the field in no time. Thanks for your hard work and dedication. My knee is stronger than ever still today!!!

Just recently had knee surgery from Dr. Muller and the service and facilities are great!

Horrible. These people do not want your business unless...unless you're in some preferred class I suppose. One of the more unpleasant office experiences we've had. Jerks, really.

First time patient coming in for long overdue check up on knee pain and a recent injury with Dr. Mueller. I couldn t find the proper tower and was was 20 minutes early (instead of 30) for my appointment, they felt it was necessary to cancel my appointment because of my lateness .

After years of pain and searching for doctors to help me I found Dr. Hotchkiss. I had a failed acdf which never fused and in turn caused me horrific pain for years. He did one heck of a surgery on me just 2.5 weeks ago now but I already feel like a different person. I am so happy with him and the whole staff and facility. All the nurses and doctors taking care of me before and after my surgery - I cannot express my gratitude...they were so caring and wonderful. It was and has been a wonderful experience compared to all the other doctors, hospitals, and clinics I have been to. I cannot thank them all enough. Highly recommend- do not bother with anyplace else...this is the only place and doctor I would trust with my spine care. Thank you!

Typical large medical group. They rush you into surgery and don't really explain the problems and needs. The office staff is mostly rude and uncaring after they get your money and can take weeks to resolve issues once you bring them to their attention.

Was billed over $200 for a sling that was never supplied by the office. Insurance fraud is rampant here it appears.

Still receiving a bill for services and items never rendered. Avoid avoid avoid, considering getting legal assistance to take this company down. Appears they are only about money and not care.

As for as myself and my family,these are the best physicians in the country for over 35 years

The entire experience was exceptional. Hospital and nurses were wonderful and Dr. Mueller came each morning to check on me...my rehab people were amazed at how well I did right away and wanted to know who my surgeon was.

Wonder staff! Great place to visit. Parking is a mess and not necessarily friendly but that's not the staff fault!!

Based on my own anterior total hip replacement surgery in 2018, I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Gladnick. Because of his skill, along with some excellent holistic pre- and post-operative physical therapy, I returned to work one week after surgery, pain-free and perfectly balanced. Dallas is blessed to have Dr. Gladnick as a member of your community. He is greatly missed in Arlington, VA!

Greatest experience! My husband had back surgery by Dr. Andrew Dossett. I personally have had surgery at 3 of the largest hospitals in Dallas and worked in the medical field for over 20yrs, so I KNOW good care!! Dr. Dossett is professional, honest and has a great bedside manor. The surgical facility was clean, new, and spacious. They gave us our own private room for my husbands day surgery, which was great!! The rooms were more like a hotel. I even took a nap while he was having surgery. They offer free snacks, keurig coffee and soft drnks. They do not understaff there facility either! I highly recommend Dr. Dossett and the surgical center.

I had a local Dr. tell me I needed a major foot surgery... and for my cyst he was only going to file my Arthritis down, well a Carrell Clinic Dr. called me at home 1 evening after going over the MRI and begged me to cancel surgery with my local Doc and have it done correctly w a plate and screws, Nothing but the best, kindest, service from his coordinator, DIANE. My foot came out excellent, even offered a steroid shot for pain.In 4 yrs I never was ever offered that option. Dr. Curry &Diane are Excellent Excellent . It's like 1 big family in a small Clinic.

I am very happy with the outcome of my knee surgery & extremely pleased with every aspect of services provided at Carrell Clinic. I ve been to both locations & both were great experiences. I also love Dr Scovell

Friendly professional knowledgeable Caring. Totally recommend.

2 years of run arounds, totally unprofessional. Will find another orthopedist. Many in the phone book, save your money. They don't listen will infer you are lying, you spend your time jumping thru hoops. I just figure in was God way of saying not yet. Not the right place for you. Will get my knee replaced somewhere else. The incompetent staff is apalling, no one has to put up with this. Don't be reduced to the lowest common denominator. We all deserve better. All i will say is i wasted 2 yrs which i will never get back, my time is just as valuable as anyones. Communication to patients is deplorable . My medical records from the davis grp they sent were falsified, found that out when i asked for copies to take to another orthopedist. The nurse practitioner never touched me and fyi i do have a heart murmur ask the cardiologist or my own internal medicine doctor. Just beware.

