My wife and I bought her a 2013 CR-V at Lindsay Honda in 2016. Excellent help all the way through the buying process. The latch mechanism to the rear hatch had never worked properly, and we brought it this past September (2019).

Our Service Advisor, Paul Naylor, could not have been more patient and helpful with us. He managed to find another unit, and was able to get full warranty coverage on the replaced one. Now the rear hatch works beautifully.

No service after the sale. If you by used make sure if you want an extra key ask before making the deal and make sure it is included.I bought a used 2017 van and was told they would look for the second key when I took delivery. I was told several days later they could not find one I don't know if they even looked. Would not respond to my inquiry about my title status after being pulled over and given a warning.

If you take your car in to be serviced, plan on being there for at least 90min - 2hrs! Also, the employees are notorious for always trying to "up sell" you...I went in for an oil change and was told I needed brake fluid replacement, transmission fluid replacement, spark plugs etc. If your not careful, your initial plan of only spending $40.00 will motivate the employees to try and get you to spend in excess of $300.00!

I had a great experience at Lindsay Honda. Our salesman, Curtiss Paige, was very helpful and patient while we decided on which car and how we wanted to finance the car. All of the staff was kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Lindsay Honda to any one looking for a car, and I already have! I also appreciated the Christian attitude of the dealership. While we were waiting for financing, there was Christian music being played throughout the dealership and Curtiss had several verses posted in his cubicle. This is a great dealership!

I was in Lindsay Honda last night and forgot the saleman's name and lost his business card! I jumped on the "Chat" line and a Jacob Times helped me with that information, by me just describing what the salesman looked like! I really needed to send some information to him and I'm so happy that I was able to do so! It has saved me from an inconvenience and I truly appreciate Jacob for helping me with my problem! He was very respectful and he deserves a RAISE!! GIVE IT TO HIM!! Thanks again Jacob!! =)

On 10/19/2016 we visited Lindsay Honda to see about buying a new Honda Pilot Elite. We were met at the door by Jason Youngblood who then proceeded to give us the "Red Carpet" treatment. He answered all our questions and we also got a really great deal. We can honestly say today was the best car buying experience we have had in the 45 years we have been buying new cars. My husand and I are return customers to Lindsay, me first from having purchased a pre-owned Accord many years ago, then the two of us four years ago when we each leased a vehicle on the same day. Our experiences those two previous occasions exceeded our expectations - hence our decision to return this week. Yesterday, my husband went in and met with Otis Tate, a knowledgeable and friendly sales representative who helped him with the trade-in and purchase of a new Honda Civic Si. His experience was so positive, after receiving a follow-up call from Otis this morning, we decided to see if we could trade in my 4 year old Civic for a new and updated model. Otis was extremely well prepared, and had the new vehicle parked out front and ready for a test drive when we arrived. He was wonderful - as was the floor manager, Reggie - during the negotiation process, getting me to a point that I could close at an affordable price with a great new car. Amanda in Finance went above and beyond to transfer over my extended warranty paperwork to the new vehicle. The whole process was seamless, each staff member going above and beyond to get us into the new car and on our way. Otis was amazing explaining all the new features of the bluetooth and other settings, answering any and all questions with a smile. I can't think of a better place to go for a great new Honda vehicle. We highly recommend Lindsay Honda, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

STAY AWAY!!

STAY AWAY!!
This is the second time it is happening to me in Lindsay.
This time I was there to check the squaking noise in my 2012 accord. The representative called me 4 hrs after I dropped the car and said that we need to change the tires and fix the alignment. He also suggested doing the transmission and brake fluid flush. We went to the service center that night at 10.30 and talked about this. He said that he will put the same tires as I have(Goodyear assurance) and gave a quote of 575 for the tires. We also asked him to get the alignment fixed as well as to change the brake and transmission fluids and a car wash.
Next day when I went to pickup the car, I was directed to cash counter. There I asked which tire did you put, noone was able to answer. I went near the car and saw the tire wasn't Goodyear, rather Hankook tire was put and the car was not washed. There was no one to complain. I finally got hold of the manager and told him all of this. He said that I can't do anything as Goodyear tires are 200$more expensive and the night shift guy did not tell us to put which tire and to wash the car.
I finally convinced him to remove the tire and put my old tire back. As per the technician, the squeaking noise was due to alignment and Lindsay said that they fixed it. But the sound is still coming even after changing my tires from another shop.
I had Similar experience last year with my 2008 accord and I had complained to Honda, but did not get any response.
I will never ever go to Lindsay again. I hope Roush or Germain would be better

