Came here after going to the Honda located in Dublin, which they were CRAZY rude and terrible, but was extremely satisfied with their work here. Every person working their was so nice and tried to understand our needs, really cared about the customer. I truly regret not coming here first then wasting time at Dublin Honda. Strongly recommend coming here!!!!

Just purchased a Honda Pilot today from Lindsay Honda. What a great experience! I received a response almost immediately when I inquired about a specific vehicle and was put in touch with Rachel W. who texted me right away and set up a test drive for the following day. She worked to help me get into the car I really wanted instead of settling for anything less. I haven't bought a car in nine years, so I was a little apprehensive about the whole process, but everyone was so friendly and helpful. They really made it a painless experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend to everyone I know.

As soon as I arrived I was helped by Vic Phillips who has done everything to get me in a car. He worked with me for about 6 hours and was extremely patient and got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. My vehicle needed maintenance when I test drove it and I was aware of that. I did not know however that it would take more than a week to get it fixed but even then they gave me a car to drive while mine is being worked on and even had to rent me a car. This process has been very stress free and something that has been very easy to handle.Lindsay has taken car of everything and has lived up to expectation and honored all of their agreements and my sales person Vic has made everything so much easier with constantly been watching my car and making sure everything is getting done. When it all comes down to it coming to Lindsay was a great decision and I will defiantly be back when it comes time to get another vehicle.

Got my 2016 Honda Civic from Lindsay Honda went in for my first oil change took an hour and 20 mins came outside to a dirty car when my receipt says every visit comes with a car wash. The attention to detail in customer service is lost.

I worked with Adam Long and he was extremely helpful, patient with the many questions I asked, and he never made me feel like I was being pressured into a purchase I felt uncomfortable with. I actually had a lot of fun testing driving the car with him before my purchase! He made it feel like I was doing business with a trusted friend. I would highly recommend Lindsay Honda and you should definitely get in contact with Adam Long!

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Oliver Black, and he is an excellent salesman. This was my first time buying a car, and my mom and i hadn't even been planning on buying one that day, just looking. Oliver found us in the lot and offered to show us some other options. He was very polite, very sweet, and when he was more than willing to engage in conversation, rather than pushing the issue. I ended up with a car i love, good payments thanks to Lindsey Honda (which also means i didn't drain my bank account), and a good understanding of the coverage that they can give me thanks to Beena (in finance). I also have a newfound respect for the company owner and his family, as everyone i talked to had only awesome things to say. 10/10 would recommend!

I had the opportunity this week to work with an amazing group of people at Lindsay Honda. I have drove Honda's for the last 20 years, they make a excellent product. On Monday I sent an email asking about their Leasing program. Within 15 minutes I received a call from Nikki Cook. She listen to our story and said let me talk to my manager . Just a few minutes later she called back and said we can help you . One of the managers Ernie Hyatt was able to bless our family with a 2016 Odyssey lease. My husband and I are raising our 2 young grandsons. We have needed a larger vehicle for the last 2 years but did not think it was possible. When I arrived at the dealership Nikki greeted us an introduced us too our Salesperson Scott Becker. He was wonderful answer all of my questions, took time to show us all the features. The safety features that are included in the odyssey are a major asset especially if you have small children. My husband and I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the past 35 years. This experience at Lindsay Honda was hands down the best experience we have ever had.

My wife's Honda was damaged in a hailstorm. I decided not to use the insurance recommended repair shop. Instead I chose Lindsay Auto Body, putting my trust in the Lindsay name and reputation. We dropped the car off the first week of June, and are patiently waiting for it to be returned to us. After it's back in our possession I'll update this review and rating.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The car was returned to us July 24th. I'd delayed a bit finishing the review to provide time to see if any issues came to light after the repair. Only one item so far had to be corrected, the garage door opener. When I called about it, Ed said to bring it in right away. He had the opener fixed in less that ten minutes total. The hail damage had been extensive...$10,000 worth. Given that amount of damage and repair, I have to say the car exterior looks new. No visible sign of dents. The paint seems to be flawless. Except for the extended time in the shop and a bit of communication difficulty with our insurance co. all was done in a very professional and skilled manner. I'll also mention they were aware of and took many extra precautions for Covid-19 protection. Even though they are a somewhat new business in Columbus, the collaboration of DCR and Lindsay is a winner. I'd gladly refer someone to them.