I'm two years out from a knee replacement and doing great! Dr. Baker and his staff were great to work with. Dr. Kitziger and his team did an excellent job on my complicated knee replacement. I am very pleased with the outcome, and I have since recommended others who have had very successful surgeries as well! Facility and staff are top-notch!

Didn't even get past the main receptionist because of her rudeness. She answered and put me on hold before I could even say 'ok' then when she came back I was in the middle of a sentence before she said she'd transfer me somewhere else. I hung up. If that is their definition of customer service, I don't want to set foot in the place.

Prompt timing, professional decorum, a focused and communicative dr and appropriate direction/ caution. Now I am just hoping to heal on faster side of the range Dr Vineyard provided. Thx

My name is David Wilson, I just had a back fusion at the Carrell Clinic a few weeks ago.

I have had to return a few times for an overnight stay after surgery due to pain but wanted to leave a thank you note to all those who cared for me during my stay at the clinic. Please forgive me if I leave out a name or 2, it is totally by accident for I want to thank everyone for the care I received during my stay at the clinic.

The caring, professional staff I was so lucky to have care for me I want to say you are truly a caring professional team, working together for the benefit of the patient.

Thank you to the following staff, and those whom I may not remember your name please forgive me.

The amazing caring nurse s A-Team consisted of Amber, Candace, Raquel, Gloria, Susie, Caroline, Kenneth, and anyone else who cared for me as a nurse. You all were so caring, attentive to my needs, it was a wonderful experience to receive such heart felt care and treatment.

Those caring and assisting the nurses as aides were wonderful, responsive people such as Chuck, Willie, Rahel, Chereie, and anyone else who cared for me as a nurse's aide.

The PT staff members were Stephanie and Steve. They will insist on you getting out of the bed the first day and start that rehab which is so important. Several times, I felt like I couldn t even get out of the bed, however Stephanie would say, let s go. I am so glad she did, because it showed me that was what I needed to get my legs going again. I felt better after getting that needed exercise and it inspired me to do my daily walks once I returned home.

To all the Doctors that came by to check on me during my stay at the clinic, thank you for your care.

DO NOT PAY for any sling at the office !!! You'll be billed again and the amount will be put onto your credit lowering your score ! Just wait for the bill. They give the "run around" saying "it's not us". it was the supply company. It was the surgical center. Whoever it was after the pile of bills was paid my credit score plummeted over a stupid 25.00 sling that has now been paid for twice. This is unethical and illegal practices. They do this 1000 times they just made an extra 25000.00. By the way the doctor and his pa was GREAT !

Dr. Eugene Curry is the best ankle/ foot reconstructing surgeon in the medical field. He diagnosed my ankle/foot discrepancies, put a plan together, and clearly explains the surgery plan. He looks out for the patient's best interest, he's clear of what's expected from the patient and what needs to be done in surgery to fix the problem long term. It's very early in my rehabilitation and recovery process but Dr. CURRY and his staff spent numerous hours reconstructing my ankle/foot in surgery and doing the job right the first time around. I would highly recommend Dr. Curry to friends, family and co-workers. I don't recommend the hospital, bedside manner is unprofessional, and they don't care what's in the patient's best interest.

It is truly disappointing to see a level of service go this low so quickly. My wife has been working for a long time now on her knees at the clinic. She s had multiple surgeries. She has had to have the knee drained due to swelling half a dozen times. After her doctor agreed to have her see another doctor in their Frisco office, the Dallas office tells her that she has to call them to get it drained. It s quite a joke to have that lack of continuity of care from a high-end, doctor-owned facility. Seems that resting on the laurels is now ok for the clinic.

Dr. Moen knew exactly what was needed, within a day I was feeling much better.

I am on my trip to New Zealand and Australia, knowing I can handle an active vacation, and participate in all the planned activities of hiking and biking.