Had a great experience with Ron Ball, great salesman who went out of his way to show us exactly the car we wanted to see. While we did not buy a car from him because of some life events that changed if we ever come back to Ohio he would be our first stop. We also met the owner who was very nice, it is so nice to see a dealership that has such a MASSIVE stock (it is CRAZY BIG) to have people as down to earth and thoughtful as Ron Ball!

It was clear she was frustrated when I was asking her about policies and what s included.. & She tried to talk me into getting a policy that COST more AND COVERED less ..... ruined my whole experience.

I have purchased 3 Acuras from Lindsey. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. Although I did receive misinformation on the loan interest rate at the Honda used car lot, which did get corrected, and the Acura website's pre-owned inventory was inaccurate. Overall not a bad experience but below the usual quality I'v come to expect from Lindsey dealerships.

Otis J. Tate was wonderful in explaining the vehicle I purchased, was truly knowledgeable about the vehicle, was willing to listen to my desires and concerns, and worked with me to allow me to buy a vehicle in 2+ hours. There was no hassle, no mess, and no grief. Negotiations were smooth as a whole -- more than people associate with car sales. I really didn't have any negatives. If Otis' performance is any indication of what Lindsay Honda is, no one should ever worry about walking into that dealership and not leaving happy.

I walked in needing a car. Nothing special or particular just a nice, clean car to get around town. I gave my Honda Accord to my daughter, when she started driving. My husband has his car and I needed a vehicle! Found myself a used SUV, Toyota Highlander. Paid cash and it drives beautifully. Worked with Marc Hilton, who was extremely helpful and attentive to what I needed and what matched my needs. No sales haggling! No pushing to get something I couldn't afford or didn't want. Great service. This is my 2nd vehicle from Lindsay Honda and I recommend them highly!

I went into Lindsay Honda looking to trade my old car in. I got myself into a sticky situation with a car company when I was 18 because I don t listen to my parents, and was in a rush to get my first car. I didn t even want to go to my appointment because this was the THIRD dealership I was going to, and I just knew they were going to tell me the same things the others did. But, I was wrong. My salesman Earnest, was able to get me into a 2015 certified pre-owned Honda Civic. The car rides super smooth, only has 32,000 miles, one previous owner, and no accidents. I am absolutely in love with my new car, and when I m ready to trade in again I will definitely being going back to Lindsay Honda. Because, not only did they get me in a car, but they also gave me awesome benefits along with the car and it will help continue to improve my credit. Thanks again, Earnest! You re the best!

The sales lady was very nice and personable. However, we went to look at a used Toyota RAV4 Limited and they wanted top dollar for a vehicle with damage on everything part of the vehicle. After the test drive we realized that the power lift gate was not working. We were told IF we wanted to come back and buy the vehicle they would fix it. Beware and make sure you look over your vehicle very well from this place.

While my experience began on a positive note (they found the car I was looking for), it went downhill from there. The staff is completely disorganized to the point where, two months later, they still haven't processed my paperwork. As a result, they had to send me a second set of temporary tags and I've been unable to begin making payments... This is coming after they charged me a different price than I was quoted and were completely rude in explaining the discrepancy. I would not recommend Lindsay Honda to anyone!! Steer clear...

Folks that work here I'm very friendly and helpful. Management staff is highly involved and courteous. I had the new car sales manager assist me in buying a used car from one of their other Lots without being pushed off to anybody else. It's nice to know anybody at any level is willing to help you without pressure of making a sale.