I bought a brand new Honda Accord from Lindsay Honda on November 25, 2011. (This is my second purchase with Lindsay) I recently had a terrible experience with the service department in repairing one of my tires. I went to the service center on Wednesday of this week due to my tire light coming on, drove into the service center explain what was going on and they applied air in all four tires. The next day the light came on again and I returned to the service center and they took a deeper look into my tires. It was found that there were two large screws in my rear driver side tire. The service technician took the tire off and attempted to patch the tire, but was unable to because they said that the screws were too close together. My only alternative with them was to purchase a new tire at the cost of $230 plus tax and a $17 mounting charge. I ask them to put my spare tire on and I left. I contacted Michelin tires and they informed me that there are warranties on their tires, but it did not cover any metal in the tires, but were willing to work with the dealership with goodwill" in replacing the tire or fixing it. Lindsay said "NO." Michelin gave me a few NTB (National Tire Battery) places that would be willing to assist me. Long story short, NTB was able to patch my tire and Lindsay service center stated that there was no way to patch it and they were unable to fix the tire. I do not appreciate not having options. If it was a liability issue, that is one thing, but I was told that there was no way that the tire was able to be fixed. Unhappy customer

Ten months ago I was in Lindsay Honda and bought a 2015 Honda Civic EX from Ben Canini. The experience was more than pleasant and Ben went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Yesterday, February 13, 2016 I came back into Lindsay Honda to trade my vehicle in because I have a new addition to my family. I am a father of four now so I could not fit 6 people in a Civic. So I went in and explained my situation to Ben and he knew exactly were I was coming from. He too being a father he knew my needs for my family. He set me up with a 2016 Honda Pilot. We LOVE this vehicle. Ben was courteous, efficient and overall great to work with. I highly recommend going in and asking for Ben Canini. Lindsay Honda will continue to be the place my family goes to purchase a new vehicle.

Upon comparison shopping, it came down to Lindsey Honda's staff, especially Curtis Paige who worked with us to construct a fair deal. They are patient, low pressure and address all questions. It made our final decision easy. We highly recommend Lindsey and suggest you ask for Curtis Paige to walk you through the experience.

We recently purchased a new Honda Fit from Lindsay Honda. Luis H was very helpful and the process, while rather lengthy, was simple and straightforward. I would have liked to have been allowed to take advantage of a coupon that was available 4 hours after we left the dealership, but was offered a 10% savings instead. This was the only disappointment. Overall, we were pleased with our experience.

Terrible, I will no longer go here. A year ago we bought our car brand new there. The buying experience was not bad. The service on the vehicle is terrible. Evertime I go in I usually end up spending 4 to 6 hours in there, and half dealing with mangers trying to fix the mistakes. First time was to get 1 new tire and get recalls taken care of. Thankfully that's all I signed for. 3 and half hours later I went and asked what was going on. Somehow magically they decided to put 4 new tires on my car change the oil, did a alignment changed the transmission fluid, complete break job even put new windshield wipers on. I refused to pay for the extra so I had to wait another 2 hours to pretty much take off everything they did that they could. And they could not fix the recall issue with the a/c that they said was just an update on the computer.
Second time I got a flat tire. Took it off the car. Called and made an appointment to get a new tire. Took it off the car and just took the wheel in. Walked into the garage a technician started to help me. Well he could not find my name in the computer or my wife's name. Could not find phone number or address then really ask me while I'm holding the wheel wer my car is so he could look it up by the serial number. Once he figured out that the car was not there he didn't want to help me anymore and told me I made the appointment somewhere else. This whole time he argued and was extremely rude the whole time. So after he refused to help me I walked over to some of the other techs and asked for the manager the pointed to him at a desk. I walked down to him and told him what was going on, he tried to look my name up one time and found it. Still had to wait two and half hours for them to change one tire that was not even on a car.
Third and final time. Think I would have learned by now. Went in to get two new tires and for them to try to fix the recall again and put on the wheel locks that they wer supposed to be put on when I got the car. Made an appointment and went in. This time over 4 hours spent waiting. Argued with me about the wheel locks. I had to go find the dealer on the showroom floor myself to tell them that they owed me these tire locks. So I do that and everything is straightened out about that. I walk out to see what's going on with my car after waiting for 4 hours, And its sitting there finished. I ask the tech if it was done and he said he did not know even though it was in the finished check out lane. He asked another tech if it was done and he said yes. I asked did they put the wheel locks on, nope sure did not. So instead of taking care of that they wanted me just to pay and pretty much go on with what they wer doing. So I went to the sales floor got a manger from ther and told him what was going on. We got the maintenance manger and got the wheel locks put on. So I leave now dont forget I just got new tires, I live an hour away I notice a shake in the car now that was not there before I got the new tires. I drive to work the next day and it's bad. My car usually runs smooth on the highway but not no more. I ended up taking it to mcmillen tire in zanesville that day. All 4 tires wer under inflated and different psi, and wer not balanced correctly. Mcmillen did a great job fixing what Lindsay honda messed up! Now my car drives so smooth again.
So if you dont want to waste your time and money dont go to lindsay honda, it is a terrible experience everytime.