This is a huge facility. Two towers, five stories each. The doctor I was visiting for my ankle injury was Eugene Curry. His office was on the 5th floor of tower 1. Rather than the normal office building, the entire 5th floor was a huge medical center. Leaving the elevators you walk right up to reception. The reception area was very nice. I was greeted promptly and since I was on crutches, they asked me to sit down in the waiting area and they brought the obligatory paperwork to me. The waiting area was enormous with over 100 chairs. I don't know the number, but I suspect that there are a lot of doctors that work out of this one floor. The examination rooms were nothing special, especially compared to the waiting area. Paint was chipped from the walls, and the room had a little bit of a run down feeling to it. That said, the important part was the medical service provided. This was my first time seeing Dr. Curry, and I was impressed with him as well as his PA and tech. I would recommend his services to anyone with an ankle or foot injury.

Everything about this place is way beyond a picky person like myself expectations. AAAAAAAA The way all medical establishments should be designed and run.

Amazing! Would recommend Dr. Vineyard and the Carrell Clinic to anyone.

One of the best! Dr. Worrell implemented a shoulder repair on me last Summer using anchors and a pain block. This repair is already stronger than my previous repair in 2008. He was a referral from a family member and he has been excellent from the start. Very personable. Highly recommended.

Dr. Gladnick was incredible. He performed a short operation for the replacement of my left hip. I was walking the same day! Now, three weeks later I have full use of it and don't need any support. His assistant Renae is amazing and alowed everything to got smoothly and to plan. It was a really great experience.

Another bad experience at the Carrel Clinic today. As a follow up appointment to delayed union fibula break, I had a 9.30 appointment today with an Ortho surgeon at the Clinic. After being showed into a room and nothing happening for half an hour, I asked a nurse if the x-rays could at least be done. She said no X-rays had been ordered by the surgeon. I asked her to check again, as on my last visit the surgeon said he would need more X-rays today to check healing progress. She came back 20 minutes later and said no X-rays had been ordered. After another 30 minutes (and still no sign of the surgeon) another nurse appeared and said the surgeon had reviewed my notes, and X-rays were in fact required ( as how else would he assess the bone healing). X-rays were done and at11am, an hour and a half after my appointment time, the surgeon turned up, with no apology or explanation for the lateness. From the discussions that followed he had also clearly not read the notes on my case, saying I should be using a bone stimulator. I pointed out that I had been using a stimulator for the last 40 days, which he had ordered. For someone to not have ordered the necessary X-rays in advance, turn up an hour and a half late to what essentially is a business meeting, and be unprepared by not having read the background material is unacceptable. In any other business environment, this would not be tolerated.

Great doctors but terrible admin. I had an appointment with Dr Vineyard on 8/16/3019. His PA arranged a CT scan back at the clinic in 8/19/2019, and I was there while she set the appointment up. I duly turned up on 19th for the CT scan, however the Imaging Department had no record of my appointment, and couldn t do the scan without the necessary paperwork . They couldn t reach Dr Vineyard s assistant for the paperwork. The lady in the Imaging Depart said she remembered the call from the PA on the 16th but the paperwork was never sent through and so she assumed the scan was not required and cancelled my appointment. So proactiveness in calling the PA and asking for the paperwork is obviously not part of their abilities.

After much delay the paperwork was found but over an hour later it had still not been processed and as I had been at the clinic for 3 hours by now and had to get back to work, I left.

I had the CT scan done at another facility, and the surgeon recommended a bone density stimulator. A gentleman from the Carrel Clinic called me on 9/9/ 2019 to say the bone stimulator had come in and set an appointment for me to come in to the Clinic to be shown how to work it on 9/12/2019 (today). I duly showed up at my appointment time, only to be told yet again that they had no record of my appointment. The reception staff managed to contact the surgeon s PA who is currently trying to sort it out while I wait. Wonder how long it take this time?!

To say I am underwhelmed by this service is an understatement. It is an hour of driving each way to get to the Clinic and I have to take time off work. Would absolutely not recommend this place

I first saw Dr Vineyard in mid December after having an ATV wreck in September that nearly cost me my foot. Veronica (his secretary) was and is AMAZING. She took the time to listen to what was wrong, realized I needed immediate attention and squeezed me in despite them being booked.

