Tammy is the BEST service advisor! For more than 3 1/2 years she s been assisting me and has consistently been outstanding in her documentation of my needs, her actions on my behalf including providing detailed explanations schedule timeframes, and updates. She is kind, thoughtful, smart, friendly and caring. She exemplifies Lindsay Lexus family values. Which is why I don t mind traveling farther than other Lexus locations and I give up Saturday mornings for my service appointments.
