Awesome experience, ordered my car (2020 RX 350) a while ago, but due to COVID-19 the delivery was delayed. However the final process was very smooth. Mario Melgar was my salesmen, he kept me updated and was very patient with me in designing my car. He also educated me on the features and gave his best recommendation. I did not feel pressured into anything, matter of fact he kept reminding me that I don t have to get it if I m not fully comfortable. I totally enjoyed the entire experience.