When I first saw Dr Vineyard I had a stabilization rod that started from my fibula area and came out the bottom of my foot. My shattered ankle wasn t healing and I had no working ligaments/tendons in my inner ankle.

He fixed it all.

Dr. Vineyard and his entire staff have the been the most amazing and caring people I ve met in the medical field. Everyone from the radiologist to the sweet nurse who gave me my IV before surgery.

Dr. Vineyard is extremely thorough, listens wonderfully and gives great explanations that you can understand. He s so patient when it comes to the hundreds of questions I or my husband have.

If you need surgery for trauma injuries (or other) he s your guy.

I received Excellent care from Carrell Clinic. Every member of the staff here are wonderful. I highly recommend these doctors and this facility! I am so appreciative of All that has been done for me, I am extremely grateful!

Dr. Hotchkiss, replaced two disks in my neck. Finally, for the first time in 30 plus years I am pain free in my neck and shoulders. I also have full use of my left arm again. I highly recommend Dr. Hotchkiss. He knows what he s doing and he listens! He s a very nice and knowledgeable man. His staff is very attentive and you are in and out for your appointments.

My husband and I have had excellent care at the Carrell Clinic. I've had two surgeries in their surgical center, and my husband has also had two. Three of the surgeries did not require an over-night stay, but one of my husbands surgeries required a one night stay. The hospital personal were excellent. Everything from the nursing care to the gormet meals served.
We have also used their ER SERVICE once and had no wait time. Again, excellent care.

Very happy with my initial visit with Dr. Dosset. Unlike my previous clinic, he took time to actually examine my spine and watch my movements. While my MRI and X-rays were not showing anything, he thought it was possible a ligament injury was not appearing on the scan. My previous clinic never allowed me to meet with a physician, they only looked at my MRI and stated I had weak back muscles, while that may be true, I knew there was more going on and so did my physical therapist, who thought I had injured my ligament. PT recommended I get a second opinion because that would change my PT routine. It was nice to get a second opinion who actually examined me. I have read some of the previous posters comments and I disagree with the negative remarks. Our visit wasn t long, but he was thorough and after all this is the premier orthopedic clinic in the region. I don t expect them to baby me during my visit.

I had one surgery, my wife had hip & and shoulder. Wonderful place!!

Really difficult to get a call back from the staff. I have left messages with no return calls. I finally drove to the clinic to get what I needed.

Dr Khair is great! Always professional, yet compassionate and friendly. I have the utmost confidence in him and appreciate the fact that he is fully attentive to my concerns. Five huge stars!

Dr Vineyard operated on my ankle in 2016. His care for me was outstanding and I would recommend him to everyone who needs his speciality.

Scheduling was a breeze with very friendly, helpful staff. Dr. Moen explained my shoulder problems in such a clear manner and even showed me my X-rays. Dr Moen was very compassionate and clearly explained my options. Shoulder replacement is in my future and Dr Moen will definitely be my choice of surgeons.

The Back surgeons are great. However, waiting to get seen is the worst. I dread these appointments. My first appointment was 3 hours. Most of it waiting. The other appointments in the morning were ok. My appointment right now was at 3pm. I haven t even been called back and it s almost 4pm. Most of the patients are waiting that long.

The receptionists at this office are INCREDIBLY rude. New patient trying to make an appointment but thankful they didn't have any openings after dealing with them.

Very professional and knowledgeable. The entire team of doctors, their staff, the surgical unit and physical therapy center have all been amazing. I have trusted them with numerous bone, joint or tissue issues for over 10 years. Very high quality care.

I ve had rheumatoid arthritis for over 35 and as a result have seen the I side of so many medical practices. Was in for a consult on my elbow. This place is outstanding from start to finish, runs like a well-oiled machine, but with caring doctors and staff that give you the sense they have your best interests at heart. Love he online check in paperwork (not mandatory but a time-saver). I spent less than 10 minutes in reception area and all staff were helpful and courteous from the tech who ushered me back, to Polly, (the doc s very knowledgeable PA), to Dr. Worrell himself. Even the X-ray staff was, courteous and efficient. Surgery was not presented as the first option (as it should be) and doc took the time to go through my extensive medical history and came up with a good and conservative plan for treatment and an idea where we will go if that doesn t work. This place is a model for how every medical practice should run.

