Great fun, attended a conference there, excellent staff, comfortable rooms, all round enjoyable experience.

We have a group of 10 for a golf break unfortunately the course is unplayable it has to be the worst course I have ever played

Average Marriott. Ok but nothing to shout about. Main thing going for it is the race course. Bit pricey and WiFi and TV down all time we were there. Reception were not much help despite reporting it. Wasn't fixed. Apparently common problem as low lying and ducting gets flooded if lots of rain so we were told.

Brilliant food...a little cold but was a carvery so expected. Good work by the team.

Beautiful place were admire thoroughbreds, top racinghorses, nice people!

Service very good, golf course very good and testi ng, even had the benefit of some horse-racing to watch from the patio area in blazing subshine

Food was lovely, although my girlfriend's salad was initially missing a few ingredients but this was swiftly rectified by the manager when we brought it to his attention. Gorgeous outdoor seating area, not unreasonable prices

Staying there for 1 night. No availability on Spa sessions. Air conditioning was pathetic, just warmed the room (yes I know how to use the controls). Some of the lights didn't work in the room either.

Excellent hotel, great views from the rooms overlooking the race course. If you're going to the races or flying from Gatwick you won't find a better hotel.

Lovely hotel. Great rooms, superb breakfast, amazing views. Staff were great. Swimming pool and spa are lovely. Only slight gripe was the mattress in our room was way way way too soft, felt like I was rolling into the middle all night.

Nice hotel, bar expensive but nice atmosphere. Swimming pool really nice.

Overall i had a great time. The only thing that could have been better was the tuning during the Michael Jackson tribute in the evening. Couldn't even hear the singing, might as well have been karaoke

Absolutely excellent ,the breakfast could have been hotter but always found buffet meals are extremely difficult to keep piping hot rooms are lovely especially if you get one overlooking the fab course

We have just had a few day's away staying here over all our stay was OK we enjoyed a race afternoon but after the racing had finished they let the people that just wanted to drink to excess into the hotel and to no surprise there was troubled with people fighting and getting loud and rowdy which spoils the stay for others, Also the restaurant staff were not great we booked to eat in the restaurant on Wednesday night and after sitting at our table for 40 mins still not even a drink had arrived even though there were staff just hanging about the place really not doing very much and looked like they really wanted to be somewhere else so we did get up and leave to get a meal else where which spoils the stay as nice not to always have to drive somewhere!!

I love it to rest and cool down.

Stayed overnight. If you do get the chance do enjoy the grounds and spa.
The mattress was super soft, like sleepin on a water bed, unsure what to make of it but was a good enough night's sleep. I'd recommend having your own toiletries as the onces supplied aren't that great.

Excellent place for an antique fair which was exceedingly good!

Great day at the races with free tickets if you live in the area. Food is expensive though . Can place bets and see the houses walk round before race.

Enjoyed my first visit. The staff very very friendly and courteous so treated them to a Magic Trick. I look forward to attending this lovely venue again

Disappointed. Booked through Marriott website direct only to be told by staff that the booking had come via another booking option. Requested a disabled access room only to be given the worst access there could have been. Only window in the room opened over where the smokers would gather, great. Bathroom had a high sided bath when they were advised that the guest had mobility issues. Marriott still to respond some nine months after visit.

We got married at Lingfield Park, such an amazing venue. We frequent this venue often and use the facilities and book spa days for the wife! The bar and restaurant are amazing and never had a bad experience.
The staff are friendly and the place is clean. Recommended for a nice weekend with the races or a spa day for a treat

No race horses to see but the atmosphere is present.

Breakfast buffet not far off boarding school food. Mushrooms seemed like they were from a tin. Most "hot food" was cold. Average service. It took staff ages to clear tables. Dirty, sticky, wobbly tables. Generally, no attention to detail and no effort put in. Not what you would expect from a Marriott hotel

Great location for horse racing or golf. Friendly staff and a well equipped hotel. Golf course is challenging enough for lower handicap players while not being to daunting for the average high handicapper. Large car park and a well stocked bar the restaurant and bar menu also offer a good selection

Visited for a work function. The grounds were well kept and the function room we were in was clean and well equipped.

Great day out for my wife's birthday. Stayed nearby, racing on the Saturday and Take That tribute band in the evening - great day. VIP tickets in main stand overlooking finish line, nice friendly service and good food. Bought pitchers of Pimm's outside and took into restaurant, cheaper and better! Great day had by all.

Only used the bar but the hotel looks very clean and upmarket. The staff were very polite and friendly.