i have been a lindsey customer for years i lease my cars but this time i decided to buy well let me tell you the price was not what it was it showed on the window it was more i didn't notice because there was a problem with the title of my trade in i was so up set and had to leave to go to the title company but lets back up the first problem was i told the guy i was buying the suv from was i had to have and one of the first things i told him i needed was a navigation system he told me that the suv i wanted had that well it did not i was told my first payment wolud be in october well it was not i trusted the people at lindsey because i have done business with them for years and never had a problem well i will never do business with them again i promise you that

Purchased a new car and leased two others within t...

Purchased a new car and leased two others within the past 8 years at Lindsay. Never ever will I return to buy or lease another car from them. Lindsay called us in to turn-in lease early because they wanted the car. We arrived at the dealership and they proceeded to have us wait over 35 minutes - then Lindsay tried to charge us for potentially being over miles (by estimating future miles based on previous months use). Their best offer was to lease us a civic EX for over $360/mo with an excellent credit score. We just waited till the end of our lease and returned the car (under mileage, zero penalties and no damage).

Around the same time I took our other Honda in for an airbag recall - I expressed interest in buying a CR-V but the sales rep never came back to me (I was there for an hour waiting for the airbag replacement to be completed). Additionally, when I purchased this car I was promised free car washes for the life of the car and they wouldn t honor that either. We have had every maintenance done at Lindsay except for tire replacement and in return they just treated us poorly. So, we just went and leased a Subaru Crosstrek for my wife and I purchased a Subaru Forester all within one week.

I wish I could give 0 stars because you're all going to receive an honest statement that just occurred less than two weeks ago
Calling themselves a Christian family company couldn't be further from the truth. Being a children's pastor I entrusted my hard earned finances of which I saved over a 5 year period to purchase a decent vehicle, from a company that I thought would take value in knowing this, and putting me into a great used reliable vehicle. Upon pulling it off the lot and driving it home I already began to notice some severe issues, both passenger and drivers mirrors shake uncontrollably making it near impossible to provide a clear image. The second day the muffler guard broke lose and hits the muffler at a steady idle making a loud sound, the 3rd row seat wouldn't go down and the biggest issue I noticed is the rear differential seal is leaking. These issues were addressed less than 3 days of purchase, and nothing was done, I called 3 separate times to speak to my salesman with no answer, receiving "I'll look into it", as my answer, waiting over 2 weeks past the bill of sale and I just now got word via TEXT MESSAGE that they sold it to me as is, and would not be taking care of anything. Thank you Lindsey Honda for putting me in an unsafe vehicle that I now have to put hundreds more into to make it safe to operate. Shame that as soon as they get the money they wanted they cut their losses and run, terrible managed company with salesman that abuse your trust.

