I was in a panic as I had promised my sister I would take her out to the spa for the day, none of the other surrounding spa s offered the facility I needed on a Saturday. The reservation team immediately responded to my email with the service and times I needed. After all that my sister wanted to do something else so never went in the end but writing the review on how quick and understanding the reservations team was. So thank you and I am very certain you will see me soon

Absolutely love it here - I have been twice and they have given us amazing service and made us feel like royalty both times! The rooms are super comfy and clean, and the lobby and restaurant are amazing :D

The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly. The pool was nice but setup for spa days. Breakfast was limited but adequate.

Some aspects needed attention but overall this was a great place to stay. I d visit again.

We had an event involving lunch and viewings from a balcony. The staff was very helpful and lovely. Dishes came with a break of about 15 minutes in between which wasn't very good to my taste but maybe that was where they agreed to get people betting. Not sure about that last point but overall all went very good!

Still here.

Still here.

Room is ok. TV doesn t work.

Dirty.

Asked three times at breakfast if I d like tea or coffee? Only to receive neither! I didn t realise it was a survey and not a service request? Finished breakfast, didn t get either? Not good. Sausages were Richmond pap served in a leather jacket. No mushrooms even though there was still 45 minutes of serving time left! Stay here again? NO.

Stayed a week ago, the restaurant was closed for unforeseen circumstances so had to eat at the trackside restaurant omg. This was the worst food we had ever eaten I only gave it 1/10 only because it was served on a plate.

Nice clean hotel with ample parking. Large comfortable rooms. A few minutes walk to the Racecourse and Golf Club. Spa and Indoor Pool. Terrace area next to Restaurant open in good weather. Good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast.

The standards of this Marriott is gone down far below. The restaurant stinks with smell and not pleasant to have breakfast. Vegetarian choices are almost next to kill. Logistic and rude behaviour of chefs when asked for vegetarian sausages. They say They will check and come back. The spa staff are purely business minded people. We were not feeling well on the last day and we approached the spa to cancel and we were told to pay 50% cancellation fees although the private steam was not working for the traditional Hammam we booked. My wife was forced to take an Elemis Facial treatment totalling to cost of the appointment we had booked. Manager not at all understanding that we are genuinely not well. Instead she had forced us to take a facial treatment.
It is definitely a BIG NO. Bathrobes are not available in different sizes. Both male and female changing room were not available.

We had to wear bathrobes from our room itself to go down to the Jacuzzi.

The only thing good was the room was of the usual standards, bed, pillows were comfy and bathroom was nice. View was of racecourse which was really good.

Water supplied was 1 sparkling and 1 still although we insisted we are 3 in a 2-double bedroom and we don't want sparkling. They said only 2 bottles per day per room was being supplied.

Many of my calls to operator went un-answered. The in-house room service didn't had the food mentioned on the menu.

Bad experience.

Nice hotel located on the Lingfield Racecourse. Book a room on the racecourse side so that you can follow the horse race from here! The only downside is the landing planes for Gatwick and the very soft mattresses. Hotel is neat and clean and the service very friendly.

Amy Smith was the rudest person I have ever met and ruined our stay. How she is able to work for Marriott is unknown, she has all the class and professionalism of a stag weekend in Blackpool.

Nice place but really off the beaten path. Plan on taxi taking an hour or more in the AM. Better to book a car hire the night before.
Breakfast is nice and bar is fine. View for horse races is outstanding.

A poor start to the stay as we were not advised that the pool and spa were closed. The glass in the rooms was not cleaned, hand marks everywhere. Then the internet service went down for 2 days. Breakfast was challenging with around 20min waits. The staff did their best to accommodate but this was not Marriott standard.

Great day out for racing fans. Plenty of food outlets. Drinks are pricey. Great atmosphere. Theme nights available ie Vegas night etc. Plenty of parking available nearby. Rail station within walking distance.

The Lingfield Park Marriott hotel is a brilliant setting for both business and leisure visits. Positioned on the edge of the famous Lingfield race course, and boasts superb views on the grounds and on race days you could watch all the action from the comfort of your room (room views vary of course!). A very professional and well kept hotel, you are made to feel welcome and looked after. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you would expect from a good hotel room. A great place to stay and I would definitely consider returning if in the area again.

Shower room floor leaked when I showered and would not drain away in wet room floor leaving it very slippy. No light bulb in bedside light and room generally very dark. The staff at breakfast were very polite and professional though, helping me to take away my breakfast.

We held our wedding reception here at short notice. Danielle was brilliant in helping us organise the day and the team on the day were really friendly and organised. All of our guests remarked on how well the day was run and on the quality of the food. The rooms were comfy, clean and spacious.