The receptionists here are possibly the rudest people I have ever met! Everyone else is so nice. The one on the far left is horrible. Makes me not ever want to come back. Wish I knew her name. Ugh. awful!

If you the job done right go where the Doctors go to have surgery! The Carrell Clinic- I just had a total knee replacement, surgery performed by Dr Kitziger -Could not be happier with how the surgery turned out! If I ever need orthopedic surgery again it will be at the Carrell Clinic !!

Dr. Cooper is a pioneer of the single port arthroscopy procedure of the knee. He recently performed this on me and I literally walked out of the recovery without pain, discomfort, or a limp! Using a single port entry reduces inflammation compared to multi port procedures in use by most surgeons. I highly recommend not only Dr. Cooper, as he has operated on my wife, and daughter, and now me. The Carrell Clinic staff is exemplary and I cannot sing their praises enough. You won't go wrong with one of the best in the country!

My husband had his second knee replacement yesterday from Dr Peters!
We had an exceptional experience a year ago when he had his first knee done and yesterday was exceptional again !
Not only is Dr Peters the best in the business his staff and everyone that works at Carrell Clinic are on top of their game!
We cannot recommend this place and this doctor enough!

Doctor Vineyard is AMAZING!! Front Desk and Sceduling staff have a lot to be desired!!! 2 appointments here and 2 appointments were grossly mishandled. ERASED the first time and scheduled with the knee doctor the second time!! I DON T HAVE KNEE PROBLEMS. Being that I m wheelchair bound, getting here is a major issue and painful to say the least. I knew coming to a large practice would be less intimate but this has been a nightmare. Not to mention that because of the mishandling of my first appointment here caused me to be the last person of the day. Lights were off and I m left to get to my car on my own after injections rendered me not able to walk at all. I was ignored again!!! Had to locate a wheelchair and wheel myself to my car on my own!!!!! Thank God Dr Vineyard just so happens to be the first doctor after many that was able to diagnose my ANKLE problems and I m hoping to see him eventually. I hope The Carrell Clinic reads this and gets their staff to slow dow a little so this doesn t happen to other patients.

Worst experience, no respect for medicare patients, do not bother to get insurance info in advance. Ask medicare patients to pay $200.00 or go home

I have been coming to this clinic for over 20 years and all the physicians that I have seen have been absolutely wonderful. I wouldn't recommend any orthopedic office except this one! Currently I am seeing Dr. Muller for a hip problem and I would highly recommend him.

I will be having a complete shoulder replacement Monday morning by Dr. Buz Burkhead...I am completely confident that the outcome will be 100% recovery. Will update as soon as I am able

Always one step ahead send notice of appointments no problem checking in almost always on time. Dr. usually on time never feel rushed by physicians. Physicians all seem genuinely concerned of pain and how to deal with it as needed. I have recommended the Carrell Clinic to many others.

I saw Dr. Burkhead, he is fantastic! but his support staff are painfully incompetent and rude. Moreover, his PA Does not listen to patients...

My PT recommended doctor Dossett for a second opinion regarding a cervical fusion I had July 2017. I didn't feel my surgeon was helpful with some returning symptoms post surgery. I was referred to an associate at the Carrell clinic. After xrays and a CAT scan the doctor concluded the fusion had failed. He suggested another surgery through the back of my neck to fuse it again. Thankfully I decided to get another opinion. After a myelogram it was determined my fusion is completely sound and the issues are not being caused by any nerve compression in my neck.

Excellent medical facility with many very good doctors and other medical personnel.

Dr. Brian Gladnick and his team did truly exceptional work on my recent left knee replacement. Everyone at the facility in any capacity, including pharmacy and physical therapy, is a professional and they are all helpful and courteous. If you need knee surgery, you should book an appointment with Dr. Gladnick. If you need other orthopedic services, you should know that everyone at The Carrell Clinic is focused totally on orthopedics of one sort or another and they do it all day long every day. I was still under the influence of the anesthesia when I was discharged. As a result, I fell, face first, onto the concrete.