I will never Buy a vehicle from this dealership again. I traded in my old vehicle for a 2015 Honda fit. I needed more room for my growing family. After the long hassal of trading it in. I was told that I would recieve my title in the mail within 30 day so I can take it to the DMV and get a new registration number. Its been way over 30 days and still no title. My Job is a driving job in which I use my vehicle. My job gave me a 30 day grace period to ge get my new registration. Since that time has passed I have not been able to work. I have called Lindsay Honda several times they said they have just now finished the deal. What???? Just now finishing the deal? I purchased the car almost 2 months ago. Now they claim they are waiting for the bank to send them money. So why take my old car and give me a new car without a payment from the bank? Im just disgusted with the whole experience with this company.

Although I certainly would be amidst if I didn't acknowledge that I have Curtiss Paige to thank for this experience -- twice!!! They had a large car selection, and better prices than other dealerships in the area. It was a Saturday night and seemed very busy, but we didn't have to wait to talk to someone; we were greeted at the door.

I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord on the 12th of August. I had an amazing salesman Otis Tate. He was extremely patient and conscientiously concerned that both myself and wife understood all the new changes in the Accord. He called twice to make sure we understood the car in how it was operating. He told us if we needed anything be sure and let him know right away.

We worked with Wendie Martin in finance she explained all of the options we could purchase.

We also purchased vent shades and mud flaps.
We went to Joe Pistole in service and he had everything ready by the next day. He knows Honda cars bumper to bumper. He performs only the service that is needed.. He also explains exactly what he is doing and why..

Went with a friend to look for a vehicle due to a solicitation from the dealership. Told sales person up front had no money for a down payment. Sales person said no problem. Friend found a car she liked salesperson comes back asking for 1500.00. Advised again already said no money for a down payment. Found another vehicle friend loved the car. Paperwork work drawn up tried to slide in 1800.00 down payment. Ended up leaving the dealership manager said the loan company wants the down payment. Advised the manager that it was bad business not listening to the customer if someone tells you no money for a down payment you shouldn't lead them on and waste their time if they know a down payment is required. After leaving the dealership manager called my friend 2 days later and gave her the car without down payment. (Used car).

I am very pleased with my experience with Lindsay Honda, so far. Everyone I've met have been very pleasant and professional. I had the pleasure of working with Murphy while purchasing my Honda Civic. My schedule didn't work out for me to stop in to apply but he was able to take my information over the phone and call me back with an approval within an hour. We set up an appointment and I walked away with my new car. It really was a stress free purchase. Murphy made sure to follow up with me during the whole lifecycle of purchasing the car. I also had a brief experience with the service team - very comfortable area while waiting. They were able to install my accesories within a reasonable amount of time. No complaints here!

I've leased my last two cars from a different Honda dealership, but, based on a Black Friday commercial, my husband and I decided to check out Lindsay Honda. We don't have enough positive things to say about the experience. We weren't sure if we wanted to lease, buy or lease with the intent to buy. Brad Hansel was so patient with us, explained our options thoroughly, and ensured we felt confident and comfortable with our decision. He was polite, personable and sincere. Our experience with finance, and signing all the final paperwork, was also extremely positive. Mike had a great personality, explained everything we were signing (always making sure we both understood the options), and he even shared some marriage advice for us newlyweds!

The entire experience at Lindsay will make us repeat customers. If you're considering a Honda, go to these guys.

Ben Canini was fantastic. He did not pressure us and helped explain the features our 2016 Pilot. We had a bad experience with this dealership in the past but he has now made us lifetime customers. I visited Lindsay Honda this past Saturday for the first time. I needed to get a car for a new job I have and wanted something with great gas mileage from a reliable dealer. Lindsay has the feel of a small dealer while, in reality, being a huge one. I was helped by LUIS HERNANDEZ and had an amazing time! He was incredibly helpful, honest and was willing to work with me. He even advised me to lease over buy and was able to give me some advantages and disadvantages of both leasing and buying outright. I couldn't have planned a better first experience at a dealership.

Had the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. They were professional, kind, and very patient. They walked me thru all the features of our new Accord and my salesman Luis was awesome. Will Definitely be a return customer!

Went here looking for Honda Certified Pre-Owned vehicles., Lindsay had dozens posted on the web, but we found only about 10% (guesstimate) were actually available. Very disappointed. Before we even showed the salesman the car we were looking for, he told us it had sold already. Perhaps the volume is high for certified vehicles, but Lindsay should do a better job keeping the site updated.