What I thought was going to be a difficult and unpleasant experience turned out to be quite successful. I did not complete a sale on my first visit, but definitely returned for a second attempt because of the salesperson assigned to work with me, Tyler Woodall. He paid attention to what I said about what I was looking for in a vehicle and about the constraints of my budget, at all times being respectful of my financial realities. He was not once impatient or condescending and I truly appreciate the professionalism I received as a customer of Tyler's. I am thrilled with my Honda and want to commend Tyler as an asset to this dealership.

He didn't pressure us or talk us into one that wasn't in our price range. He paid attention to the detail we gave him of the list we wanted in a car and excelled . Update (11/4/2017) - My 2011 Nissan Maxima was involved in a accident resulting in the cars unfortunate demise. Luckily for me we stopped back at Lindsey Honda where we meet with Zachary again. He was able to walk me down the same process we went over with my fiance and thanks to him i am a proud owner of a 2017 Honda Accord Sport SE. Bought our car on Saturday and less than 24 hours later I am out of state when it won't start. It's now in the shop with a dead battery and alternator. Both were said to have been inspected before we bought it and conveniently not covered under the warranty. Now it's a $600 repair out of my pocket - totally misrepresented to us! Do not buy from this place!

I ve been a loyal Lindsay customer until today. I drive over an hour for service and was sold on the extended warranty with zero deductible when I purchased my new Pilot (a $40k vehicle). It took over a month to get a Saturday appointment for an Emissions System Problem indicator light. Of course, when I arrive for the appointment, the light is no longer on. I was offered a $110 diagnostic test and pretty much told I was out of luck until the car breaks down on me and goes into limp mode. Then, who knows if the warranty company will cover it. Keep in mind, Lindsay sold me this warranty when I bought the car new with all the promises of everything being covered. Another option offered was for me to get in touch with Honda who may cover 50% of the repair. I ll look into options with my local dealer and will never purchase another vehicle from Lindsay based on the experience I had today.

At Lindsay Honda, the phrase "Honda makes the cars, but Lindsay makes the difference" is more than just a mission statement. My wife and I went to the Lindsay Honda dealership to return our 2012 Honda Accord, because we were at the end of the lease. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Dan Fenton who offered to assist us. I'm in my early 60's and I've purchased or leased many vehicles since I began driving at age 16, and never have I been so impressed with a car salesperson. Dan was very helpful and concerned about us being comfortable and completely satisfied with our final choice. We chose a 2014 Honda Accord. WOW!! What a fantastic car Honda has made. After our test drive Dan meticulously went over every aspect of the operation of this high tech automobile. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a new car to check out Lindsay Honda. I just hope you're fortunate enough to get Dan Fenton as your salesperson. Dan was very polite, courteous and a joy to work with. He is a true asset to the company. Thank you, Dan. Truly Lindsay does make the difference when purchasing or leasing a Honda.

I loved my experience at Lindsay Honda! The customer service was wonderful. My salesman, Troy Alexander, is the best there is. He had knowledge about the cars and patiently showed me the features of the best car I ve ever owned or leased. It only took a couple of hours from approval to driving off in my brand new red Honda Civic. I still don t know how they do it! I am actually looking forward to going back when my lease is up just to go through the process all over again. Thank you, Lindsay Honda, for making car-buying an easy and fun experience; I didn t know it was possible! Troy, I'll be back!

My first experience at Lindsay Honda East was great I had just got off work at 6:30 a.m. and headed to Honda to have them get my car stereo turned on unfortunately it couldn't be turned on without popping it out to get to the serial number but while there a young man helping me Bruce M. Stepp found I had 2 recalls on my 2004 Honda Odessey he treated my 2004 like a 2014 which I appreciated he asked if I wanted to take care of it now I said how long will it take he told me 2 hours I said I'm tired from working all night he offered me a shuttle ride to and from Honda and also the waiting room area I chose the waiting room area I was impressed it was clean and comfortable my car was done in 2 hours I just want to say thank you Bruce Stepp and Lindsay for the time at your location

I was in the market for a used manual car. I immediately felt welcomed and was even offered fresh food and drinks without them even knowing if I was a serious buyer.

I barely knew how to drive manual and Adam Long took me out and taught me on the car I was looking to buy. He was very patient with me and did not seem to mind me taking a large portion of his time. He was very informative and never made me feel pressured to buy either.

I had been to several dealerships prior to Lindsay and Lindsay was by far the best experience so far. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Ben sat in the car and showed me how to use all of the features until I was fully comfortable using them; this was especially helpful with my transition from a 1990 vehicle to a 2015 Honda. in 2016 I purchased a 2014 Accord sport. Since I hadn t driven a manual transmission in a while I told them that I would like the warranty in case the transmission or clutch went out. They told me that the warranty would not cover wearable parts like tires and brakes.

A month ago I had an issue and had the car inspected at the dealership. The dealership said they couldn t duplicate the issue but it could be the clutch and gave me an estimate to replace it. I asked about the warranty and was informed that the clutch is considered a wearable part and wouldn t be covered. I asked the person that handles complaints, Danielle, and she said they would apply the price of the warranty to another vehicle that I wanted to purchase. I picked out a vehicle and the sales
Manager called me regarding the discount due to the warranty issue and offered me $700 towards another vehicle. I told them this wasn t acceptable due to me paying over $2600 for the warranty plus the tax and financing.

I have purchased 4 cars from their family of dealerships and I won t go back.

I went to Lindsay Honda to check out their "Cash for Clunkers" incentive that was happening at the time. I dealt with Dwight Allred as he was referred to me. Dwight went above and beyond in helping me get the Honda Civic that I was looking for, and top dollar for my "clunker"! He was actually working for 2 different potential car buyers at the same time that I went in, but never neglected me or the other potential buyers. Dwight kept the process simple and easy (we all know it can be a process when in the market for a new car!) When it was time to get in my new car, he took the time to show me every feature and even helped me to synk my phone to the Bluetooth. I cannot thank Dwight and the crew at Lindsay Honda enough for all they did for me. I would highly recommend dealing with Dwight at Lindsay Honda if you are in the market for a Honda. Thanks Dwight!!!

Lindsay Honda, from its customer service to its associates, make the experience seamless and the best! Was just put into my 4th vehicle and they made everything so easy, it was unbelievable! I took my car in for service and walked out out with a new vehicle! Mondale Bradley and Roy Sensabaugh had me laughing and when they told me it would be quick, I was a bit skeptical. However, they were right. I even ended up with a lower payment and shorter time period for my new lease! Way to go, guys and, yes, my next Honda will come from Lindsay and I want Mondale and Roy on my side! Love you guys and thank you so much for EVERYTHING!

I went to inquire about the cash for clunkers. I quickly found out it was for only new cars. So they of course spent the whole time trying to sell me a new civic. I even had a print out of the used civic I was interested in but at one point they told me if you buy a used car you're buying "someone else's problem". Really? You mean the car you're selling with 30k miles was somebody else's problem? Anyway I committed the mortal sin of telling them how them how much I wanted my monthly payment to be. So then they fixated on that, trying to get me to lease a civic. I eventually just had to tell them that I really didn't need a new car and I thought that if I could get $2500 towards a used car at a price was comfortable with then maybe I would consider it. I also got that "what's the problem if you can afford it". Honestly I could afford 3 payments if I wanted to but I just didn't want the payment of a new civic. It was pretty funny how they didn't even want to show me the used car I was interested in. I'll probably just hang onto my current car or go somewhere else next time.

My experience at Lindsey Honda was great,Kyle our sales guy was awesome, he made sure we found a car and made the deal happen,the paperwork process was painless,we all know buying a car is a pain in the butt,but here I don't believe they are shady used car salesman like other dealers, hell I drove from Marysville where I live 3 miles from a dealer(no names) and they wouldn't give us the time of day.. Thanks Kyle and Lindsey Honda for not treating me like the other dealer..her at Lindsey Honda your not a number your a person..

After seeing advertisements all weekend 0% for 72 months on remaining 2017, I walked in and asked salesman to show me inventory of what 2017 CR-V s available. Salesman said all they have are 2018. Knowing that I just looked at a couple 17 models in lot. He then looked up inventory to tell me basically to go find the one I was interested in myself. Just lost a sale and a customer!!!