From the receptionists to the scheduling personnel to the office staff have got to be the worst I have ever seen. Drive Russell sold me as far as his skills and I was going to have the operation done there. However, the staff is so incompetent that they couldn t tell me how to prepare for the surgery, what to expect after surgery nor would they even call me back after leaving 2 messages a day for 3 days.

If something went wrong, I would never be able to be cared for as they never answer the phone.

They should get into the telecom industry because their customer service is worse than verizon or a cable company.

Im going to find a new doctor to do a knee replacement. This place is the worst.

horrible office staff!!!! do not use this service, just a number to these people. lost patient appts, forgot to follow proper procedures. no call backs for over a week after leaving many many messages. very poor bed side manor, absolutely no concern for pt or family at all. NOT THE ONLY SERVICE IN TOWN!!!!! stay away

Dr was very good. I had to wait a long time, though. About 1 1/4 hours for 5 minute procedure.

Dr. Muller is great and is very thorough with me and am so very happy to have seen him.

I recently had surgery with Dr. William Hotchkiss. He made me feel super comfortable and informed me well on all that I needed and all that he was going to do. He did a terrific job and I would recommend him to anyone who is having back trouble.

my wife sat in an examination room for one hour and 40 minutes with nobody ever checking in or giving her an update on when the doctor would come in and see her. I asked the receptionist to find someone who could talk to her and she didn't do anything. we drove 80 miles to see the doctor. just because this is a medical clinic doesnt excuse bad customer service.

Dr Muller treated me for a tendon injury on my left knee. He is a fine doctor and very caring. Although I have to go back for a second surgery I feel I am in great hands with him as my surgeon.

I had 3 muscle repair and a cyst removal in my hip. They made sure I was taken care of and comfortable. I was so nervous before the surgery, but the staff explained everything before they did anything to me. If I have to have surgery again, which I hope not haha, I would definatley go back to them. Thank you to the carrell clinic for my hip feel like new again!!!

Although the Carrell Clinic comes highly recommended I cannot say the same for Dr. Moen and his office. Yesterday I arrived at 2:45 for a 3:15 appointment. It was nearly 5:00 before I was seen by the physician. There is no excuse for over scheduling to a wait that long. The same thing happened when I was there in August. It s not as if he is seeing emergency and unscheduled patients in the office. There was no acknowledgement for having kept me waiting that long... not to mention an apology. Thankfully there should be no reason for me to have follow up visit. If I were to develop similar problems in the future I would gladly locate a different physician.

Dr. Michael Khair is an amazing doctor/surgeon. I feel blessed to have such a kind, caring and empathetic doctor. Dr. Khair is someone I would refer to my friends and family.

I've been a patient of the Carrell Clinic since 1972 and wore the Milwaukee brace 23 for hours a day from '72 -'78 and finally did have scoliosis surgery (Dr. Ray Lawson) in '84. Since then, I have been a patient of Dr. William Bruck since the '90's and he performed a necessary diskectomy in '94. This year, 2019, I experienced increasing severe pain in my lower back and found myself hunched over. Dr. Bruck did not rush to surgery and he did try pain injections first. He was patient with me while having to process the inevitability of major reconstructive spinal surgery and did not mince words as to the pros and cons - realities and risks. It took me many months to come to the realization that I needed this surgery as my deformity (hunching forward) and pain increased. The surgery was not only incredibly successful, but Dr. Bruck was there at my side in recovery and every day while in the hospital. I am still just 5 weeks out - but doing very well and recovery far faster than anyone expected. He is a kind and compassionate man, straight forward without giving false hope - a talented and gifted surgeon and he relies on God to "guide his hands" which is something (while I'm not terribly religious) I found very soothing to hear the night before surgery when he called me to discuss any questions or concerns I might have. You are in good hands with Dr. William Bruck at The Carrell Clinic in Dallas, TX.

We are so thankful for the professional and thoughtful care that our daughter received from Dr. Vineyard and his team. She is on week 3 of her recovery and doing very well. We are hopeful and excited to see her get back to the sport that she loves!

This is a money only clinic after seeing 3 of the Doctors here having a hip replacement and sending several thousands of dollars they are refusing to treat because of a $300.00 Bill. I was in a serious car accident gave all information and have three insurances not 1 but 3. I was called by a bill collector when my attorney advised me to have them call his office to take care of the matter.The bill collector said there should be no issue but they will not reschedule my appointment unless I give them $300.00. Thanks but no thanks money over patient care I will go to UT South Western And see DR.Gill who has a better reputation and background than any at the Carrell Clinic and Dr Clavena. Im sure they will be happy to have my 3 insurance payments. I would never reccomend the Carrell clinic to any patient as the motto for Carrell should be more over care!

Truly disappointed my wife who can barely walk with her injury was forced to sit alone in the waiting room as no one is allowed in. She then had to hobble unassisted a long way to the exam room. She was in more pain after seeing the doctor then before and was at a much higher risk of a fall thanks to there policy to not allow any to assist her. For such an upscale clinic with top notch doctor's it's sad that corporate policy and poor service up front gives a black eye to such a fine facility.

I had foot surgery there a week ago June 18,2018....Dr. Curry is an awesome dr....and the clinic,staff, hospital, nurses and food were wonderful...Pamela Koehn

The surgical center is superb. I had fusion of L4-L5 with discectomy in early am. They had me walking late afternoon and I went home 2 days later. All nurses, techs, PT, were great. Even the food was home cooking. Real mashed potatoes, fried eggs and bacon, etc. The only draw back...with all my pain and meds, I had no appetite. Dr. Dossett performed my surgery. Didn't have a clue how it would turn out, but a week later, today, I'm up walking around with very little pain. Don't misunderstand me though, the pain is worse the longer I lay down. If I'm up every 2-3 hours, it's tolerable. After that, it takes a while to get from laying to sitting to standing. But, back to this clinic, I'll recommend to anyone. That's why I gave it 5 stars.

Excellent service - everything from check-in to check-out was easy. Dr. Klein was amazing, so thorough - really took his time to speak with me. Barely had a wait time to see him, which is always a nice bonus when seeing a dr.

I've only been there one time and found it to be a very nice, clean safe environment.

This is the best surgical center in DFW! This is my second time to have surgery at this facility and both times have been an excellent experience. Everyone there is so knowledgable, caring and friendly. Dr. Eugene Curry and his team, Diane, Diana and Terry are absolutely amazing! Diana, PA and Diane, office manager are very well trained and kind. They gave many phone calls preop and post op to make sure that I was handled with care and had all of my questions answered. I also want to send a special thank you to my anesthesiologist, Dr. Wong. I just met him yesterday but immediately felt comfortable with placing my life in his hands after speaking to him. He was so confident, professional and detailed but brief with his guidance over what all to expect. He took the appropriate time to listen to my concerns and addressed all of them effectively. I was extremely nervous about being under general anesthesia again because my previous experience was not as comfortable post op, but Dr. Wong did an excellent job! As always Dr. Curry was an angel to me. Dr. Curry, my orthopedic surgeon is so smart and so talented. I could not ask for a better surgeon. Everyone was so professional, kind and efficient. I also want to thank my nurses, Laura(preop), Ashley(intraop)and Erica(postop).These ladies were so attentive and helped me to feel very comfortable throughout my procedure. Re-torn rotator surgery with 50/50 chance of success couldn't have turned out any better. Dr. Todd Moen is the BEST THERE IS at putting us back together. Call Dr. Moen if you want the BEST
If you just want GOOD, then call all the rest.

The main receptionist is incredibly rude. I have called on two different occassions and she has been sacrastic, acted very put out eCh time I have called to make my appointment and has transferred me while I was in the middle of asking her a question both times.

One of the most professional organizations I've dealt with. My husband was a patient of Dr. Peters & still raves about him. My experience with Dr. Khair & his staff has been so positive. We recommend The Carrell Clinic to all our friends!

They are not practicing COVD safety. Packed waiting room over 42 people plus 6 workers. Walked out after 35 wait. Lots of seniors I worry about them. Pretty selfish of the clinic. More worried about money then health safety. They need better schedule maintenance.