I bought my mother a 2019 hr-v here this summer. This was my first experience with a Lindsay dealership, as I've always dealt with Roush and Germain. What a GIGANTIC difference in quality of service (and cars)! First off, the battery was dead in this car with only 3,000 miles on it. (Way to be prepared) We had to wait about 45 minutes while they charged up the battery. Ok, I thought, I'm sure things like this happen... no big deal. Well then, low and behold... we finally get in the car to test drive it and the air conditioning doesn't work!!! In the end of it all, an entire part had to be replaced. It would end up taking a couple of days before we could even take the car home. The car was all dusty and dirty inside. When I asked if they would be cleaning out the car for my mom, the sales lady simply replied, "no... we generally just clean the outside, not the inside." Wow. Thats a first when buying a basically new car (or any car for that matter.) Looking back, I highly wish I would have just left and gone elsewhere. I knew right then how drastically different this place was from the much better dealerships I've dealt with in the past. I've NEVER bought a car that wasn't cleaned up really nicely before pulling it out of the lot. The ONLY reason we came here was because hr-v's were hard to find at this time for some reason and they had a 2019 that looked nice. (And we obviously had never experienced such all around low quality from a car dealership, so we really didn't expect it to go this way.)

When I asked to get a trade-in value on the crv that we were trading in, I was told that they wouldn't be able to do that until working up the numbers of the car. (Keep in mind I was paying cash... no financing) I told her what I'd pay for the car and all they did was end up subtracting the difference from the trade in value they gave us. Lol. Like we wouldn't figure that out??

Well... we left empty handed so they could replace whatever part needed replaced. I asked the lady to make sure to have the car all washed up n' ready to go whenever they told us to come pick it up the next day (which actually turned into 2 days later). They couldn't even get that right. She said "oh, just have her drive it over here after picking up from the service dept across the street and we will have it washed within 10 minutes. I knew in my mind how ridiculous that sounded but tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt AGAIN. (In my mind I thought it was sooooo unusual and unprofessional to not have it washed up and ready to go when my mom got there to pick it up. It was already inconvenient to have to wait two days then drive all the way back out there.) Sure enough, my poor mom drove the 45 minutes to go back out there and ended up waiting another HOUR for them to run this car thru the car wash. Anyways, I highly recommend going anywhere other than Lindsay to purchase your car. It was really a very low quality, frustrating experience for us both. Not exactly the experience I had in mind when surprising my mom with a new car and paying cash for it. I would be so embarrassed if I owned this car lot.

Ok, so I did purchase a car. The thing is the customer service was horrible. I had 2 very pushy salesmen. I also felt very rushed. I was mistaken as a man(my husband) over the phone. As I sat in the parking lot with my purchased car; which was never even pulled up for me-out of the rain, I called my saleman who didn't even properly or professional answer his phone, asked where the mats were? He stated that used cars don't come with them, mind you its a 2014? We have never been treated this bad in a car buying situation. Also I was told that a used vehicle wasn't aloud to have the tank filled? I don't like having to be rushed and hope the managers (who didn't call me back) will take a course in customer service and integrity. If your buying I wish you good luck with Lindsey Honda I hope you get better customer service than we did.

Out of the blue I stopped by Lindsay Honda to check out their cars. Hadn't purchased a car in 14 yrs. My Honda Accord was still going strong, but, felt it was time for a change. Dreading the car buying experience I was pleasantly surprised with the thoughtfulness, patience, caring and attentive salesman, Shannon Kennedy who assisted me. I don't care for pushy salesmen, but, was extremely pleased with his ability to take away my apprehension of purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend Shannon to anyone who wants a no hassle car buying experience.

Bought a used Toyota 2007 Rav4 from here that grad...

Bought a used Toyota 2007 Rav4 from here that graded well above average on their vehicle score. 40 some days after purchasing (warranty they give is 30 days) my car is completely dead with major wiring issues. Don't think that this dealership is providing any better quality used cars than anyone else.

Staff was very friendly and efficient with the car buying process. My husband and I came in after reviewing the easy to use website and they had the exact car we had looked at online. Test drive went great. Car was incredibly clean and drove as expected. Staff knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all of our questions.
Very happy to have had Mikael to help us with the car buying process. (:
